Great store, usually the shelves are full. The only downside is sometimes the staff be on the phones and only 1 till is open (at the times I visit, generally around 6 onwards). Would be useful to open up another, as there do be other staff present. Even if it is just to help reduce the queue times.

Ok store can get busy at times but always well stocked clean and easy to navigate through. The last few visits the queue to pay has been massive which has been because they only have had 1 person on the tills serving and no one is called to clear the queue

Generally good in store shopping, quality and prices (3 stars). Unfortunately the same can't be said about shopping online with Iceland, as half the items delivered were passed their expiry date, and they never respond to the online contact form. 3 stars for the store on Coventry Road, and 0 stars for the online shopping experience. The store doesn't get 5 stars, as there is an obvious level of racism, which they clearly need to deal with. The other star deducted is for the Iceland bonus card scanning, which never works. If they can fix their problem of racism and their scanner; they would probably get 5 stars from me (store only).

Very clean, tidy and helpful staff. Alot of offers in-store which you won't get at normal supermarkets. Highly recommended and a big car park is available.

In a busy shopping area with good customer service. Did not find what I was looking for as they refuse to stock any halal products in an area largely populated by people who would definately buy halal products as proven by Morrisons store close by which had run out of what I needed.

Could do with more staff on the tills. At one point overheard shop staff discussing a customer querying wether they sold halal products the balding staff member clearly found the question amusing as he was discussing it with the other staff member as he mentioned " They don't eat sausages, so why ask "? ... erm so you've been told people apparently muslims aren't allowed to eat sausages 😂 Even if they are made from halal meat

Great brand quality food at low prices, they always have special offers on, My only issue is that the shopping trolleys can't be taken out of the store ,they have a pole attached to them so will not fit under the exit doors , Iceland are losing a lot of Customer's due to this ridiculous idea, you can't take the shopping trolleys to your car!!!!!!!
