Reviews of Sainsbury's
H. C. M. A.
Nicely laid out store with Argos and Habitat incorporated within the complex. This is a new store so purpose built facilities. I picked up some bargains, men's clothing from Tu during the sale. One improvement I would recommend for the store is not block the community notice board with the trollies.
R. B.
Visited here to pick up an Argos item, not from the local area, however, parking was straightforward and the store has very good accessibility, providing lifts, escalators and stairs.
The store is situated on a small complex of various other retail outlets which is handy once parked.
The floor layout was very generously spaced out in Covid times and friendly attentive staff on hand if needed.
I picked up my Argos item, a few food essentials and when leaving the car park there is a petrol station nearby as you exit.
All in all a nice place to shop.
M. S.
One of the best Sainsbury's I've ever been to. Has so many additional features such as habitat. It is well stocked and has much variety. Shoppers within this supermarket even look happy whilst winding round the isles.
E. S.
For a new shop it's great but lacks on the cafe plates and cups every where . Food wasn't that great either small portions for the money you pay
F. B.
Sainsburys, Nice and clean store with kind and helpful staff. With any store if you go really early there will be a bit of a tail back of staff trying to get the shelves filled. But they are always polite and ready to help.
T. S.
Nice because of the size and other shops surrounding it. However the cafes are just so slow and sometimes you just want simple food but you can’t really get it here like you could in the old Sainsbury’s cafe.
N. J.
Good shop on a nice retail park in Selly Oak. Shop includes Argos outlet and Habitat household goods. Peyrol Station on site sells competitively priced fuel. Well worth a visit.
C.
Massive Sainsburys, gives me serotonin, Loved that it has a SLIM CHICKENS inside it now, oh my god my bank is gonna kill me. The lifts getting up to the supermarket honest makes the trip totally worth it!
A. N.
This new Sainsbury's is a lovely shop with a good variety of essentials. Unfortunately, it is a nightmare to get out of the car park. Took me 20 minutes and it wasn't even rush hour
L. L.
This store is bigger than the usual sainsbury and therefore lots more choice. Especially the clothing and homeware. The plants and flowers in particular are fabulous.
j. o.
I love this sainsbury's by the QE hospital.
Ample of parking also lots of other stores there as well now sainsbury's has under store parking with lots of Disabled parking space. Also lots of parking space available for mother/Dads parking spaces
2 lifts to enter store from outside by parking bays & also a travelaltter.
Sainsbury's cafe with
Harry Ramsden, & a few more good shop also the staff r welcoming to the Costumers
k. p.
Big clothing/ home dept, shop and cafe. Baby change and disabled toilets, large lifts or escalators from car level to shop. Plenty of parking but leaving car park when very busy takes ages due to other shops on site
A. M.
love this place. love that I can do home shopping, clothes shopping then have a meal or cuppa in the food court after my grocery shop. shopping for groceries is no longer a chore but now an outing I look forward to at the end of the week! the self scanning devices they have make shopping so quick and fun
V. B.
The Sainsbury's store is great. Food courts really lovely too. What really impressed me was when I went to get fuel (which I actually needed as I was down to less than 15 miles and travel to Worcester for work) I was really pleased to arrive and be guided to a que by very friendly staff who were managing the panic buying of fuel calmly and efficiently. I got to the petrol station and was finished within 15 minutes. Hats off to the staff out there all day keeping the situation under control.
A. C.
Car park is always a nightmare to get in and out of although that is only in peak times, they could have thought more about the roads when they built it up.
Sainsburys on a whole though are great.
T.
Good selection of everything from ranges and ages of clothing to copious amounts of food produce, household, health & well being and much more. It can be more pricey doing a full family shop here compared to some other supermarkets but the overall quality is very good. Aisles are widely spaced which is great for customers with wheelchairs, mobility scooters etc.
I. A.
It's big and has a great options specially in the HOME section. I loved it. It has very nice exhibition to the goods.
M. B.
1st visit to relatively new store, which was refreshing. Appall carparking, well signposted with easy level access. Very clean ,with good access to 1st Floor and I had a 9 item breakfast which included halloumi cheese, which was again a 1st for breakfast. Mobile running low, so sat next to charging points whilst eating breakfast.
Staff very friendly, helpful, which doesn't go unnoticed.
Would I return? Yes
K. M.
Modern, clean and lovely staff.
I've been to a few superstores in my time, by can't really find one as good. We'll done Selly Oak Sainsbury's.
C. J.
Very big, lots of choice, smart scan and App scanning. Huge TU clothing section and a very smart Argos tucked away in the corner. Helpful staff around so if you need anything know that they are there and Willing to assist
S. F.
Huge selection of items. A local Argos, fresh produce. I wouldn't say it's price matched with Aldi like they say they are.
The quality of the durables here (especially the kitchenware) is fantastic.
