Dates are not always good on the food products, and the better dates are always at the front of older dated products, we're this should be the other way around fifo.... First in first out. Not all the staff help pack your shopping, I'm still putting shopping on to be scanned and its just piling up on other side of checkout, really think that the staff should be packing it as there scanning it, especially when there is a queue of people waiting to be served. There is two woman that work there that are brilliant with helping at checkouts and if there on shift when I'm getting my shopping I'll wait to be served by them, all the younger staff are not so helpful, they should be trained to help out more often, rather than sitting looking at the walls while people are rushing to pack all there shopping. Apart from that the food is reasonably priced and it's handy for me to do my shopping there with living not to far away. I just hate it when they've put all your shopping through when you've got loads still to bag up and they tell you the total, just sitting looking at you, just think that their customer service Could improve a lot when it comes to helping.

Love getting some of my weekly shop at Iceland, as a mum of 4 I get some great bargains that feed everyone, even the fussy kids. And I like this Iceland in particular as it's aisles are much wider than some of the other stores so I'm not feeling as closed in making shopping a bit less stressful.
