E. D.Iceland! Excellent quality, shop experience very pleasant, staff great, willing to help, gracious, obviously well trained. An important observation if iceland can keep prices as they are, iceland can be more popular to the customers. Better selling 20 of something @ a reduced price, than 5 of normal price. A future winner.

F. F.Staff good genuine people. Their 1pound priced products are good quality. Security gaurd is a bit paranoid but not issue. Having own free security gaurd you as u shopping actually for honest people is a bonus. Unfortunately they close to early which is inconvenient. I often go to Iceland and then other shops so get best price on all my products. Parking is also good I recommend using Iceland delivery service as well. Yes I'm quite happy with Iceland apart from early closing time.

J. M.Antrim Road.... Excellent store,had everything I needed and more (I have found the best time to shop is on a Sunday,not as busy.) The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This store has ample car parking and it is wheelchair accessible. It also has bus stops at the entrance, plus a home delivery service should you need it.(except Sunday).

M. c.Lady at till had excellent service we had a good conversation with her has been in iceland 24 years deserves a medal for her fast pleasant service worked to accuracy recieved a text prompting me when my delivery arrived driver followed all social distancing rules and left our stuff at door early with proffessionalism and accuracy our food will definetly last us two weeks for another lockdown thankyou iceland quality affordable bargain must needs look after your staff and customers without a shadow of a doubt you are and will use tick tock tea for staff morale it also keeps virus away we are living in a changed world please take this on many thanks stay safe and well to you and all of your families will definetly be back to iceland!!!

R.Terrible no one except me wore mask in Antrim road branch Belfast putting shoppers at higher risk, can't speak highly enough of all the staff they are brill,very helpful very professional and kind,since I'm partially disabled I was shocked,but Iceland is my fav store and won't put me off.Somehow compulsory wearing of masks has to be adhered to,1suggestion would be ,to refused to put items through till,and Zero tolerance policy implented,CCTV to identify repeat offenders subsequently barring those responsible for a period of time.Many thanks for taking time to read.Stay safe hope we come through other side soon.Ps would love to hear your feelings on above.

M. M.Shop weekly here however there is a male staff member who they need to get rid off. Shouted at my children aged 5 & 3 for wheeling a basket trolley. Luckily all was caught on the shops CCTV and I guess the issue was dealt with accordingly but he is still an employee to this day. Loyalty from our point of view £400+ shopping a month to £4800+ per annum could be better.

A. N.This is a small supermarket that has a lot of stuff. Because they have so much they don't always have a large range of the same product, but anything I've bought there has been tasty. There are good bargains to be had and frequently they have irn bru, a rarity in norn irn. The speciality steaks are also rather good.
U. X.Great quality food at competitive prices. Large range of products. Friendly staff. Can be quite heavy with customers at checkout but staff are very hard working to serve you quickly.
