Reviews of Morrisons
J. M. F. d. A. F.
Excellent Supermarket. It has practically everything. Extremely varied and fresh vegetables and fruits, good and varied supply of fresh fish and seafood, meats, and well stocked bakery too. Great stock of wines and spirits. Integral and organic grains, cereals, lentils, and beans. Brewer' yeast. Unfortunately no wholemeal oat bran. Extensive choices of spices, vegetable oils, teas, biscuits, and coffees. One doesn't get there the cheapest prices, that is a fact, but not the highest either, to be honest. Great supply of fresh flowers and house planta in pots. Friendly and helpful staff throughout all sections. Moreover, it has a great kitchen where one can buy hot meals all day long, extremely varied menu, and very tasty dishes for takeaway.

Nice place to visit for shopping and visiting regularly. The thing I don't like they have been changing shelves regularly that's making confusing situation for regular visitors. Favourite hot meal food stalls and Bakery
M. F.
Me and my partner shop here all the time because the quality is always high, the deals are great and the price matching really suits our need. Morrison's own stuff is pretty damn good, and they stock a decent gluten free section (which we need as Celiacs).
They also have a fun little section of in store shops which have a fun selection of foods like the waffle cone stand.
That's all aside though, the lovely staff found my phone I misplaced just outside the store and saved me so much hassle and money. I'm truly very appreciative and I will be back for sure!

Own car park, visited 15:30 and was busy, not sure if that's bargain hunters just before 4pm but was only passing and wanted some in car drinks/sweets for long trip.
Store we stocked, clean.
S. V.
Friendly place for a quick bite. Staff very helpful and patient.

Unfortunately was served fish and chips with a hair on the plate. This was dealt with very well however, and the replacement fish and chips was delicious. Fish was crispy on the outside, tender and fragrant on the inside, and their in-house slush topped the meal off nicely. Alien cupcake for dessert. Yum!
J. P.
Not a huge store but good selection for the space. Even a small clothing section. Parking is undercover. Great when the weather is poor. It busy times, it can take time to get through checkout. Found most staff helpful and friendly
j. h.
So annoyed after I realised half way home that I'd been given £5 short in my change from the kiosk. Gave girl 6 20s for a purchase that should have cost less than 115. Went back later that day to be told I would have to come back again in the morning.
I'll edit if I get my money back
EDIT
It was my mistake
TIL don't assume that cigarettes won't go up in price between visits.
Shop here all the time can't fault them
S. D.
This outlet is located within walking distance from my apartment. Free Parking is available.
This outlet is very big and has almost everything you would expect going in. There are several varieties of vegetables, fruits etc. all of which are fresh. Outlet is divided nicely in departments and they are marked, so it is easy to find things you are looking for. Fresh Ready to meals are also available. Cheaper and better than nearby supermarkets.

I am this store customer since they have opened few years back.
Recently they opened food services , they sell pizza and chicken and wrap.
I buy food there and the quality is great.
Few days ago I bought wrap and I really enjoyed the portion size and quality of it.
Had grill veg and salad on it I had chicken and also steak.
I was so happy with the food that I have invited my friends to try the food few days later.
Today I went there to buy wrap and I was so disappointed that I decided to write this .
I don't want to name the person who served me but the portion size was totally different from other day he just put very small amounts of stake and chicken and when I asked him for more grilled veg he said no he can't put anymore!!!!
Funny enough I asked for cauliflower and he said he can't put it on the wrap.
A big cauliflower is only about 50 pence and he still denied to put it in the wrap.
Well I was very disappointed and kind of embarrassed when I open the wrap for my guests I will not get any more wrap if the same person serve me.