K. W.
Our car park click and collect had been transferred in-store without notification. This is the fourth time this has happened in six click and collects. We were at least contacted previously to today. Time to change to a delivery slot as the whole reason for C&C is to avoid going in-store
M. M.
Great new instore hot food outlets, from Harry Ramsden's to coffee house. Prices and portions value for money. Staff professional and courteous. Great to see the majority wearing face masks 😷 in all age groups.
V. A.
Basic Sainsbury's compared to the one in sellyoak. But it has pretty much all u need. Go here regularly
W. W.
Friendly helpful staff.
Clean tidy shop.
Easy to find things like their free from Isle. No empty shelves
M. W.
It was a dark time in my life, I didnt know how to continue. Nothing was going right and every day the world seemed a darker place. One day I was walking by the canal (selly), through my tear-blurred vision arose a sight I can only describe as angelic. I can still feel the warmth that penetrated my body when those rays of orange light lit up my world. This store taught me that the world isn't such a bad place, it gave me hope when there was none and it was there for me when nobody else was. Big sains to me is more than just an organisation or a shop or groceries or whatever. For me, big sains is something greater than life itself - ultimately, I would describe as a concept, a flavour, a memory, an intimate moment in the small hours of the morning.
M. T.
Great store.... But didn't have what I was looking for sadly. Was a bit surprised at that.
D. I.
Love this shop, large store selling lots of items. Argos store. Timpsoms. Great Café choices. Free parking., whats not to like 👌
R. C.
Everything you need, parking good
Well stocked, big store massive choice
z. M.
Its a pretty average tbf a small amount of staff there willing to genuinely want to help the customer but thats few and far between. All check out staff are lovely friendly and willing to help you with any think.
During a pandemic you would think the rules would be used in there properly.but when there's more than 10 plus people and famliys shopping together you can not social distance
On this occasion I left the shop because there was no one in force in the rules of social distance in
a. h.
It's a big store and can be hard to navigate, especially as there are multiple additional franchises.
A map would be good! Or at least better signage....
I'd spend more!
L. W.
Empty shelves....hardly any fresh fruit and veg...experienced the same on Fridays and now Sundays as well, ridiculous... better off at M&S No much difference to the Longbridge store, very overpriced food court, over priced Habitat home tat...55 quid for one cushion...??? Considering this is located in a predominantly student area I can't see people spending much in these areas of the store
K. F.
The new Selly Oak branch is really clean and spacious. They have SmartShop, food court with great selection of food from various companies, wide selection of TU clotches, Argos and Habitat instore. It's a great place to do your shopping. 🥙🍲🥤🛒
P. G.
Good stock. No complaints. It just feels a bit... Impersonal to me? No fault of the staff etc, it's just a big unwelcoming store. Perfectly serviceable though...
S. K.
Great big store with a large selection to choose from. Good prices.
L. W.
Most staff lovely and helpful. Old lady on till quite rude, pushing shopping down while u are trying to open your bag, then asking for payment when you are no where near packed - not good for disabled customers!!
p. w.
Well stocked compared to maypole and Northfield, had everything I needed, can't say the same for the others, they always have something out of stock.
D. J.
Excellent variety of goods for home garden and store cupboards and groceries . Fresh hot tea and coffee, restaurant and disable access.
C. A.
It is a very nice and pleasant shopping experience with humongous store and different forms of products to pick up all under one roof. Would definitely recommend.
s. W.
Could do with more world food sections but has the basics... wishing this Sainsbury's had halal sandwiches but it has most general shopping things!
Z. G.
Great atmosphere; plenty of space to get around. It has almost everything (and Argos); clothes, as well as comfy seating for coffee lovers. There is a department for homewares & techie things as well as games and stationery.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
D. B.
Nice big store, has everything you need & more.
I.
Collected my eBay order from the in-store Argos, then found a bargain in the spirits aisle, Jack Daniel's 1 litre for £20.
Quick and painless shopping trip.
Y. J.
Large selection of groceries and home goods. Good staff and nice layout.
J. L.
Great store not enoth toys for this time of year and its so bust not enoth people fast enoth on tills great place it miss the old store seemed more friendly
J. M. F. d. A. F.
Small Supermarket but very intelligently stocked. One can find almost all the essential groceries and house goods there.
A. M.
It's a big shop! A supermarchet... No hypermarket but still possesses a wide selection of produce and manufactured life stuff!
The petrol station has their PA turned up too loud and my friends who live locally can hear them shouting things like, "Pump 4 not in use please use anotherrr" or "can you not stretch the hose over your car pleaseee" - all in horrible Burminum accents
Anyway back to the shop... It's best feature is the orange juice making machine. I've thought about lifting it but they have guards on the door constantly and it's a pretty heavy item too tbf... Probs fit in a large trolley tho but when you push them carts too fast the wheels get their wobble on...
All in all I've had a mediocre experience within this store!
R. G.
Great place and lots of stuff u can choose to buy
M. W.
Nice sainsbury's, it's all upstairs with some parking underneath. Good disabled access, clean toilets, and lots of clothes as well as an Argos inside it. The cafe is really good too.
