♡ ASDA'S STAFF are very TOLERANT of CUSTOMERS like myself who frequently only initially "window ☆ shop" & THEN revisit to make purchase decided on.. later in that day or the following day. ☆ STAFF are normally helpful 😷 they must / should be thankful to covid-19 & Govt constraints, otherwise ~ the ~ ROBOTIC-CHECK-OUT SYSTEMS & Artificial Intelligence {AI} could have replaced the majority of their HUMAN CASHIER STAFF ROLES by now (example: LLOYDS Banking Group plans to close 44 branches) as is still a target in CEO's master-planning, simular for 🇬🇧 banks ☆ This store replenishes it's shelves frequently, orderly & this is an indicator of the management's prowess 🌟 ⭐ Plastic Bag Swipe 💳 Machines & Drones designed to deliver groceries ordered online to your doorstep aren't futuristic nor far off either... the annoying consideration is the LONG OVERDUE COMPUTER 🖥 BLACKOUT VIRUSES that shall undoubtedly HIT when least Expected & inhibit every Worldwide 🌐 Plan-B . . VS🤖 . . Nanobots, Robosexuals, Ransomeware, Germwarfare, {1%'ers Greed} and virtual money are all real & have already manifested, so WHAT'S IMPROBABLE going forward 😳 no food? no water? credit card 💳 implants? iGenomics? 🌱

That's my main shopping hub. Love going asda because I found everything I need for my family in one place. Lots of free parking and toilet 🚻 available which make more convenient vd kids. It's also wheelchair ♿ accessible.

If your looking for everything for your daily needs then Asda is the place to go alone or with the family, you can make a nice family day out. They have a huge range of products from fresh fruit and vegetables to health and beauty products. At Asda you get the service you would expect from a reputable company like Asda with service with a smile and staff always at arms length to deal with any queries that you may have. I'm sure you will come to make this place as your first point of call for all your household needs. They have a extended frozen range to help you fill that freezer with all your favourite products to help you make a meal of it anytime. Great place to take the kids on an enjoyable day out helping you make the most of family time while you shop for all you favourite treats. They also sell a range of soft drinks and savouries with many electronic products for that last minute kitchen needs. I highly recommend the use of Asda for all you needs and am sure you will definitely recommend to family and friends. They always offer great service when you shop with them making it a welcoming experience every time.

Always go shopping here on a Sunday. Using Scan and Go makes it an easy shop. Though it can sometimes be hard to find someone to help when they're a bit busy chatting to a colleague. Also some sections can be a bit busy and crowded, with a few people not wearing a mask at all or properly.

I just want give my gratitude to the manager (I believe her name was Channel - apologies if that's not the right spelling) on the floor on the 28th June 2020. I made little drama by punching on the self-service till due to my contactless payment being rejected multiple times, eventually leading to my phone battery dying and not being able to fully pay for my shopping. Channel was genuinely very helpful and didn't even tale note of my rudeness - my apologies. She then helped with the less than enough cash I had with me and topped up with a gift card so that I wouldn't go home with less items than I intended. Also would like thank the very kind lady who offered and insisted to pay my bill. Thank you both for your kindness 👐🏽👐🏽

Never had any problems shopping here until they changed the self-service till set up- now only half of them accept cash, which creates a queue, whilst there are card only checkouts not being used. As all the tills accept cards, it would be better for customers to make a greater proportion of them cash accepting to reduce waiting times for those who prefer cash payment.

Asda Perry Barr store is where me and my family go often go buy ingredients or other things you can find pretty much anything in this store its calm not to busy as they have put safety procedures in place to keep all of us safe in the pandemic

I come shopping at Asda in Perry Barr twice a month. I always shop between 19:00-21:00 on a Friday night, because it is always quiet and less people. The store is always clean, next to a costa and other shops. The car park is huge at the one stop shopping centre. The shop has a good amount of free from products and vegetables. The use by date on food is longer than other store products and the self checkouts are larger and better for bigger shops. I will give Asda 4 stars + Always go at a time where it is quiet + aisles are always clean and clear + easy access to Costa and other shops + car park easily accessible and enough space for anytime to shop. + long life on vegetables and fresh produce.

One of the oldest superstores in the Aston/ perry barr area. I remeber when i was 5 or 6 when this first opened. Before that Asda was towards Villa park where the Villa lesuire centre was ( to the old school among us). Asda and one stop have been a part of my life growing up and if you go into Asda you can see how busy it is which shows how much people love it too..

I've been coming here since the 90s. They have everything you need to be honest and at decent prices. The halal butchers there are a rip off so avoid that though. I'm not a fan of some of the staff there with faces like an arse. Glorified store assistants in my opinion. They need to stop and realise they aren't better than their customers, you work in asda!

Not sure why so many people have problems with this Asda, I literally have been shopping here for years, it has always been go in grab everything i need, pay then leave, simple as but for others it's a whole different story 😂 some people are just too dumb and make everything complicated when it doesn't have to be. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Pros: fresh products like fish an meat. Caters for people with special diet like halal diet. Generally helpful staff when u ask for help looking for items Cons: generally somewhat chaotic, notice that some shelves just stay empty or nearly empty and doesn't get items filled in unless asked. All in all, superstores are all similar. At least this one is clean but a lot of families seem to use it, so a lot of kids and general chaos that comes with that

It was 5 stars the last time and now it's gone down to 3. The reason why it's on a 3 because yesturday evening I was on one of the fast tills and the staff were helping other customers and then they've all gone home quickly and I was the last one. The sky was black at the time and the streets can get very scary at a late of time. I cannot wait to go home and the staff were keeping me waiting and that was absolutely disgusting and they can do better than that. I think maybe next time I will chose a till where it can be a bit more better and quicker for me in the future so there is no more problems or stress and so that I can go home a bit more earlier.

Would of been a 5 star as like this store but was at self serve yesterday and the machine malfunctioned on me and the staff who were mentioned to be on duty on these self serve were having a good old chat.. I waited few mins but they carried on even though my red light was flashing.I. ended up dragging my stuff off the belt and going to a till with a cashier. As I left they were still at it... well they have nothing 2 talk about on lunch break now...

Superstore with a good variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, nuts, dairy products, bakery, meat and chicken and there is a HALAL butcher there as well. Wine, beer and electronics. There is also a little stationary and a pick up service. Self service is available, along with assisted ones. Regular offers to be found on special products. Cheap and convenient when compared to other stores as Tesco and Sainsburys. Open till later and during weekends.

Asda Perry Barr is situated in the One Stop shopping centre. Availability has become better than what it use to be over the years 6.5/10 , the stress of navigating, queuing to pay for my shopping can be a overwelming. It is a reliable asource to get your grocery good in pretty decent quality. I will say one thing Asda is known for being the cheapest, most of the time its a good thing but does show on some own brand products in terms of qaulity. Overall, If you in a rush and need a last min item i would come here again. Ample amount of parking if u can find a empty section park there too many parking dinges collected from here. Oh and one more thing the referb they have done does make it look alot better. But careful as i spotted some fixtures like led lighting bars in the health & beauty section hanging from the cord.

Last Saturday if I am not wrong,around 15:00-16:00 I was at Asda and I wanted to return a deodorant,so it took a while,I don't know how long the fact is that after waiting for so long the man from the Customer Service desk he apologised for taking so long even if it wasn't his fault!I am a simple muslim woman,dressed in black with my hijab so usually I go unnoticed!I don't know if someone is reading this but he really made my day,he made me feel like any other human being!He is an example of how people should be!