No doubt the store is marvelous. You will get fresh veggies, fresh bakery, fresh sea catch.. It covers almost all sorts of ethnic food specially Asian section is impressive. Recently it has got hot and fresh cooked food section also with hot and cold drinks.
However it's absolutely sad to see so much usage of plastic. Even a simple cucumber is wrapped in plastic film. This is not just problem with Morrison rather all stores. All stores must avoid plastic wrapping and covering. They should send clear messages to the vendors.
M. H.
Just what you would expect from a large Morrisons supermarket. Easy access (although the potholes in the tarmac are starting to resemble swimming pools and the access roads will definitely benefit from a good sweep) and everything you would need, once you enter.
C. M. H.
Love the Market Kitchen however, the pasta stall they never put enough cheese sauce in the pasta so can be quite dry, chef's are not consistent with standards
N. V. T.
Good parking but very chaotic inside the supermarket. Also the shop assistants seem to be bothered if you ask for help. There are better places to go and do your shopping.
m. o.
Good supermarket, oftently out of stock products. Staff always very nice.
B. M. F. L.
Went in to byways to get the cheapest cafetiere. Could find any gluten free pasta tho. It's a BIG shop and the shoppers car park was free and busy.
X. X.
I usually enjoy shopping here, better and more relaxing for me than the Coventry Rd branch. Only off putting thing is the busy and awkward road layouts. Can be busy around there. Best avoid usual rush hour times. Great bargains in store. Multistorey car parking offer plenty of space.
Marked down following an encounter with a cashier who thought she was in some sort of race or that she worked at another leading discount supermarket who is well know for fast scanning of groceries. Left me in a tizz. She opened up a new till and cslled me over. She started scanning before my large amount of shopping was all on the belt, kept asking how much more and if she should come and put them on for me, She had to stop scanning because my shopping was piling up. When I got to start packing she then 'offered' to pack my veg, some of which she dropped. She seemed to be on 10 cups of coffee or something, who knows! I told her, I wouldn't have come over to her till if I'd known she was going to rush me. She was 'shocked' 'apologised' said she doesn't realise how fast she scans....but it wasn't just the scanning speed was it. She also made mistakes on the billing. Not my normal experience I have to say. Usually a good (unremarkable) experience. I'm off now to double check my shopping against the till receipt.
J. M.
Plenty of food if that's what you want. I'd recommend Shopping if you live near here and want to go to Morrisons. All the usual supermarket things. Trolleys, aisles, food, fresh, frozen and checkouts. Prices of item differ depending on which products you buy. So it could be cheap and it could be expensive.
N. H.
One of my favourite supermarkets due to Market Street - Morrison's version of selling fresh food in the store. Brilliant idea.
A. K.
Loved this place. Got lot of variety and options on different product. They have nice live kitchen for pizza, pasta, juice etc..
A. A.
=D.. I normally get Morrison items shopping from amazon but its nice to be able to go instore and find a wider range of items. Like Milo. I think they sell the best version of Milo that tastes the closest to the one l had growing up in 🇬🇭. 🎉 🎉 Well done Morrison. The staff are helpful, it's a clean place, great music and atmosphere. They have also definitely expanded their hair range for black natural hair types!! Yes it's the more commercial expensive stuff but still.. 👍🏾 Yaas ✨ I definitely enjoy shopping in the body and hair products section because of their options and l love their Palmers body oil. The queues tend to be busy but not too busy. Always a favourite to stop by for the big pack size balti mix snacks, mango lassi and other items when l'm going to the cinema. I hope l can try the cafe food at some point....
c. c.
The best morrisons I've been to if you want something quick to eat or drink.
Waffles, chicken, grilled sandwiches, soup, all sorts.
There is a lot of choice. Easy to get to aswell.
O. J.
They started doing these box Sunday dinners really nice apart from the fact they've put them up 2 quid in the space of a week and there's never enough of them
s. s.
Good store considering its location but range is limited.
Fantastic new food concessions
C. (.
Brilliant place for that special little item or even the weekly shop. Bakery goods leave my mouth watering. Fresh as can be lovely
J. C.
Feels like a fairly small store, but it is well laid out and easy to navigate around. Plenty of options and counters around the store is offering a variety of different foods.
G. A.
Great staff very helpful and polite even got me a trolley when my basket was full as I did not have a £1 coin thank you
G. M.
The food to go bars is an excellent idea, will be returning purely for them! Would like to see more of them in different morrisons.
L. A.
I go often to the Morrisons because they have different products instead of others supermarkets. I always find good quality, good prices and the staff is very friendly. I was happy to find this stain remover wich is very good in my case to clean my baby clothes and a lot of products chicken livers wich I couldn't find in other stores.
I highly recommend to make your shopping from Morrisons.👍
M. C.
Had always liked Morrisons but these days I keep finding that they're out of the one thing I went in for. Since they stopped rewarding points I'll probably pass by unless I need the wine offer.
M. R.
Good store just hectic around here at rush hour
A. K.
Good Xmas shopping at Morrison's. Great choice of fish, turkey and other delicatessen.
D. H.
The best breakfast sandwiches you will ever taste. Innovative what they’ve done with serving freshly cooked mixed variety foods at various stations, during lunch. Always very good portions and excellent ingredients. Pleasant and polite staff. It’s a pleasure to shop there.
M. S.
Great range of products, fresh, well priced, plenty of spaces to park.
J. H.
The large market area is great with an excellent fish mongers and butchers, plus they have great selection of fruit and veg. They also have a couple of good stalls that make meals and package them fresh
A. H.
My go to supermarket. I like the layout. I've noticed prices have started to rise recently but there are still plenty of offers to be had.
C. W.
It's a reasonable supermarket but quite often might have items out of stock if you go in the morning.
B. K.
Really good supermarket, particularly the market kitchen which has a fantastic selection of freshly prepared food, from pizzas (only £4) to jerk chicken bowls and roast dinners. All available hot to take away.
A. N.
A bit expensive, but given the location it's alright.
But the staff needs training, not helpful and kind of rude except for the security guy, helpful and lovely guy.
Z. R.
Breakfast at Morrison's Cafe - delicious as always. Great service and friendly staff.
S. H.
Popped in for one thing ended up buying something else 🤣 very good when offer's are on, you can save a lot of money.
A. A.
It has everything you can want/need...the food court is great also...they just need more staff on the counters. When I went it was one man between two stations which made it very slow but otherwise a great store.
S. A. B.
Very well located for students at Birmingham city university. We walked down from the botanical gardens to purchase lunch. Very impressed with the section that makes wraps and panini. The children wrap that was purchased was shared by 3 of us. Good choice of hot snacks including steak bakes and hot pastries. I had a hot sausage baguette which was just the job on a cold Saturday lunchtime. Loads of choices for the meal deal too. Didn't get any further than the front section so looking forward to visiting again. Store was immaculate. Staff very helpful too. Large car park at the side.
J. M.
Great store for shopping. Opened a couple of great takeaway food bars with fresh food.
Only downside was everytime I have been here a long queue tobacconist with only one person serving
J. L.
Brilliant store. Always well stocked
Access for everyone. Friendly staff
A. S.
Recently discovered(1 month) the market kitchen through a more local friend.
Various delis make fresh food from around lunch until the evening including pizzas, salad bowls and curries. There are plenty of veggie options too. The best thing about it all has got to be the staff, they're all so friendly, diligent and professional. Some staff have become familiar, too many names to mention all at once. But thanks to James we've had some unforgettable waffles. Guys on the pizza deli are always good banter:) And the managers Danny and Marco have been awesome and so generous. Thanks to the positivity of staff this is a very welcoming place. I'm a resident of Oldbury, it's a short drive but worth the time and effort! Keep it up guys, and as always thank you! Peace out
I had to write another review about this place! But it wouldn't let me make a new one:-/
So I went along two weeks ago for breakfast one morning. Danny and Anna served me on the breakfast butty counter. Yet again great service, good banter, generous, kind and awesome people working at this store. At the time the interaction left me speechless ... So figured I'll write a review to show my appreciation and to thank you guys:)
C. D.
Busy store. Easily navigated. Lots of parking and tills
R. S.
Not as great as sansbury's and not that inexpensive either. Can get crowded during weekends. On weekends there is a huge line for checkout.
P. S.
Enjoyed my shopping . Got everything that I wanted . Felt safe as it was not crowded . Staff were extremely helpful.
My only concern was that not everyone wore masks . We have to keep safe until everyone is vaccinated