S. I.
Love Sainsbury's in selly oak. I often have a chat with Marlene one of the assistants, she is always friendly and I am disappointed if I don't see her.
G. C.
I love shopping at sainsbury's so much choice and love the scan and go
M. B.
Always good to visit. Clean and tidy. Staff are very helpful and polite
S. N.
A good place to shop. I do like the combination of shops in there. Also a great location as has a few good shops around.
L. J.
We went to Ed's Diner for breakfast which is situated in sainsburys,it was expensive £5 just for a sausage & egg bap but worth it as it was lovely! There is also a cheaper cafe there if you are on a budget
P. D.
Huge store, great selection of products.
Clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff.
Plenty of choice, can eat here too, free parking
L. B.
I think this is the best Sainsbury's I've been in. Sadly more than 100 miles from my house! Just a uni drop off full of beer and all essentials for an academic life
D. S.
I went with my daughter to sainsbury's Selly Oak to get some new clothes for her and bits and bobs we were paying for some stuff separately and my daughter by card and cash.. . My daughter is autistic, has tourettes, anxiety, depression and non epeleptic seizures. The young man at the till Matt was extremely kind and helpful and very patient with us. A really big thank you from both of us
A. V.
A large amount of variety and good parking space
Would definitely visit again!
D. T.
The sushi is amazing always get some when I do my shopping here
C. S.
Clean easy to shop. A nice big store too
Z. D.
Very modern store and plenty of items. Located in a new development with large parking 🅿 and other stores.
A. 2.
First time back since all reopened, loved it. Lost a star due to a member of staff think working at track n trace table was in front of me n my child and put her middle finger up at the others at table as we came down escalator.
M. A.
They have a nice sushi section and you can now do smartshop using your phone.
J. K.
Not sure when the shelves are refilled, but boy do those shelves experience major waxes and wanes. Some days the market seems running dry on everything, and a few days later everything is replaced anew.
Parking is fine, except for a surprising amount of homeless people hanging around outside.
The staff are... okay-ish. Some at the till are outright rude, others are really nice and helpful. Don't be alarmed. People are people.
K. R.
Great selection. Big store with food outlets inside and Argos at the back.
J. B.
Everything a person could need at this sainsburys with Argos. Not forgetting Habitat and Tu clothing.
Extensive baby ranges in food and clothing
T. J.
Visit daily, amazing store, loads of option on sight restaurants, argos, bakery, specsavers and (my favourite) gourmet sushi stand
A. H.
A whole range of different foods to suit all tastes. Sushi bar is good as are restaurants. Staff always friendly and helpful.
H. M.
Sainsburys, they got eggs. So many eggs, daily new eggs. 1 for everyday of your whole life.
T. H.
Great lunch venue excellent choice of food restaurant quality endless tea and good service
K. A.
It was an experience and was worth a visit though I was only window shopping for inspiration for Christmas gifts .
N. B.
The best nearby Sainsbury's - great variety, clean, bright and spacious. Helpful staff too. Love the clothes and home sections, and the click and collect for online orders.
d. c.
Brilliant place to shop it also has a few food outlets inside
g. m.
Clean friendly staff . Good well cooked food . Great selection .
A. A.
The biggest Sainsbury's store I've seen and the attendants were really helpful.
J. A.
Nice spacious store with a Argos. Parking directly beneath the store and charging for electric vehicles.
S. K. Y.
has big carpark for easy parking, and a large variety of daily goods from food to clothing, reasonably priced too!
R. O.
Mainly went here for groceries, so can't really say much about the other stuff they're selling. Store owned brand is of good quality. Overall decent choice and variety of products, found most of what I was looking for. Pricier than Aldi-type stores. I'm only in the UK for a little bit, so I didn't bother getting a membership, but I understand it allows you to scan in your products as you're taking them off the shelf. Self-checkout worked smoothly, despite having staff ID me because I was buying alcohol
C. D.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday not a good time to shop for fresh fruit and vegetables. Shop requires a good deep clean especially in the soft drinks aisles.
C. V.
Well on the day I visited the up escalator was out of order and the place is a bit of a building site as it's having significant renovations despite only being what; 2 years old?
Still a good sized store and well worth checking out but certainly not an ideal experience in its current state.
R.
Huge new store, even had furniture and an Argos inside. Great to see free charging for electric cars too in the underground car park.
K. P.
Large grocery store.
It has a wide selection of products including pharmacy.
It has a bakery, bread baked on site daily.
Pizza and sushi 'Bar /station' in store (not part of the cafe)
Freshly squeezed orange juice, squeezed and bottled Infront of you.
It also has clothing (all ages), toys, home and furnishings and an Argos.
k.
Shop is elevated so theres great ambient sounds directly from the roof when it's raining outside, which keeps you shopping.
