T.I'm only new to this area but have found staff to be very welcoming and helpful, this is quite a large Sainsbury store and as such on a visit to anywhere for the first time things are very hard to find but you only have to ask the very approachable staff who will point you in the right direction.

S. D.New cosmetics and beauty section just opened. Looks bright and sparkly, well presented, but we didn't have time to delve into it today. A treat for another day. Apart from that, we only popped in for a couple of items, staff on the self check- outs were plentiful and helpful, usual high standards. Not always a fan of shopping but Sainsbury's makes it a bit less of a chore.

J. J.Despite previous experiences leaving me fed up with the lack of care Sainsbury Forestside seem to have gotten their act together. Plenty on shelves, variety could do with improving but still has everything you want. Staff have always been good. No management seen anywhere though I was in at 0930am. Still too reliant on self serve tills which I dislike and only 2 cashiers on duty.

S.I love sainsburys but I think they should think about training the people who work in the aisles a bit better as the young guy who was putting food out in the chilled food aisle hadn't a clue what macrons were I asked if they had any and he said he had never heard of them?? He didn't even ask anyone else if they could help me
F. M.Always OK. I go there all the time. Forestside usually and Exchange now and again. BUT....what on earth is going on with the trolleys with the jamming left front wheel that almost throws one over. Bruises are the result. How does Health and Safety approve of that ? I hope you will be getting sued for gbh. I now look for a trolley without a trick wheel. Please scrap that silly and potentially dangerous new policy.
P.Good food store on one of those industrial sizes up there with the few big brands, Lidl, tescos, sainsburys, hm?...

T. T. C.Much prefer this supermarket than the Tesco Extra at Newtownbreda which is more like a chore to shop in. Sainsbury’s doesn’t seem to take as long to go around. I like to potter about the books and the selection is nowhere near as decent as Tesco’s. The plants and home accessories sections have really improved since they introduced the Habitat range. No men’s clothing range. Remodelled toiletries and make up section is great. There’s an added advantage in Sainsbury’s in that you can saunter up the mall to the other shops too

M.Don't like Sainsbury's because I got shouted at during lock down due to a rule saying only one adult per trolly and had to go get another trolly which I never put a single thing in just to accompany my Mrs shopping but I managed to get a ps5 from this Argos which to reach you have to walk through Sainsbury's, Asda needs an Argos in it because I hate Sainsbury's.

k. 4.Clean an always find quality products. Went there to get goat milk, pretty much the only place in town where it can be found. A lot of products more expensive than tesco(bread, diapers,coffee, biscuits, fruits and vegetables, meat...
N. S.Looking for airwick mist. Tesco didn’t have any so Sainsbury came to the rescue

A. D.Sainsburys Forestside had been fairly busy when I was there at around 5.15pm. The first couple of aisles, where the dairy and milk products are had been very busy, I came back to this aisle as there were far too many people in one place. All staff and majority of customers had masks on, but certain aisles were quite busy and there weren't any staff members about to regulate the hustle and bustle, which was slightly disappointing. Checkouts, had only about 5 staff on, and all the self service tills were very busy. I personally feel that the self service checkouts are too close together, as it was difficult to manoeuvre the babies buggy between the plastic guards and trollies. I find that the customers don't like to wait around as I did feel rushed and awkward while packing my items and trying to retrieve my change.

C. P.I was impressed by the increased variety of groceries and home entertainment and there were some good offers on. However, there was no menswear at all! There was womenswear and children’s wear but yet NO menswear! Not only I found that sexist, but also very disappointing. Hopefully in time a menswear section will be implemented! Staff were very friendly though. Despite nobody could assist me to pack up my shopping due to the social distancing measures being in force, the lady behind the counter helped out as she could see I was struggling. Thank you very much but I would like to see a menswear section available!
H. M.Sainsbury's is a pretty good store to shop in although I prefer their larger store at Holywood exchange as they seem to have more of what I want to buy. Their fresh meat is good, but I wish they would improve their bread section as there is very little choice in it.
A.Good enough store but sometimes the checkouts are painfully slow. Also the cafe needs sorted as it's very badly organised. So bad that if there are more than 2 or 3 people waiting to be served it seems to become a nightmare. Staff are lovely and they do their best but it just needs managing better.
A. W.Always well stocked and great presentation...Magazines offers excellent..hoping they will add VICTORIA MAGAZINE...as Easons now closed ..and only shop to stock same.....staff ever helpful taking you to product asked for...and again at check out...a very enjoyable shopping experience..
M. M.It was ok. Alot of shelves were empty and the self scan kept losing signal so we had to unpack and put it through the till. Wasnt a great experience but the young fella serving us was as helpful as he could be and very pleasant.

A. S.There is a really good product range here with a great butchers counter and a fishmonger. The bakery has a super selection of breads and pastries. But the layout is tight and there can be long waits at the checkout. I'd avoid shopping on a Sunday afternoon.

A. R.Fuel station at Forestside - new pay at the pump set up has been installed which works very well indeed. It would be nice to be able to use contactless on the pay at pump but that will perhaps become a future innovation. As always, nice to get quality 97 RON petrol at a reasonable price!
C. A.This store, even though it is large, gives the impression of being too small to fit everything in. As a result the aisles can be easily blocked and each grocery section too small. Very disappointed in many of the selections available, and have come home needing another shopping trip.
J. S.The anchor store in Forestside is a great supermarket that has just about everything to fulfil the needs of most customers. Clean and well appointed, extremely COVID19 conscious, serviced by friendly and helpful staff.

E. D.It is a Sainsbury's at a very busy location. Clearly, staff is working hard because shelves are never empty. Frankly, this is my favourite Sainsbury's shop in Belfast despite the distance from home. Buses are conveniently stopping close by. Also, there are nice shops in the shopping center where this Sainsbury's is located.

V. J.I am in Sainsbury's at least four times a week. I find the staff very helpful,the fruit and vegetables always very fresh. Meat counter,fish counter and cheese counter,really good selection. It is my one stop store. Have no plans to change,ever.

D. M.Decent and handy store with a good and varied selection of fresh fruit and veg. This store also has a fairly good range of household items and kitchen/home-ware. There's a café, too. And M&S is at the opposite end of the centre if you'd rather finer food.

Z.Great supermarket, every category is well signed, however the dairy isle seems to be in an odd place making it a bit hard to find, but none the less we found it eventually. Great, kind staff and a wonderful café.