Morrison, this review relates to your staff member, Luke; Meat Manager, at your Hagley Road store, Edgbaston, Birmingham.
He had an excellent manner of serving the customer, he was very helpful, courteous and really knew his job very well. He will prove to be an asset to your organisation and we wish him a very prosperous and happy employment with you.
Mr & Mrs. Salam.
H. H.
Most their products blow the competition out the water on taste. Good helpful staff. Parking is always plentiful.
t. G.
Love Morrisons always go and get fresh veg and fruit
v. n.
Right in the city center and always good offers with hot food station which serves delicious food of you wish to buy some on the go. Also has its own parking.
C. D.
Nice local supermarket, with a very large amount of goods for sale
I. I.
The way the store is organised now feels less customer friendly. The choice of products seems to go down, the products are located in what seems to be an absolute random order, which makes you waste more time trying to find what you need.
On top this, I saw the note saying that the store got rid of plastic bags to save the planet. Yet at the same time, the store "dressed" almost every single veggie up in plastic, which wasn't done before. Consistency in saving the planet as it is. Very disappointed.
R. H.
Super dooper store offers a lot variety Delicatessen, roasted chicken sandwiches alongside standard shipping Enjoyable.
S. C.
Such a positive experience at Morrisons - upbeat music, nicely lit, and the new market stalls selling hot food look fantastic - so much choice and the food looked very fresh. I bought a hot spicy lentil soup which was delicious. Definitely a stark contrast to other supermarket chains and I really appreciated their commitment to a positive shopping experience whilst offering very affordable groceries.
I. S.
Good Location, but could not find plastic boxes
T. T.
great to grab some food for lunch by work, especially with the new food counters they have added
M. R.
Very big and has a huge range of items! Fresh hot food and Shazans halal meat section. They also have halal HMC certified items in their meal deal section!
J. B.
Great fresh food here, salad bar really good and hot food counter brilliant. Good all round supermarket, reasonably priced.
J.
A decent sized Morrison’s for the location, with a wide range of products and produce. Store and facilities are clean and well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful. The store benefits from a multi store car park so plenty of spaces to park and you get 2 hours free parking for customers.
J. N.
I love the way the different counters are arranged
The veg and fruit section looks like a garden house.
You have a few live kitchen counters
The cafe is one of the best in birmingham
Ample parking spaces
Easy access
F. C.
Great place to shop- spacious with many products. The store has recently gone an upgrade - all shelves are taller with more products as well as brand new morrisons kitchen with great ready to eat products has been opened (especially pizza bit is great!). All in all - more pricey than other stores but definitely worth it 👍🏻
D. P.
Hve been here every single year when come to visit and stay at Broadway Birmingham. Fresh vegetables and reasonable price too.
a.
Is alright ;) You can get most important product for daily use.;) bit expensive.
S. L.
Using the click and collect service from this morrisons. Its a great way to get the shopping done. The team are very helpful and polite. Huge shout out to Cody who is a credit to this store. We find him to be polite, courteous helpful & chatty!
M. J. Y.
Cake, tart, cinnamon rolls here are fantastic tasty than other super market. While the problem is I can't find a bicycle parking place here, sad. A lot of different kinds of cheese here (more than Aldi's)
I. R.
Great place to shop good quality food as always but like normal posh cars parking on disability spaces with no badge and never getting fined for not showing blue badge
M.
A huge supermarket you will find everything you want + excellent location. 4 stars because the night shift manger < that’s what he described himself said Rude. The manger that I usually talks to is so friendly and the rest of the staff are helpful too.
M. C.
Shelves are usually bare down most isles good range of meats, fish and cheeses. The takeout selection in the kitchen is good even if the food is somewhat questionable in its authenticity.
O. U.
Great place for meal options including a variety of hot/cold options and a salad bar.
J.
Finally found the Morrisons supermarket and didn't even know that I was in Edgsbaston, oops!
Long walk from the canal but what a big Morrisons and absolutely spacious and clean, full of fresh produce and all that I had on my shopping list.
Definitely one of my favourite supermarkets and worth the walk..
Thanks Morrisons for such great supermarkets and even my rewards card was accepted still!
S. S.
Top notch fresh food...just ensure masks are worn
J. G.
Excellent location and very friendly staff
T. K.
First time I went so can't really give it a good rating
S. S.
Good supermarket, world food Isle is poor for Caribbeans, shop has all you need for one stop shopping... unless you want carribean products
E. B.
I like how this supermarket is set out. Fresh produce, such as fish, meat, fruit, veg, and delicatessen, free parking for a couple of hours and plenty of spaces too.
R. M.
Cashier very professional and helpful I'm not happy about new way of points, I'm a pensioner and have no way of printing vouchers off. Haven't got a cimputer like many pensioners you havent considered. It's as though we are second class citizens
S. K. Y.
There are a lot of combo deals which is a great value for money. A cafeteria upstairs also provides a nice place for quick meal.
i.
23/11/20 ordered a pasta from the cafe spot.
Very tasty food but most importantly - Daniele who's a native Italian (the cook) worked his magic fingers to make sure the taste is on point.
Plus a great chat across the oven.
Highly recommend.
K. B.
Fantastic supermarket with a very wide range of products and excellent prices, the staff were very helpful and polite and I found all the goods I was searching for, the only thing that spoiled my visit was one lady had screaming kids running around like mad and bumped into me like 3 times but that wasnt the stores fault
R. A.
Good store, friendly staff. On my most recent visit they had many offers throughout the store.
Fishmonger was helpful and polite..
Location is good, but currently it's terrible due to the road works for the build of the new tram service.
As a bonus, they are one of the few bigger supermarkets which still offer 10% discount for NHS staff.
Very good selection of real flowers, not the cheapest, but impressive choice for a medium sized supermarket.
Just like other supermarkets, car parks are not managed by anyone, idiots without kids or visible disability badges parking in the bays when more vulnerable people need it.
M. F.
Love the variety of stuff here and also the low prices. Asda boasts cheaper prices but defo lower quality whereas Morrisons deliver on both quality and price. Their market place is always full of great stuff. Their cookies are to die for! Wish there was one abit closer to Halesowen but still not too far when driving. Usually order home delivery but in store has some great offers currently.
I. M.
Popped in with my daughter who is a uni of birmingham. This is a store close to the vale village and so convenient for all the shopping. Usual mix of supermarket items, store is tidy and well laid out.
j.
Market kithen is amazing! Quality and price rate 10/10 supermarket is tidy and nice to go!
P. L.
Definately a better supermarket, good hot food options.
C. G.
Still good value, and a working cashpoint!
S. V.
Nice big store, abit of a trek if you need the loo whilst shopping tho. I love how they have their separate reduced section. Mostly only reason I go there
H. C.
