M. H.Head office you must update your opening times , you don’t open until 8.30 on Saturday not whats on your castle/brom web site (8o clock) apparently you must listen to your staff in future as they have tried telling you !
J. S.Stood for 15 minutes there was only 2 on the tills there used to be a 3rd till but they have closed it down. Don't think I'll be going to this 1 again 😪

P. S.Love this store. Products /produce is always available. Plenty of choice. Especially frozen foods. Disabled access and disabled parking. Just a token/cheap parking. Plenty of cooked meats, which are of various prices. This is a great place if you want meals for one. The only problem is there never seems to be enough staff to open enough tills. But waiting time is still only short. Free home delivery if you spend over £25 in store.

D. F.Popped in early Saturday morning before any crowds built up, so no queues and the store very quiet.
They had all the requirements to do our prawn chilli pasta, one of our family favourites. Other requirements that were asked for, eg. turkey rashers, were not available but the staff were very eager to help locate what I needed.
One down side, the prawn chilli that we use appears to be at best 2/3rds the size of what we remember of the last one we bought.

N.The store in general is good with lots of choice, I've marked it down because of the security in the store, apparently if you're not dressed like you've come out of boardroom meeting then you're up to no good. Wearing your comfy clothes on a day off means you're a shoplifter and will get followed all the way round!
