M. R.Absolutely top notch service and variety in our little M&S Foodhall 🍞🥗🍗🥩 at the hack. The price's and the staff are all brilliant very happy to answer any questions or concerns. It just makes your shopping 🛍 experience a whole lot more enjoyable especially in this crisis now we are facing world 🌎 wide. 5☆☆☆☆☆s all the way for this wee store 😍 👏
N. M.mixed experience really in this M&S. Some staff helpful. Some indifferent. It's a small store not suitable for trolleys but there are trolleys. Good fresh bread. Small wine section. Means your "free" Dine In bottle wine choice can be very limited especially if you shop at popular times. It's OK over all. Very limited car parking and off a clearway with 12 hour bus lane.
t. y.I am a wheelchair User... l took a bus up... Most of bus drivers is true gentleman... And The staff and the customers were so polite, kind ( in the M&S)... l was feeling suciadal depressed and l said there still a lot of good people in the world...
E. M.The BEST m&s in northern ireland. This is my local store. Not the biggest but definitely the best. The staff are brilliant and in these difficult times are serving their customers with smiles and a good word. Should be commended for their service to our community. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

P. S.Brilliant little store very well stocked and happy helpful staff always on hand to assist you. Would be 5 star but for the parking which is horrendous most of the day. Not M&S’s fault but a big issue here all the same

Even got the parking issues sorted although you still get those people who wrongly park in the disabled and parents spaces “cos they are more important”. 😂😂

B. M.Range of products are good but the parking is a nightmare. If you can, visit by foot, getting in and out of the place is disastrous. I would imagine that only a gynaecologist deals with smaller spaces.
The bus lanes have made entry and exit even more of an ordeal.