Come here at around 8pm for ridiculously cheap food. Filled up my larder the other day for 58 pence. PENCE. And some of the soon-to-be-expired-and-therefore-really-cheap food is actually quite high quality.
Cons: Half their auto-tills don't work, no plastic forks for readymeals, beggars outside sometimes.
C. J.
Easy to park, nice selection of fresh baked goods , was convenient for quick grab and go stuff when passing, don't usually use but will do so in future
s. s.
Big supermarket super close to city centre, you can find most you need here. Good parking space, one way system in place, serving fresh inhouse food ready to eat.
W. B.
It was a nice quiet shop. They had Martini Asti on offer £6 a bottle. Two bottles bought for Christmas.
They have a new takeaway set up, which covers a world of different food, they have waffles, didn't partake, but it's on the list.
J. M.
This supermarket is nice for quick or big shopping.
It has car parking.
The checkout is quite fast and the number is self checkout units avoid any major waiting queue.
One very negative point is about fresh bread and patisserie: they stop producing very early and at the end of the afternoon there isn't any bread at all. On Sundays, there isn't any almost one hour after the opening!!!
A. A.
I generally like this chain. This particular store, however, due to being close to business centres, has quite a few additional items, in terms of hot food at least.
n. o.
Still not sure about the revised layout, the profusion of in-store take out food outlets , that aren't open at commuter time also seems odd. But good prices on what I needed, so should not complain...
J. S.
The pastry are just amazing, I go to morrison just to get them.
s. h.
Some brilliant new hot food stalls recommend the stakewich.
S. H.
Salty mozzarella cheese but who doesn't salt n sugar syrup anyway- I likey. N Hu DN lyk mayonnaise pasta n fresh salads in huge box portions?! Only 1 of a kind this place!!
R. N.
Great central store, many bakery and food options. Upstairs cafe along with public toilets which is convenient. So many options. My problem however is that though I love the store, I don't usually get my monthly food shopping from here. I highly recommend this store to anyone passing.
A. M.
Very helpful and friendly staff, good customer service
M. R. E. N.
I hate to say it but quality food pays off! I never went to Morrisons before and I trully regret it. I've been buying cheap food for too long when one day after work i just decided to give it a try to check if the prices would match the quality and I bought a simple orange juice. OMG!! It tasted amazing I almost cried because of the pleasure I was having while drinking it . From now on I buy my food , drinks and groceries in Morrisons the main point it's if we only live once why not treat yourself with a quality life. Fake it till you make it lads. Please go on and try the quality for yourself
J. S.
De Marco, who works in Morrison’s new chicken area is one of the most kindest and humble people I have ever met. He is friendly with all customers and knows exactly what he is doing and the place has only been open a few days, definitely recommend going to Morrison’s and ordering from him without a doubt.
T.
Very large supermarket where you can find some decent deals.
R. L.
Spacious, clean and plenty of stock. Really like there till/customer allocation system, which sees all customers going in 1 queue and then a 'M' colleague sends a customer to the next vacant till. Extremely efficient and saves customers having to guess which queue is shortest; queue hopping nor roaming aisles to get to a vacant queue, etc
R. M.
Done click and collect a few times as I've been shielding and can't go into the supermarket. Their click and collect bay is much more "make shift" than their competitors, but I expect they have quickly had to expand the number of stores offering click and collect since the start of the pandemic and I'm sure in time they will improve the bay and signage to find it. Some of the fresh items we've been given have been going off that same day, which is a bit disappointing. Morrisons app and website isn't as easy to use as tesco or Sainsbury's, being vegan. The sort feature for vegans on Morrison's website and app does not work well.
But I have given 5*, because the chap that has brought my shopping out both times is the most friendly, professional gentleman I've had at a supermarket in a long time. Evidently takes true pride in his job and was more than happy to load into my boot, preventing me having to leave the car and keeping me safe. Asda have made a fuss before when I asked them to open my boot as they said they weren't insured. This chap is respectful and aware of how to behave in a time like this. I.e. wearing his mask, stands well back from your window to talk to you etc. Evidently very self aware and a credit to the company.
Morrison's click and collect isn't the best, but I'd actually chose to keep using it because of how professional your employee it. Thank you and see you soon.
S. F.
new food bar is excellent but the wrap (with beef or chicken) could be so much better. Beef was undercooked. fillings for the wrap is slaw only.
You should add more options for fillings to include cheese etc just a recommendation not a criticism!
r. e.
Always enjoy going to this shop. Great choices and great new take away hot food counters. Brilliant sparking too for a place in city centre
S.
A medium sized supermarket store. The positives are plenty of parking, the best fish monger counter (try the Yorkshire rainbow trout) and I really like their children's clothing range called Nutmeg - good quality, nice styles and reasonable priced. Don't expect a wide range of different or speciality brands you get from a bigger sized supermarket store, but generally has everything you need.
A. D.
Great shop. Great deals when it comes to a range of products such as food, cleaning products, even skin care which is always a plus. I shop there every week and the quality of products and prices are excellent.
M. T.
It's okay, I think some aisles could be categorised better in order to find stuff quickly. Besides that, it is a good supermarket.
D. M.
Very good service in the cafe. Meal was excellent. Good customer service from the staff on duty.
F. L.
1st time here, walking into the supermarket there is a member of staff offering masks of needed, it is a big shop so has a range of items, it has its own butchers, has hot food counter too but currently closed till mid October. Self service is breat and enough members of staff there to support.
G. W.
Was very busy 21/11/20 and no management of direction of customer flow or distancing. Very good selection of foods and friendly staff. Saw several hand sanitisation points in store as well as at the entrance
L. S.
Well, I'm lucky to have this supermarket nearby, it has good prices in general and quality. I give it 4 stars because they do not handle the best prices and it is a bit chaotic inside, I think that the sections in which the food is divided are poorly raised.
N. G.
Good selection of produce, easy parking, opens late 👍
A. U.
Good place for your one stop supermarket
Plenty Parking
W. D.
Good selection of goods, better than most bigger stores. Usually pretty good stock levels. Gets very busy at lunchtimes due to being surrounded by offices.
w. x.
Great retail outlet at the heart of Edgbaston.
G. B.
Good shopping facility. Plenty of choice.
S. S.
Big assortment of products even halal meat.
P. S.
I shopped at the store today whilst my husband was having a cataract procedure at a nearby clinic. I parked outside the clinic and took my own shopper. When I got to the checkout I realised that I had mislaid my shopper. I looked all around the store for it but could not find it.
The lady at checkout 7 was incredible. She packed all of my shopping into a trolley and advised me to pay for it then bring my car to Morrisons car park. When I returned to collect it she had packed all of my shopping and had found my shopper!
In my opinion this lovely lady went above and beyond for me . She is a real asset to your store. Please pass on my thanks to her.

