L. W.Probably one of the best M&S stores that I have been in. Good range in mensware. Lots of choice of fragrances and beauty products. Home section is great and the two ladies in homeware were so helpful. M&S Foodhall downstairs in the basement. Great food. Lots of choice.
C. M.Well laid out M&S with particularly good food section on the basement floor. Top tip for anyone unfamiliar with central Belfast: free toilets located on the top floor are incredibly welcome in an area without many for the public!
C. B.Whilst I would give a very good rating for customer service I would give the toilets a zero. I was in the store on Wednesday 20th April about 11 am. Unfortunately during my visit I had to use these facilities. Filthy floors, sinks and hand dryers. No hot water and cold air from the hand dryers. I appreciate that customers are largely responsible for toilet paper on the floor and general mess but a more stringent cleaning rotation needs to be put in place. Disgusting particularly since it was so early in the day!!

B. H.The most defining aspect of M&S for me, besides the quality, is the friendliness of the staff. They are always willing to help and there are always lots of them around, unlike in many other stores. This store has a great selection of all clothing and food, with very reasonable prices, with the renowned M&S quality. Great staff, prices and location make this store a great spot. Highly recommended!
l. m.The Cafe in Marks & Spencer store ticks all the right boxes!! I have been going there for a long time and I have never once been disappointed!! Whether it be the Food, the cleanliness or the good natured staff you will enjoy your visit to "Cafe Revive"!! It is also nice to see Tourists sampling the good food and the staff who genuinely try to make them feel welcome!!
T. C.Good place with underground food freezers with a very good selection down and upstairs in the clothing, utensil and toy sections. Very good prices all round apart from a single fully normal cup not even in a set for 12 quid. Very clean and well kept.

Honestly it’s the best shop ever
S. C.We visited M&S to have some lunch and have a general browse through the kids things. The toasted emmental and mushroom sandwich was very nice, as was the coffee and walnut cake. The toilets were open and we bought some masks before leaving.
S. P.I love their selection of cosmetics and skin/hair care (1st floor). They have products that I can't find anywhere else in Belfast like Pür Cosmetics and Phillip Kingsley.
They also have Autograph, Stilla, Nuxe, Prai, Ren, Filorga, Murad, L'Occitane, Percy & Reed, Living Proof and more.
The food hall is very good and when the sales are on, you can get such great bargains in the clothes section.
A. R.The food hall in the basement is very good and keeps a decent stock - bakery is always yum! The clothing store is absolutely huge, the biggest M&S I have been in. That may be it's slight downfall though - so big it can be hard to find something and if you are browsing then potential for option paralysis. There is a bureau de change in this store too which is very handy indeed!

A. S.Like some of the special foods. What I don't like is all the plastic bags, even for loose fruit and vegetables. Why not use paper bags? And not one apple in the store, grown locally. I don't need apples from Chile and/or New Zealand. From a place like this I do expect more sustainability. Therefore only 3 stars
R. H.Very large M & S, I bought trousers, shirt, belt and a jumper. £110. All seem well made, time will tell. You could spend a full day wondering around the store over 4 levels.
R.I love M&S they have a great selection of fresh, fancy produce in the basement.
On the ground floor there's ladies clothes, slippers, coats, tshirt, jeans, workout gear and more.
On the first floor they sell make up like Pur and Philip Kingsley (that I can't get anywhere else), Ren, Prai, Pixi, Alpha-h, Aveda, L'occitane, Nuxe and Origins and more. Bras and underwear, face creams, bath products etc.
They sell mens clothes, and jackets, suits, socks etc although I don't know where in the shop they are, just ask an employee, they're always glad to help.
M&S are high quality. If you like high quality products, you need to go here too.
t.The food here rarely fails to disappoint. A good quality product worth the extra money. Great selection available, some fabulous meal deals, decent off license and well set out store.
G. K.Good covid sense of order and respect of customers & staff. Picked up a few bargains for our of season stuff. There's a one way system into the basement / food court, so expect to queue around lunch time and the end of shifts. The hand sanitizer is scented, because of course it is. It's not just hand sanitizer, it's M&S hand sanitizer...
A. N.Known as lovely lovely Marks and Spencer for good reason. Delightful trousers that flatter nearly everyone. Unusual ranges of fruits. The only place in Belfast I've found that have rainier cherries. Helpful staff. Thoughtful gifts available here.
K. I.It's a nice M&S but a bit untidy and the cafe and toilets have fallen into a bit of a state. The toilets stink and can be smelt across the top floor and the cafe is particularly ugly and unwelcoming. However the food hall is excellent with great stock. I must say, however, that the clothing is outdated and unfashionable, even for the majority of pensioners that shop there. My own granny wouldn't wear their clothes.
J. R.I love the staff in this store - they are always so friendly and helpful. The food hall on the lower ground floor, always has a great selection of food and drink. Spotted Christmas trees in the store before Halloween. Maybe a tad too early!

R. N.Decent size, good location and has a good sized cosmetics area, as well as a varied men's section too. The side entrance to the store is down a side street, so is easily accessible from the thoroughfare from Victoria square.

V. M.This morning first of all I have visited Marks & Spencer. Do you know why this fresh Saturday morning have started in a this way? Because in opinion of my wife and daughter Marks & Spencer has the best scones in Belfast. Our favorite is fruit scone. So coffee with warmed up scone and butter is a nice begging of this weekend. ))
F. R.Food hall is well laid out and there are some reasonably priced items, but their own brand £1 sausages recently jumped to £1.60 so it pays to watch prices and dates. However the clothes are rubbish, dated and overpriced. Who has £75 to spend on a jumper?
D. O.Nightmare when meal deal is on. It's like flies round sh1t. They don't even give staff time or room to put stuff out.
Also stock levels of some items is ridiculous.
Some staff rude others very pleasant. Guy on till today had a chat with and was very helpful.
S. A.We have shopped in M&S since it first opened in Belfast , food always excellent but the quality of the clothing leaves a little to be desired, quality say 30 years ago was much better and choice of where it was made ( mainly British) had a lot to do with it
L. F.M+S provides the same services in all of its stores so not much to day on that account. What made this one stand out is that the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. Even at store opening time on a very dreich day in February they were so nice!

She very kindly went and got a pair of laces from a faulty pair that were to be returned and destroyed. A. S.I've only ever been to the foodhall which is clean and quite spacious, although some of the aisles can get a bit crammed. Very busy around lunch time as a lot of office workers go there to pick up a meal deal. Marks & Spencer is slightly more expensive than some competitors but the quality of their products usually make up for it, they also have more adventurous variations of their products which means that you can always find something new to try. An added bonus is that they reduce items that are about to expire, something that helps the environment as it reduces waste but also means that you can find a real bargain.

T.Helpful friendly staff and plenty of choice to choose from wether you are doing clothes or just having a cup of coffee or doing the weekly food shop good lifts to all floors it is light and airy and you can take your time without any problems plenty of fitting rooms for trying things on staff will also help you to shop online instore if I need anything it is the place to shop