A. B.
Still a good shop, however they need to open the first entrance again, I do not like travelators and find it difficult to walk either up the stairs or from the lifts and I am sure other people have the same problem. I have never understood why they moved sainsbury's to the location it is. I do not drive and it is bit of a walk to and from bus stops. The original place where they were going to put it would have been move convenient. Also you can not easy get to it via the Bristol Road.
c. b.
This is my favourite store it's versatile and convenient in every way.
The layout of the store is great and well stocked ranging from food, clothes, resturant and Argos.
Love the nectar points you can save or spend when you like
Enjoy using the smart scanner it's quicker, hassle free and it reduces time at the checkout
Looking forward to the fresh produce counter and resturant to open
Staff are helpful great store
S. R.
As far as i remember this is the biggest sainsbury's in the UK. A local attraction? The burgers in the food Hall are amazing! The sushi from sushi gourmet is amazing (quoting a true Japanese)!
R. A.
Big store with also Argos inside and an Optician, however there is no pharmacy.
Staff are generally friendly, and many on the shop floor.
Pricing is good, but other similar stores have better deals.
There is a Krispy Kreme stand inside.
Lots of parking available.
It can be chaotic to leave and enter the area at peak times, lastly Sainsburys petrol is usually very good value.
M. W.
Nice supermarket, you need to go nice and early to get the shelves well stocked - definitely my go to supermarket
J. J.
The experience was grest. The 2 cashiers nearest to the rest rooms were brilliant ( allocated there at around 1300 hrs one ladie was black the other white) - both Friendly, genuinly happy and lifted the experience. More cashiers need to be like these ladies. Of course the products were good, shelves well stocked, store clean, covid awarness evident, all staff I saw were wearing masks correctly, - but the best bit - the staff as said, were great. ( wish i had their names)
N. R.
Everything so lovely and fresh. Staff go out of their way to help you.
K. H. N.
Loves its covered carpark, though the direct access is currently closed due to COVID measures. You need to take few more steps to the only entrance at the front.
The store is always well stocked and well organised. It is also fun to scan and pack your groceries in advance with a barcode scanner or a mobile phone, which can make your shopping much easier and quicker.
J. H.
Great shop, love a trip to big Sainsbury's
M. D. j.
Nice staff lots of items to pick from
Only problem is they use way too much plastic and so much palm oil in their products. Other than that they have a good range of gluten free and vegan food or vegetarian food.
Note to owner- please cut down on plastic you need to do more it’s all going in the land fill or oceans they are not actually being recycled as you may think. Please do more banning plastic straws and charging for bags isn’t enough
J. J.
It's a supermarket. It's good if you need to buy what they sell
A. S.
Great place to shop. Food court has great variety
E. P.
Great choice diversity for groceries and a little more, some clothes, kitchen and bathroom items. Staff is usually happy to help and quite friendly
M. E.
I have been shopping at Sainsbury's since the old store opened. Even in times like these I find the staff are helpful, pleasant and very patient. I'd just like to say thanks to the young woman who helped me with my first Smart Shop this morning. When I made a mess of it she re-scanned it all for me. I greatly appreciated this very kind act.
S. S.
Modern, covered parking and a really good selection. Also has a comprehensive home section and even an in store Argos, where staff gave always been kind and helpful :)
M. C.
The usual shopping and fill up with petrol trip. The only difference to the norm is, that "Everything" has increased in price ridiculously! 🤷♀️
C. B.
This is a large Sainsbury's including Argos and Habitat. It has excellent parking. It has a good restaurant with a choice of food styles. Within the shop there is also a patisserie, a sushi bar and a pizza bar as well as a bakery, meat and fish counter. There is a large clothes section. This is probably the best supermarket in the area.
D. B.
I would give this place 5 stars, however I knock one star off for the poor experience at customer service. I rarely seem to get my nectar bonus point coupons to scan, the staff are unable to do so as well, and send me to customer service. The young woman there makes me feel like a criminal. I'm beginning to think is it worth it for an extra 50 bonus points. or shall I just start using the Longbridge store where customer service staff are much friendlier?
K. K.
Huge amount of products, vast car parking area and kind staffs
S. R.
Lovely employees and a nice location, with reasonable prices.
s. i.
It has everything you need and love the jumbers for women
P. T.
Greate facilities staff are nice, good sushi bar staff are nice but nobody likes a security guard but that goes without saying they stock krispy krem as well which isn't too shabby if your a red eye jedi 😉
K. W.
Great service at carluccios the young lady serving Imani was very knowledgeable excellent
S. P.
Situated in a medium/big shopping area.
Parking is free for 3-4 hours.
Supermarket is easy to access and has a good selection of food, including sushi bar, freshly squeezed orange juice, bakery.
B. H.
Very good place to shop it has a very wide variety of products from household items, Clothing ,Argos, shoe repair and three different food outlets within the store open according to covid restrictions.
J. L.
Usually well stocked. Good parking. Clean. Can be busy coming in and out of the car park at peak times.
s. s.