Really good variety of products (vegan ones, too, which is what I'm looking for!). Produce is fresh and often discounted
T. L.
Please give me discount!
J. D.
Staff friendly. Clean shop. Sells a variety of items from food to clothing. Has a salad bar. Have never found fault with anything purchased from there. Atm machines situated outside. Car park. Pick up taxi point.
C. S. K.
Variety of goods, prices are not cheap when compare with Tesco or Asda.
V. P.
Large supermarket in a very convenient place. Very accessible with a large car park and great variety of products/food. The cafe is lovely and very clean. The lady on the till was very friendly and got us our food quick. Prices in general are ok but as a student the occasional thing can be a little steep and I know I can find it elsewhere for less. Aside from that, this is a great place for a weekly shop.
P. H.
Another waiting for 20 mins, as the click n collect message doesn't cater for people on foot. Won't be using them again! Every time!
D. A.
It's OK - products are a reasonable quality and staff are generally friendly. However, items are often out of stock and are sometimes short dated (or even out of date) without being reduced, so check best before dates carefully. I've also had special offers not applies at the till, so check your receipt carefully too. It's a shame they slip up on these sort of details, as it would be so much better otherwise.
G. B.
Great food, great staff, great prices and choice. Covid safety measures in place and are being followed. Well done Morrisons. Lets all stay safe, control the virus and save lives.
A. J.
One of my favourite stores, really nice and fresh bread available always great staff. Many foods on offers weekly and great quality of fruits and veg.
J. L.
Great shop with amazing hot meal options . Perfect for lunch or dinner
P. A.
Free environment for all kinds of groceries. Very clean 👌
E. G.
Went for the first time last week, was OK but not as good as I was expecting it to be.
b. d.
Morrisons security doing a great job keeping people safe on entry and people completwly understating. Shame for the homeless man approaching cars busking but obviously folk want to keep their distances. Always a great selection of fresh fish meat and cheeses in here.
J. K.
Sea food corner. The fact that it has it puts it avove other higher priced venues.
There is also a quick food court with good pizza and pasta.
Groceries sre nothing to write home about
L. L.
Very nice store. Lots of choices. Could or hot and also a line of hot food choices.
S. J.
Good place for shopping at good prices.
Special price, lamb shoulder
L. J.
Very busy at lunch time with workers getting their lunch. But was told it quietens down around 2.00pm.
Plenty of room in the car park for disabled.
Cafe is excellent. Very fast food service. Cooked well.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Clean toilets.
M. W.
Morrisons is the best supermarket I have done my family shopping in. The staff are so friendly and willing to help you and there all ways special offers on.
S. K.
Great prices, too many self service tills though. Not enough staff on the tobacco/lottery/customer service desk
L. A.
Best shopping supermarket, staff all very friendly, happy & smiling. Most times no waiting in line, if you have 2 wait lines move quickly. No shortage of stock, get plain/self-raising flours at bakery counter 60p/ kg. Security very nice, polite & helpful. Sanitizer at entrance 2 clean trolly handle also stations around the store. Control 2 checkout excellent. Congratulations Morrisons
T. M.
Staff were lovely. Range is not the best
D. B.
I've used that Morrisons since the retail park opened ,so alot of experiences there ,and not a single bad experience
J. O.
Staff could be more helpful with the customer
S. C.
To be fair I'm not a big fan of food shopping in general, especially with all the extra hassle involved due to covid. However this branch of Morrisons has been excellent throughout, and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Nuff said.
S. K.
This particular Morrisons @ FiveWays is in a very busy and popular area so lots of popular items are usually out of stock, esp Asian groceries etc and sometimes i feel it prices items bit higher may be reflecting the pricier neighbourhood. It is a Morrisons so much more trusted than other off license stores both in terms of price and quality but if you compare with other Morrisons you might be disappointed.
A. B.
Good choice of food, great location. Large carpark. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. Very popular for people who live locally and for the offices in the area. Great for public transport. I went to cafe, it was awful. All the tables were dirty, the trays were wet. A man goes sweeping the floor in the way of people, not once did he clean the tables. I would not recommend this cafe
S. H.
Lovely shop! Food is of an excellent quality. Staff seemed very happy an friendly. Will shop there again.
G. Y.
Only went into the store as I'd parked there for an appointment across the road and felt slightly guilty 😉
Ended up buying far more stuff than originally intended as I was so impressed with the prices. Don't normally shop at Morrisons but will certainly be giving them a full workout in the very near future.
K. a. c. b.
The cafe is superb, the ladies are lovely can’t do enough for you and are so welcoming and the food is top notch. The store doesn’t disappoint, lots of fresh food which is just what you expect at a Morrisons store.
J. R.
Very good prices, friendly staff, huge variety of products and also, the best ready-to-eat food :)
I do shopping at that mall almost everyday and i always find something new there.
There are so many self-service checkouts, so there is no queue almost all the time.
I can highly recommend that place.
m. b.
The cue on tills wasn’t moving at all but other than that all good
A. P.
Super breakfast with happy staff
J. E.
Excellent new store, with a whole side of the shop for food to be cooked while you wait, ie roast lamb with all the trimmings £40 for 4-6 people
M. F. S.
Very nice and busy store. They have doodle and DHL drop off ot pickup location in there. Lovely. Very busy store. Situated in a prime location too. One female staff was very supportive and helpful when I went there to return a product to Amazon via using doodle service. I did not know what to do at first but she had helped me all the way to sort out the return procedures easily by using the doodle pickup point which is situated inside the store.
V. G.
Very well stocked, plenty of helpful staff and good prices. They have excellent produce and very wide range. The cashier queues are not long since they got plenty of automated and human cashiers.
T. A.
Not much to fault with Morrison's. Their offers on meat and fish are reasonable compared to other parts of Europe and Far East. Coffee beans are very reasonable too as are milk, bread and vegetables. Handy for everything one needs thank you.! We like shopping here. P.S.The restaurant is simple but fair value.
H. N.
Large supermarket with a decent variety, when and if they are stocked. If you go after hours you will find out a lot of stock sold out! Good value though.
Bakery section of all Morrisons need a revision I think because they simply are not good enough. This one is no exception.
The strength of this particular one is the butcher and fish monger. Variety and prices are good.
They are open long hours and the car park attached to it which help a lot with the experience.
P. B.
One of the best stores in the (relatively) center. Plenty of parking space, a cafe on the 1st floor and everything a Morrisons has to offer. Next to it you'll find a great barber shop too.
A. O.
Best Morrison I’ve been. Small but well stocked.
The restaurant upstairs not the best experience but solves a quick bite.
Toilets available.
Multi story parking, 2 hours.
Other amenities in the same building, barber, Starbucks, etc.
K. D.
Great supermarket with lovely staff. You can still buy real food here, and the price is right. Enjoy it while you can. No doubt we'll all be using ration books again soon.
G. H.
Great store. Not too large. Usually has everything I need. I like it.
C. G.
Great place to shop loads of choice nice fresh produce
N. K.
Convenient on the way home but would not come here again. Parking system is odd - therefore people are quite happy to almost run you over with your trolley as the parking is too built up around the crossings. Shelves and aisles are messy and depleted stock is not topped up in a timely manner. Quite scary to shop here in the evenings too with men behaving in an intimidating manner.
D.
This is a decent Morrisons, the selection of things on offer can sometimes be limited though. I've never not been able to get a fair alternative to what I've needed, though.
The car park is big and good - don't park on the ground floor though as it's much busier than the upper decks.
N. B.
Love Morrisons fresh fruit. More expensive than the other popular supermarkets but you get what you pay for and that's quality fruit and veg. Other groceries can be a little more expensive than Morrisons competion but that's just how it is. The lay out of the store is nice, clean and their flowers are always fresh and blooming. I was also love the fresh fish section where they reduce the prices I'm always guaranteed to pick up one of my favourites .
L. P. C. Y.
Trollys always require coins and it annoys me
S. C.
I really like this morrisons due to the good staff and more vaule and offers they have in store when they have products on offer mostly . they have a nice range of produce in the store meat , cheese , vegetables and more . and they have a good cafe up stairs also
Z. I.
Prices aren't the the most competitive, but the food market is definitely super cool. Will be amazing once covid finally finishes
R. S.
Well stocked store. Never too busy when I go. Ample parking is use the upper floors.
J.
Friendly and helpful staff. Go most days for lunch and good selection of fresh produce. Good meal deal for lunch and you can also have a salad instead of sandwich which is good. Overall a nice place to shop.
z.
It is a superb place to get your shopping done from. You can have a break in the cafe once you are tired from the shopping spree!
Good range of "world foods" which I am always after. A section for your fresh salads and lunch.
M. F.
