Great place to shop. Good offers. Nice wide aisles. Toilets and disabled toilets on the premises,both upstairs or via the lift. Also a cafeteria,also upstairs or via the lift. Very friendly, helpful staff on the checkouts. Although not a lot of staff actually on the shop floor. There is also a tobacconist. Also I picked up an order from here the other day and as I'm disabled and had ordered two large storage boxes they were not going to come through the delivery hatch. I was dumfounded and didn't know what to do. Luckily a very nice gentleman named Mason came to help me . May I say he went over and aboard to help me.

Very large superstore, includes cafe, pharmacy, men's, womens and children's clothing. Household items and children's school uniform area as well as a large selection of grocery, frozen, fresh items. Very clean store. Shelves mostly stocked. Manned tills as well as self service checkout. Great automatic click and collect point. Just scan or type in your order number and the machine will bring you your order. Also able to return your online George orders through the machine.

Great place to get your pizza prepared and cooked the way you like it. Gentlemen in a white hat cookes it better than any takeaway.

Personally I love shopping with the handheld scanner. I immediately see scanned prices and offers and I've never encountered a queue at scan checkout. Easy to use and quick to obtain. I recommend this as a quick way to shop and avoid queuing.

Asda is always a great place to shop. With plenty of variety. The only problem is that there never seems to be enough staff to cope with keeping the shelves well stocked with things that are every day things such as chips. They have a lovely selection of clothing for all the family. All at great prices. The shop is is lovely and clean and tidy. With automatic doors in and out. So great for the disabled. There is a lift up to the toilets. With a disabled toilet facility also. There is a cafeteria with lovely choices all reasonable prices.

We visited at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night. The shop floor was mostly clean and tidy and the shelves had a reasonable level of stock. We walked in, selected the few items that we needed and paid at the self-service tills with no issues. The only issue I had was the main entrance, it needs more light outside to make it feel a bit more inviting.

Let me just say, the staff who work at this store are awesome....or atleast most of them. The checkout staff are amazing people who always want to help. The staff who work on the cigarette counter are shocking however. When the queue is half way across the store you'd expect them to work a bit faster to try and beat the queue but they simply work at a pace which is pathetic. And of course because the queue is right up by the checkouts, you then struggle to get out the store. The store has a good variety of products and usually is well stocked. It is slightly annoying sometimes when they don't have a particular product and you ask one off the staff if they have any and they just say if it's not on the shelf then they haven't got any. But overall it's a busy store and well kept. They do deserve 5 stars for having to put up with some of the customers they have to deal with.

Great staff always helpful and polite, we travel from Shirley to shop and found everyone a joy to speak to. From the canteen girls to the checkouts they all get 5 stars from us. I have noticed other rude comments obviously they must have been too ignorant to acknowledge manners that the staff of Asda have. Keep up the good work, we will always shop with you

This branch of Asda always appears to be clean and tidy. The shelves seems to be well stocked and the staff do go out of their way to help you with anything you need. On the occasions I have visited the store the checkout queues have been at a minimum however there always seems to be a wait when needing to buy anything from the kiosk.

If i see another ginger haired woman running around with grabs and no face mask . Slapping down my ginger people all over lady wild . Im moving my tent over to piundland. And i had a job work experience quick save halesowen. Going down to aldi to by a sausage rool mamas got nea money papaz n da dole we goung hooooome with a mouldy sausage roll. I used to work nights at netto in dudley. Scandanavian for value. Asda in perry bar mind mmm the white waggon outside selling candle salts and fairy dust. Mmm bop bop ding ding £2.99 give me an xbox 360 of the tall blonde lady who said i was gorgeous in cex high street anytime. Asdas great for friday nights. Really ! Not very warick r shirly is it. Much less busier on the robin hood island . Speaking ov witch plz can asda serioly think about donating to my poor brothers and sisters in kerry icland i mean irland . Poundland is up for it . Its fairy i mean ferry port pandemic over in cold snodonia.

Good choice of products and generally clean. Nice range of fruit and vegetables. Toilet and cafe facilities, again clean. Lady at the café today told me that my child couldn't have two snacks the same in her lunchbox. (She always has, there are no signs around to explain this). Explained that she's autistic and that's all she eats and we've had two bags in the past, to be told she's not allowed. Resulted in my daughter shouting and refusals to eat. Not a pleasant cafe experience..

Decent store, has a good variety of foods and clothing. Staff are helpful when asked questions. Bought a trampoline from here, which was heavy, staff went out his way to find a flat trolley and took it all the way to my car and even put it into my boot.

Social distancing was very bad today to many people were alowed in the store and people were not 2 m apart if they are not keeping people apart they should have a mask wearing policy. Also although a one way system is in place it is not being inforced and asda employees are ignoring it them self's.

There is nothing online to report excellence in your staff. Positivity breads positivity. I was in the chelmsley wood store on 3 occasions today 26.05,2018. Everytime through the self service checkout and the store was extremely busy. Lisa and her co worker have been on there all day and they went above and beyond there jobs in difficult circumstances. Never got ratty always helpfull and friendly. A lesson to your staff and excellent roll models to how all of your staff should be. Which I must add most of them are. But Lisa was above and beyond this. A true credit

A decent place to shop day to day but fresh produce always has a very short shelf life. Not a great place to do a big weeks shop unless you live on frozen or processed foods.

Reasonably priced store..has good offers on now and again. Convenient locality to home and plenty of parking..sometimes the quality of fresh produce looks a little off putting but never really had any issues here..Cannot recall the last time i failed to pick up what i needed from there..personally never had any issues with staff either, always seem quite polite to me..

Love having asda on doorstep but recently swapped to Morrison's or Lidl. This is due to the poor quality of the fresh fruit and veg. Short dated and everytime have to throw away half of the strawberries as they are soft and going off.

I love shopping at the supermarket but i will never eat at the cafe again as the last time i went there for a meal the staff were rude and tried to blame me cause they dropped the meal i ordered onto the plate of chicken and contaminated it when i didnt even get the plate of the side yet to put on my tray and i was annoyed that they could treat me a disabled person that way