Can find most things here, big stores with restaurants inside serving fresh food ( not at this time due to pandemic) and other store and restaurant around (wilko, m&s, nandos and few more) big parking space and there's Sainsbury's petrol station too.
D. F.
It's ok
K. B.
An easy and comfortable shopping experience. Was able to buy all the items I went for.
J. J.
Big store, nice staff, good stock. Well done
D. L.
Very clean store and helpful staff 😃
S. p.
Staff friendly, well stocked but fish, meat and deli counters are now gone not just closed 😞
R. K.
One of the largest in Birmingham. It also houses Argos and Tu clothing. Good for groceries and school uniform.
J.
Very large Sainsbury’s with plenty of parking. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Massive selection of food and produce, also has an Argos and a massive home/ clothes section.
T. W.
Very large; bright & airy and with a decent homeward and clothing section (Tu), food of good quality and selection, all at competitive prices
J. D.
I like late night shopping to avoid crowds so this is ideal for me.
D. J.
Well this Sainsburys is in really good location and ideal for most thing that you need with multiple things inside including timpson and Specsavers and cafe and also sushi market with big Tu clothing selection and habitat and Argos within the store so suitable if after few things whilst you shop
C. G.
Love this branch, my favourite. Whenever I'm in the area I call in. Great selection of all things you'd expect them to sell.
l. b.
Can't beat this sainsburys I'm happy with the upgrades. New food quarter 😋
D. M.
Wow beautiful first time their definately worth visiting. Well go back again soon. Sorry no photo as it was a short stop
T. X.
Very enjoyable shopping experience on my most recent visit. I tend not to shop in Sainsbury's too often, but have to say the experience left me positive. Lots of space between aisles and an open design, means no opportunities for claustrophobia. Parking spaces are a sensible (though not over indulgent) size.
On my previous visit, I rather stupidly left my purse in a trolley which I left in one of the trolley stations. Two days later, I phoned (after exhaustive searching at home). I was utterly blown away that the purse with all my cards and even some cash... Was handed in and I picked it up a few hours later. I know it's unfair to judge a supermarket on that basis, but I had such a positive experience, I felt I should mention it.
Another thing which stood out for me, is that I've been trying to get my hands on fresh whole trout from a fish counter for nearly a month now (I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I'm Indian, and we love our fish). Every time I go to my local supermarket, they are all out! Sainsbury's had several on ice at the counter, and a friendly guy on the counter, packaged it up nicely for me.
Got to say this was an overall, very positive experience.
A. V.
Very clean store with a good layout and a vast array of items for sale
J. T.
Very busy!!!, but it was just before Xmas. Massive supermarket
S. M.
The Supermarket is a great place to go if you need a wide variety of things for your household. It has a cafe and a couple of pan Asian options for hot food. Not to mention pizza, sandwiches and a separate Japanese counter at the back of the store, where you can buy sushi, dumplings or even Katsu Curry.
Other highlights of this store includes, cold meat, cheese, patisserie / bakery counters, Argos and a branch of Oasis.
There is a wide range of non alcoholic drinks, lot's of gluten free options from cake to beer and if you are trying to instil a healthy food only lifestyle you will find at least two aisles to peruse.
Happy shopping!
l. n.
Large clean supermarket not too busy.
E. P.
Wonderful store, great range of different products. Love that Habitat have joined the Sainsburys family. Some really nice homeware.
A.
Updated review for new retail park.
Excellent supermarket! Even people I know who have heard of it know it's a bit special.
There is a huge range of produce, with a larger than usual 'world foods' section, which I love! There's a fresh sushi counter along with the more traditional butchers and fish counter. There's a bakery section with a Patisserie Valerie concession and you can order impressive celebration cakes from here.
There's a wonderful homeware section, clothing department and the gift/greeting card options are extensive and good quality.
They have the super convenient self scan and pack devices and finally, the cafe is pretty good as far as supermarket cafes go!
J. D.
Had to go to QE hospital so called in for necessary shopping. This really is a top notch store. I got everything l needed and staff were so helpful as I'm used to our local Sainsbury's. Covid safe.
D. V.
Love this Sainsburys with a Carluccios and lots of concessions
S. H.
Huge shop so no stock issues. Bit cold. Sanitiser station a little out of the way meaning lots of people entering the shop without cleaning hands, trolleys or baskets.
G. S.
Nice place .... Good service lots of facilities .... tea room a bonus...+ currency exchange facility very welcome
Argos habitat clothing department etc etc etc makes your day.... all under one roof ... makes life easier when shopping for holidays .....I've benefited from. It a lot
W. R.
Best catering service so far with contactless payment option :)

Sainsbury's visit was quite good, it was the time when COVID-19 lockdown in action. But what I felt over there, good management with supportive staff and a very nice inside planning and section division with quality products from small things of daily use to house hold, kitchen wears, decorative stuff, clothing, toys etc... overall great space experience
E. D.
Clean and tidy and airy. The member of staff offering the sanitiser was very friendly and helpful. Very bright disposition. Staff very helpful and the queue to get in didn't take too long. Not much social distancing??