Best place to go shopping. Small prices, great hing quality products and ready to eat meals. I always enjoy buying there, lovely personnel that will help you in every situation. You can find there almost all kind of products that you will need. It's a simple choice of picking a shop, it's big but not too crowded, they have a lot of HQ products and their staff is friendly to everyone.
S. T.
What can I say? I love you Morrison. Staff is so lovely.the new food counter is awesome.
S. J.
Extremely tight car park. Impossible to find parking space. This puts me off from coming here more often. Store itself was brightly lit, well stocked and clean. Checkout was quick and sweet.
C. P.
Great shop. Staff are friendly.
A. M.
A really nice place to shop, won't pleasant staff, good looking and diverse. Clean and mostly stocked, nice customer service and definetley good range of products. Love it.
M. M.
Working across the road I see the same issues every time I go. Not enough staff at the busy times. Only one person working at the smoking and lottery till meaning it took near 15 mins to buy stamps which they didn't actually have in store. So they had to refund me. Other than that experience the shelves are usually very well stocked and the prices are what you would expect. What is good is that they sell a wide range of products meaning you can pick up some stationary or gifts when you go to pick up your lunch.
A.
A very convenient store to have right in the heart of Birmingham city centre! It does provide everything needed, daily offers and fresh groceries on a daily! A cafè with a view is available in the first floor for breakfast and lunches.
A. S.
Clean cups were dirty - coffee machine needed filling up but staff were so busy trying to do other jobs it was impossible for them. The floor needed cleaning especially the dust from under chairs - need to employ someone to clear and wipe tables
h.
Staff in the cafe are great, come for fish and chips after work. Thanks for all the hard work.
M. T.
Good shop if you looking for fresh fish. For Veggies I would ask staff when they have delivery and do my shopping then. Free carpark and toilet and lift so easy access for disabled people.
D. W.
I always enjoy shopping here as the shelves are always well stacked, it's clean and never too busy. The prices are also reasonable and it never takes too long to checkout your food, whether this is at a staffed or self-service checkout.
A. W.
Fresh produce easy to find things and friendly staff. They need more staff in cafe as they work their socks off but always a tip with dirty tables at lunchtime simply because no one to sort it
I. I.
decent clean and staff helpful
J. K. M.
Fantastic fish monger and good price.
L. E.
Best morrisons near central Birmingham. I see a lot of 1 star reviews due to public not wearing a mask. Morrisons cant enforce people to wear a mask.
Keep up the good work!
P. B.
Well laid out store and pleasant staff. Not tried myself but the salad bar seems very popular. love the range of fresh produce. Perfectly placed for me as I can drop in on the way to and from work.
P. W.
I would highly recommend the Morrisons near to Five Ways Birmingham. Really pleasant atmosphere. Excellent fish counter in particular . Really helpful staff. One of the fishmongers Scott was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very knowledgeable and skilled. Thanks for your help and advice Scott.
J. W.
Good fresh produce and bread. Avocados are the best I've had since 2018. Staff very friendly and helpful
R. C.
Generally speaking it’s a very good place to go shopping for groceries. I’ve found a few times that there’s nothing available by the time I go (usually in the evening) but I find everything almost every time.
People that work there in general are friendly and helpful if you ask for something.
I walk instead of driving because it’s very close to my house, but it does have quite a few parking spaces. It’s never full.
D. T.
This is my favourite Morrisons Supermarket. It's a large store set in the classy 5 area. Has everything you need and more at great prices on a nice area a shirt hop from the City Centre. Really great store.
J. S.
I wish there was more policing of masks as people go round the shop but there were definitely more people wearing them than at Tesco!
a. p.
The supermarkets for indians living in UK. the store was close to our apartment and offered more number of indian spices and products then any other ones.even all the other products like vegetables, eggs were cheaper then other super markets.we specially like the rotis available there.good store to have it near your house.
s. H.
I visited between 10:35-10-50pm in the 8th August. I would like to say I had a good customer service experience from a man called Noel about 5ft 8''. He was very helpful and friendly in packing my flowers into a flower bag, and picked my shopping up to give it to me. He wished me a good night which I don't see that often when I visit supermarkets. Brilliant service.
M. A. B.
Very nice multy departmental store. Very good weakly/monthly groceries. Good parking space. Would be crowdy at day time.
a. b.
I use this shop a lot and it's good in there you can get all kinds of food and drink.
L. C.
Good variety of products and well spaced. Could have benefitted from an extra person on the tills though.
A. G.
Uk best supermarket
U. R.
This branch had a wonderful cashier in the canteen, the location was nice, clean and quiet, the cashier was very helpful, pleasant with warm smile, she got just as we left but was unable to thank her for been a fabulous host
B. D.
Quick in and out visit, adequate parking. Good stock availability and selection in store.
T. B.
I always do my groceries here. I have experienced 3 times that the chicken starts to smell 4 days before expire date. It is also always long waiting time at the cashier
S. S.
This store is currently being refurbished so some of the counters are not available and everything else has been moved around. Give it a few weeks and hopefully everything will be improved
M. N.
Great selection of hot cooked breakfast brought to your table. Very clean environment and friendly staff
R. S.
Mostly consistent stock and we'll maintained store.
Not as coronavirus safe as I would like in several areas concerning staff and trolleys
S. W.
Excellent range: love the fresh fish and their cream teas are absolutely 💯
D. S.
It's great supermarket. Shop is clean and tidy.
One thing to keep in mind is that fresh bakery stuff is very delicious but usually gone by 4pm!
D. B.
I normally do my shopping here and I find it various and in a good position in town. Prices are a bit high comparing to other supermarkets and if you go during late afternoon you might not find what you're looking for as they're restocking. Good quality food.
V. R.
Very good for me as a cook that enjoys good products..meat ...poultry...fish...must state the best fish selection..and fresh..fresh Turbot..plaice...haddock....and others...cannot fault it..better that other Morrison's I have visited... five ways Birmingham...is good for me ...but wife was not impressed as there were not enough clothing for babies...mmm..that area need to be looked at...
L. M.
The store is great but the cafe let's it down. Chips were cold and toasted sandwich was burnt. Sent it back only to be presented with the returned food. Had to explain again what the problem was before receiving what can only be described as a barely toasted sandwich. Seriously how hard is it to toast a sandwich???
R. K.
Normal supermarket. You can buy pretty much everything there. Fresh fruit are often with money saving deal. They have their own bakery, so fresh pastry every day!
T. R.
Decent store with almost everything you need for a shopping visit however it is rather expensive.
3 of their carrier bags came to over £80 even when purchasing store brand where possible and the bags are smaller than asda.
A. S.
Ultimate place for grocery
R. S.
Very close to
Broad Street, synonymous with nightlife in Birmingham. Even during day, quite handy to grab a quick lunch for those living in the area or working nearby. Has a salad bar too.
A. K.
I visit this store at least three or four times a week, Iam a big fan of Morrisons, I think they have the right balance between quality and price.
I have to comment overall the staff at this store are generally disinterested in their respective roles, I would go as far as to comment they are lazy, alot of the Asain staff members particularly converse in their own languages, which I understand, essentially mocking their work place, I see little leadership at the store, any time I go to the customer service desk, one is welcomed in negative fashion, basically giving out the message, do not disturb me, I hope senior management at the head office read my post, this is, not what I expect from this brand, lazy, sloppy staff.
D. V.
Huge car park and nice location. Larger than average store.
Cafe upstairs with views to the main Hayley road. We had to wait ages for someone to cook our food. When I went to the counter to check there was a number to staff all chatting away in the back and no one was serving.
I complained about the service and got a refund.
C.
Good choice and very helpful staff. Morrisons do lovely bread.
S. G.
Easy to shop in the night no queue although products are not all available at night better shopping experience
I. S.
Cannot get excited about a supermarket. Handy car park alongside, but that's to be expected. Usual Morriston stuff.
S. D.
Big supermarket with loads to choose from. Not as large as a Tesco extra, but the market place (butchers, fishmongers etc) is great.
Also a really popular place for getting some hot food to go. Bustling at lunch time.
F. S.
Good store. But prices little bit higher than competitors
E. V.
Definitely the best supermarket out there. Not only good quality produce, but the entire experience is truly magnificent. Great atmosphere, great staff, just absolutely great overall. Love to all Morrisons regulars
d. s.
Actually well placed and good variety of food choices. Especially hot cooked food, fruit veg area and bakery. Good parking spot too.
J. J.
Superstore! I go for selection of plants, world goods and meat counter. Can u believe they constantly run out of onions! Nor me! Rarely a queue but can be around 12pm when it’s lunch for the hundreds of local office complexes. Never no problem parking if u park on floor one or the roof then take lift or escalator