N. M.
Really friendly and helpful staff, there is a strong sense of community in this store. Good range of stock and they appear to get items in if enquired about. There is also a nice cafe. Great for disabled or older people. Only negatives are that the hot food counter appears to have very poor selection (at least after lunch) and would be nice if the cafe stayed open a bit later.
U. A.
Great selection of mens clothing
z. a.
Brilliant store with good variety and nice feel
O. A.
A good grocery shops but prices may not be the best.
A. K.
Nice big store very helpful staff, my only problem is accessing and leaving the car park is a nightmare. This is because of the one-way system around the area is dreadful and results in hue traffic ques. I prefer to shop elsewhere because of this.
E. S.
Nice big store. Always well stocked and the rarely have to queue to go through self service. It also has an argos and timpsons on site.
R. S.
Loads more choice in the clothes section and home department too
D. C.
We love sainsbury's @ Selly oak. Such a clean and open store. Everywhere is so tidy and clean. A great variety of goods to keep everyone happy. Really helpful friendly staff, a credit to the store. We did our shop using the smart scan, it was great. It saved us having to queue, a brilliant idea. My husband thoroughly enjoyed using it, he was like a child with a new toy 😂
S. B.
What can I say its a super market with a dining twist 😋
J. J.
Want to say a really big thankyou to the staff today. My daughter Jade who is 38 wks pregnant had a scare in the store. The staff were amazing and went all out to make sure she was comfortable and called an ambulance. A massive thankyou to you all but special thankyou to Sam who was amazing. 😘
A. H.
Much better signage and encouragement of social distancing rules. However, this week I avoided the busier times by going early in the morning.Avoid busy times-I am very anxious to get out of the store then. Food quality and prices just as good
D. T.
The bakery here is useless everything is hard and stale on same day. Go to Northfield or Longbridge instead, far less busy and softer baguettes. Longbridge bakery is the most impressive.
E. B.
Saintsbury's is spacious people keep distance and they are wearing masks. Wide variety of food and drinks, very modern, clean.
h.
Absolutely love this store. It isn't local to us, a 20 minute drive away but we haven't got a Sainsbury's closer. It's huge inside and spread out. Homewear is unlike any other supermarket homewear department I've seen before! It's so great. And the kids play area is really nice too, they usually have some toys out to play with and an interactive lego screen which my son loves. The cafes are really reasonably priced with a large seating area.
b. b.
What is wrong with the escalator that takes you up to shopping area , its been broken seems like for months . come on sainsburys get your act together its pathetic.
R. S.
Best supermarket - large and Roomey always well stocked.
However during covid I feel like they need to limit number of people coming in very busy some days which makes it uncomfortable
L. P.
Visited the Selly oak branch today did quite a large shop met 3 amazing members of staff Rosie, Louise W and Vicky they all rushed to open a till they loaded the belt helped me pack and put all my shopping in the trolley and then offered to help me to the carpark! Excellent customer service
Y. Q.
Love this store. Has everything I need. Self checkout is easy peasy and so quick. Lovely and clean and well staffed.
J. M.
Fabulous big store, very Covid safe, staff cleaning cabinets regularly etc. Great stock and eateries.
J. E.
A little busy, but no more than usual. Not always easy to keep a safe distance from other shoppers
B. j.
This is a huge store, they seem to sell everything and a large selection of products, great vegetarian and vegan chilled section too, one of the best I've seen.
G. M.
This Sainsbury's has everything you need ,there is going to be a multi restaurant area soon ,lots of parking ,great place to shop
J. G.
You can find everything here. Also order from Argos website to collect here. The employees are very sympathetic. There is a huge car park, 2 restaurants, 2 cash machine, the bakery is good too. On Sunday open later and close early.
A. C.
This Sainsbury's is well located in Selly Oak and easy to get to. Parking is ample, and although at busier times, it can be tricky to get into car park, with care and attention, it's not too much of a problem. The store has all the essentials required for a weekly shop and although Sainsbury's are deemed to be comparatively expensive with the competition, I have always found most items affordable and of the highest quality. I'm not how sure they will be there for, as I believe the store is going to be relocated in the newly developed Battery Park close by. Existing customers are in for a treat, with the unveiling of a brand new 70,000 square foot store sometime after 2019/2020.
A. K.
Lots of free parking , extensive clothing section for all the family, instore Argos , petrol ⛽Station onside.
Lots of helpful staff on shop floor .
D. L.
Great product range, helpful staff, nice and clean and I really like the 'Star Trek' self service scanners. Makes loading and unloading the trolley a lot less of a hassel.
Would be a five but they really need to improve the pedestrian access to the site. People are walking through the petrol station forecourt which is a real hazard! Traffic flow in and out isn't too bad just please improve the pedestrian integration with the other amenities in Selly Oak.