k. r.
Place for quick necessary shopping. The new food court has great food at affordable rates. Must try.
W. P.
This is my local supermarket it has everything that I need when shopping with a wide range of products with plenty of choices the staff are great as a lot moved from Tesco when they closed down the cafe serves food and drinks for most of the day and serves as a good meeting place for young and old the only downside is when I am shopping I've been followed around a lot by the security they have no reason to suspect me of thieving or doing any wrong or trouble making but they still follow me about I'm thinking that they are bored or singling me out not good but the store still gets five stars
🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟
K. T.
Morriston at five ways Birmingham is amazing, it has instore hot food stations that do a whole range of different food.
M. R.
Good quality products - access to a car park and toilets available too
w.
Generally, I've had a good experience at this store. But, in fact, Five Ways, Hagley Road is jam-packed with traffic during "rush hour" (4pm - 7pm), so it's not a particularly pleasant experience getting there by car or bus. The fruit and veg section here is impressive, but the rest of the store doesnt make much impact. Their "discount" section is almost non-existent (at least when I've visited) and they dont seem to bother marking down items for quick sales. Outdoor car park isnt a spacious one. Hence 3 stars.
K. R.
This Morrisons has fantastic range of ready foods for the lunch time for businesses nearby.
An extensive salad bar, lots of sandwiches and snacks and a very well stocked hot food bar offering everything from chicken and chips to ribs, wedges, pasties and pies.
Morrisons also does a great range of fresh breads and cakes.
It's fresh fruit and veg and meat and fish sections are also very well stocked.
As usual for Morrisons, it's the dry goods where there is little choice in comparison to rivals and generally it sits in the the as far as value for money goes - the main reason to shop here is that, for the size of supermarket, there are plenty of staff and you get served quickly
H. C.
Morrisons has good products but it should be mandatory to wear a mask in pandemic times. It's insane the amount of people transiting without a mask. Very unsafe
T.
Good but they to make certain products more visible etc pastry's/pies/pasty's plus have a better variety of cookies in store, red velvet would be nice
C. H.
One off visit when looking for a bargain at times
J. R.
The only reason this morrisons is getting three stars and not five is because of the freezer isle puddle that has been there continuously for over four weeks, a maintenance priority in my book, not in theirs however.
That may seem quite trivial a matter to take two stars from them, but they also fail to place a supply of the recyclable paper bags (25p), in the self serve checkout area, the 5p dearer plastic bags are always in there and currently having a physical condition, I would like the paper ones to be near to hand.
Why are they not there anyway?
Your guess is as good as mine. Oh well.
3/5 mozzas.
A.
All the staff on the hot deli are a pleasure to be served by and never had an issue there until the day me and Javid met... still don't think he should be working there and everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
M. M.
Quite a compact store but well stocked and plenty of range, Indoor carpark too
I. M.
Very good supermarket on a very busy junction which is convenient for Pedestrians and drivers coming to visit. Ample car parking space and a varied range of produce and groceries catering for the community residing close by.
A. S.
Just wish they'd stop moving the Isles around every 2 weeks. Becoming quite a task for just an ordinary shop
a. p.
Convenient and a great stock
G. B.
Not bad but can provide better fresh fruits. Prices are OK on some items. Overall not a bad place to shop but prefer the bigger Morrison's in Sheldon.
J. S.
The largest supermarket by far in the 'centre' of town. Close to Five Ways station and the top of Broad Street and has parking. This store has a lot of choice for food (including fish, deli, bakery, salad bar, hot meat counters) and reasonable sized homeware/cleaning/bathroom departments. Also sell a small selection of plants and gardening stuff. Loyalty points can be collected with a Morrisons More Card.
s. G.
People often assume it is expensive but being a student I don't second this. Esp in the evening they reduce the prices of ready meals which is perfect for students and tight budgeted people. So pop in the evenings and go around the meat section , fish, chicken pies and vegetables.
D. W.
This is a great little Morrisons to get your essentials from, They do freshly-prepared food on site and have a cafe also.
Be warned: There is a 2-hour parking restriction on their car-park which is otherwise free, but this is enforced with ANPR cameras.
N. A.
It's big..... has lots of stuff.....well priced...... mmmmm that's about it! It's not that it's bad, just that it's soulnessness saps the will. Sometimes no matter how you dress up a big shed it's still a big shed. Shopping doesn't have to be a chore but despite only going ìn for 3 things I forgot (or lost the will to live) after finding one.
E. H.
Good fresh meat and fish. Other parts of range are limited to basic lines. Product range shrinks regularly so one has to also shop elsewhere.
B. d. f. w.
A decent Morissons quite a pleasureable shopping experience. Still disappointed with their stock issues but the best Morissons about.
G. S.
Usual priced things. The doughnuts are great just never have any by 3pm. Restaurant situated upstairs. Watch the lift. If you are and or your party are too close to the doors when inside the lift the doors wont close. Stand in the centre!
S. M.
Great selection of hot food to go!
W. M.
Always helpful and friendly never had any inconvenient visits always got what I need when iv been in even tho its a huge store its very good for getting in and out fast without any problems I'd recommend to anyone and that's y I think it deserves 5stars
G. M.
Good supermarket near the Birmingham city centre, free parking and good prices.
It is also a couple of blocks from the Five Ways station, just in the Five Ways roundabout.
It has all groceries and things that you need, even if you don't have much time. It is big but not huge.
Also important to bring your Morrison More card to register points and save even more.
j. c.
Great choice.
Easy to park.
H. D.
A decent price for the sandwich meal deal, boots or Tesco still win overall on the meal deal front for me because they have the big naked smoothie bottles as part of their offer, but the Morrisons sandwich really was very good.
S. B.
Excellent though i couldn't find everything i needed and there wasn't much staff around to help (which is why this is a 4 star instead of 5 star score). However i was very pleased with the shopping that i did get as it was very well priced and competitive compared to the other stores.
B. N.
Popped in for a breakfast, nice food, good service.
A. J.
Great store with good fresh food and usually well stocked... BRING BACK SUGAR RING DOUGHNUTS and I'll change to 5 stars! Lol..
They brought back the doughnuts... then got rid of them again after a few days
G. M.
Good product range from the market place in-store but not great social distancing followed
T. M.
Love the market food here....plants so cheap as well
E. A. F.
I don’t buy anywhere else, it’s a little expensive but I like the quality of the products.
M. D.
Pleasant staff. Reasonable prices.
r. c.
Ample amount of sexy ladies on their dinner break.
Couldn't find the beef jerky though, had to ask for help. Apparently its filed under crisps.
S. B.
Big shop near the city center, which is nice. But quality of food (especially fruits, vegetables and meat) is not the highest and products sometimes out of stock..
m.
nice breakfast just wished they would use tinned tomatoes instead of fresh.
tea a bit weak but was ok.
woman on the cafe till was very helpful.
I.
I love morrisons. It always has what I need at great prices. It's only got 4 stars because the food in the cafe isn't amazing (although the staff are fantastic).
A. S.
Very busy place and well stocked. Ample free parking
N. T.
The best thing about Morrisons is the freshly baked croissants. Other than that, staff are very rude, they dont care about the customers and they dont stock the shelves throughout the day.
M. U.
Lots of choice on the restaurant sides
M. m.
Really like this morrisons, always have some different things compared to some others, staff have always been helpful.
D. J.
Excellent value superstore
R. C.
It's really good shop however many items are missing from other Morrisons that aren't available here. Like beetroot bread and other interesting things that other Morrisons have it
J. L.
Everything you need recommend to go
s. k. F.
Roast Beef Sunday lunch
Absolutely delicious
Excellent value for money
Definitely recommended
G. R.
It's all sort of supermarkety. You can buy stuff.Lots of people. Near buses. Cafeteria with decent views. Car parking. Staff are a decent bunch. (Google is nagging me for a review.)
N. A.
Is it possible for a supermarket to be too big.... in this case yes. If it were a little further out of town rather than on one of one of Birmingham's busiest roads it would make far more sense.
Inside it's undeniably crammed with a multitude of choices and options, but who are they for? Any office workers will eat up their lunch hour trying to find, choose, pick and pay. Local residents can't possibly support it all (there aren't any), and out of town suburbanites would have to brave Hagley Road. Add to this its souless industrial shed architecture and it's just not fun for shoppinh
M. H.
Very nice staff especially the young Blackmail on Self can. Very happy and polite and willing to help. He is a credit. Very spacious store and very clean. lots of offers.
M. T.
Good service staff were excellent
P. G.
Does a good breakfast and the cafe is usually well served. Market Street is a bit gimmicky but nice to have. Decent prices, decent products, and free parking.
A. E.
Exactly what you would expect from a large chain sypermarket. This Morrisons has a reasonably large fresh fruit/veg section, and self service checkouts. Also has plenty of parking.
T. T.