L. S.
So big and so fun. When we come here we make a day of it. From the moment you enter you arre greeted with an extra long and extra exciting travelator. The fact you can be in sainos and also be at argos? Mind blown. Dont even get me started on the chocolate cheesecake. Buy it almost everytime i go. Outstanding.
C. H.
It's impressive what a variety of stuff they manage to stuff into the store which is a bit small by modern supermarket standards. The service is good although there never seem to be quite enough tills open. It does feel crowded in some aisles on the weekends due to the size.
A. P.
A glorious Sainsbury”s that does a magical breakfast
T. W.
This is a nice convenient store to go to. I've always got parking quickly and been able to find what I wanted.
It's not a megastore, which is good in some ways as they have the essentials, but they do have a few good things like a bakery and deli if you fancy some fresh or slightly unusual things. Don't go here expecting to do 100% of your shop for rare or world foods. They usually have a lot of stock of things, and it's possible to get some good end of day deals at 7pm if you can beat the students to them.
S. U.
It's Sainsbury's... Good food and fair prices. The store was stocked up well and generally the safety measures were being followed although not all staff or shoppers were wearing facemasks
L. B.
Always polite & helpful and a good selection of produce. I have never had to spend too long waiting at the till to be served either.
There had been a hit and run on the car park when I went in a few months ago, but I don't believe that to be a regular occurance. Plus the staff were very helpful to the injured man, so that must be a plus.
It's still my preferred supermarket even though it's not the closest to me.
G. B.
Reley good sainsburys and argos coloction and sale point. Massive range of choice. Really friendly helpfull staff and they are all doing everything they can to STAY SAFE, CONTROL THE VIRUS AND SAVE LIVES AND PROVIDE ESSENTIAL SERVICES Well done
M. W.
Very good, lots of choice and very efficient. Prices not amazing but high quality.
J. C.
Nice and easy to walk and shop around
B. M.
Nice, clean, big, easy and most important thing close to my house
G. A.
It's good because I go there and I gives it 5 stars and I want to have a dilivery today and I want fanta oringe normal
G. M.
It's basically a very large Sainsbury's doing what you'd expect a very large Sainsbury's to do. It has more than enough parking, a petrol station, charging bays for electric cars, a restaurant, Argos, Tu and Habitat as well as all the household items you could possibly imagine. No pharmacy.
S. D.
Not too busy for misday got everything i needed
S. T.
It's great... Argos, habitat, oasis, gifts, flowers, plants, food, drink and a large café.
Everything you could possibly want under one roof.
Spacious layout. Great range of TU clothing.
I could go on and on.
Its brilliant
y. S.
Well lit, feels like an airport. I went around 8pm on a Friday. It was quite. Wish they had more spices in the ethnic isle. Coffee bar was open til 10pm. My cakes were not so fresh and the man happily changed them for me.
A. M.
Large store- includes clothing and homeware. There currency exchange is currently closed because of covid. The self scan system works very well.
D. E.
Nice big store with everything under one roof plus onside petrol station.
e. n.
One of my favourite shops 🌟. Lovely staff and always very good varieties of food. Very clean and it is a pleasure to shop there. All the best 😊.
G. H.
One of the larger stores, doesn't sell clothes. It's failing is its location. Located within a triangle surround by very busy main roads. At peak times its murder to visit and leave. Update, moved just down the road. Now integrates Argos, they sell cloths etc. But the traffic in the new location is terrible. One entry/exit point, pedestrian crossing on the entry. Result total grid lock. Who designed and approved this shopping centre...unbelievable.
G. W.
Sainsbury's has everything you need and you know what to expect. You also know you can get most things cheaper elsewhere. Quality is good and staff are friendly and helpful. Worth keeping an eye out for bargains, offers and reduced prices on the things going out of date. Never been impressed by the cafe. Toilets also could be kept cleaner.
D. V.
Good visit efficient through self scan
L. V.
Always have lots of stock. Wide range of items. Little wait time. Lovely place to browse (outside of pandemic)
A. P.
Clean and Covid-19 safety issues were being adhered. Wide range of products and prices competitive to other supermarkets.
D. J. M.
A bit disappointed I visited the store to purchase Halloween items and found some items reduced using sainsburys usual red tickets , however some goods seemed to be re labelled with a new red shelf price but not reduced, although not looking for a bargain it just seemed like deception to me so left the store and went to another nearby supermarket with what looked like a more honest price ing system
L. M.
Nice new store with some new additions coming in what was the cafe area including carluccios and a Harry Ramsdens
A. G.
So much choice at such a large shop. Couldn't find popcorn kernels and asked a member of staff who was very polite and happy to help. Also they recycle makeup!!!!
J.
It's a supermarket... Access isn't great because of Covid all the entrances besides the main are closed so you have to walk from the car park round the entire building.
c. w.
An excellent store. All the staff were very helpful. The children's clothing was depleted so I couldn't buy everything I wanted, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.
J.
Nice place to visit, eat and shopping
c. p.