Best place to go shopping. Small prices, great hing quality products and ready to eat meals. I always enjoy buying there, lovely personnel that will help you in every situation. You can find there almost all kind of products that you will …

Really friendly and helpful restaurant staff, it’s got to be the nicest Morrison’s in Birmingham, the staff are way more friendly Than the Morrison’s staff in Acocks green

Cafeteria was excellent, food was cooked well and the service was very good 😀

Love Morrisons fresh fruit. More expensive than the other popular supermarkets but you get what you pay for and that's quality fruit and veg. Other groceries can be a little more expensive than Morrisons competion but that's just how it is. …

It was packed. Staff encouraging customers to use self check out but there were queues everywhere. Food usual good quality and value.

This might be my favourite supermarket. There is a nice variety of food and really reasonable prices. It's a bit of Tesco prices but with a larger variety of Morrison's products which might seem reeeeally cheap but at a nice quality

This morrisons is one of the better stores they actually have.. the reason why I given 3 stars out of 5.. is due to sometimes when the store is rammed.. management should use a person who is on shop floor and put them on a till... that way is logical.. and makes sense... then have a long line of customers waiting a while to pay for items...

I go a few times a week it's good sometimes you can pick up a bargain with the reduce prices all in all I like everything about it

Convenient, clean and well stocked. A fabulous meat and fish counter. Plenty of parking and a decent cafe. Cashpoints just outside and on a main bus route.

Wish we had one closer.

Has some high quality items, shame that it doesn't get restocked that quickly. Bananas and other fruit were all gone.

Good selection of plants, I went in looking for a cake storage tin which strangely they didn't seem to have. I did buy some plants though.

Great place to shop in a strategic location with car park which is free for 2 hours. Good place to get cold or hot food during lunch time. Cafe upstairs with good prices.

Decent supermarket cafe food doesn't make you need toilet after so good from me

Great for lunch 👌 would recommend the chargrilled chicken wraps

Got what I wanted left straight away

It is a big place and has a cafe but the WC and the cleanliness is quite bad unfortunately. But you can get daily groceries for a reasonable cost as well.

For a Morrison's it's pretty decent. Salad bar, pizza to cook at home, pie shop, hot food counter, butcher, fish monger, deli, bakery plus standard supermarket fare.
M. S.
Only popped in for some fresh spinach leaves. They didn't have a single bag that wasn't two days past its sell by date and none were reduced because of it.

Morrisons comes up with good deals and I prefer to get grosseries and liquor from there during deals. Body care collestion inhere too is good and if you are lucky you will have offers in there.

Nicely laid out and easy parking nice wide bays so its not to cramped getting out, staff are a bit rough around the edges but it is a nice store.

Best Morrisons right by Fiveways. Great choice of fresh foods including world cuisines and free from. Spacious layout. Close to buses. Starbucks nearby.