At least ,there is constant reminder on the tannoy system of social distancing to keep the public and their staff protected. People have a responsibility to themselves and to others around them.
S. S.
Not too busy for New Years eve, still do not have the mini marshmellows that we need for the hot chocolates and rocky road that we make.
M. H.
It's a good place to get my grocies. I can always get what I need and if ever there was anything out of stock there was an altetnative. Friendly and helpful staff. Love shopping in Maypole Sainsbury.
C. A.
I love this Sainsburys ! The supermarket is great but the best part is the clothes and home furnishing section. Light, airy and spotlessly clean it really is a great place - that is, if a supermarket can be deemed great !
R. C.
Big and busy, huge range of clothing foods and has eateries inside an argos, you could spend along time here the carpark and petrol station is a mess the road layout and structure is just gridlock at all times of day
K. K.
Sainsbury is Sainsbury's, does what it says on the tin. This store has more options than the other smaller stores of the same franchise
Z. P.
Staff are always polite, friendly and always seem happy to help. Good selection of items and good size car park. Only issue is that getting in and out can sometimes be difficult due to the surrounding road layout and traffic
J. M.
Always great. It's massive and the variety of very pleasing and worth going halfway across town for because a lot of things in this shop are not in the others.
Also good vegan selections😊
T. A.
Very large Sainsbury's with food court and an Argos in the back.
R. E.
I feel like I am stepping into an airport every time I visit. Really clean and well looked after. They have visible security staff at the entrance which gives good peace of mind too.
C. B.
Allow 30 mins to get out of car park! Also 'Smartshop' app doesn't work - you add all your goods but then on Android it won't let you check out. On the up-side, it's a large store so there's a wider range than usual.
M.
Great Place there’s an Argos within the Sainsbury’s!
Lovely Cafe with some delicious food and drinks.
Easy and free Parking.
Don’t forget there’s so many branded shops around this Sainsbury.
M. S.
Late night dash at half 9. Need more cashiers on the tills. Still, a relaxed and easy place to pick up your food shop. Deli counter shuts early so may be closed. Why so many disabled parking spaces? It was raining heavily and had to park half way across the car park. Still trying to straighten my frizzy hair Kojak.
T. C.
It's Sainsbury's could do with being open 12-6 on Sundays and until midnight all other days it is next to a uni.
C. R.
First time I've done a click and collect order. Very efficient, no problems at all. Would really recommend!
S. H.
Really clean supermarket, staff are friendly and very helpful. Some good deals however some things are very pricey.
K. S.
Sometimes not a great selection of stock, but always a pleasant experience and staff friendly and helpful
P. C.
Extremely useful resource alongside the canal at Selly Oak. Possibly the best Sainsburys I've ever visited.
K. M.
The supermarket is placed near the QE hospital with several other stores on the site. Sainsbury's itself is very well stocked. The entrance/exit to the retail park is awful. It's on an roundabout that is also part of the entrance to the hospital and the bypass around selly Oak. It's terrible at busy times
B. A.
Loving the changes in the home furnishings section. There's more variety, super modern looks
M. D.
Quite quiet 9 am Thursday morning.
Car park is a but dangerous. People pull out without looking
D. Z.
Regular supermarket fullfill everyday needs
N. B.
Good shopping experience lots of choices
S. K.
Only went in for 2 items, so just had a basket. Silly of me. I was over loaded in my basket and was pushing a long with my foot. Taking in that i walk with a arm cruch. This young man called
Danny Kelly came and carried my shopping to the till packed it and carried it out to the car..
Thank you Dan you were a gent.
And a happy one too.
Thank you Sainsburys i wish all your staff we as considerate.
Z. N.
Big shop, wide range of boozes but fresh products are very mediocre. Veggies are all tasteless despite looking pretty on the eyes. I don't know how but probably never buy veggies from here again. Not to mention meat are dirt cheap but don't taste good at all. And I also don't see many choices of ethical products.
l. w.
Fantastic choice - extensive range of food, clothes and home wares. Staff are friendly and added bonus can click and collect from argos too
P. D.
Nice and spacious with room to move
P. W.
Very large store. Argos inside and Specsavers.
A. F.
Big store with range of choices. Helpful staff and more staff between isles than you'd find generally in Asda.
C. B.
This is a very large outlet and if you are a sainsburys shopper then you will find everything that you need. The car park is huge but I seem to remember that the store is located near a busy junction so take care with the traffic.
J. J.
I do like the new Sainsburys...but I think it's location is difficult. As a non driver, its a long walk across the big car park to actually reach the store...and even worse walking back with lots of shopping!
However, the store is clean, modern and well equiped...so guess it's worth the walk!
S. B.
Theres lots of products in this sainsbury's that aren't available at other stores, in particular I enjoyed their extensive vegan/vegetarian and ethic foods ranges.
M. D.
Good shop, good size, plenty of choice. Lots of tills open and a self-service checkout. They have a Coinstar machine here too. Only gripe is it's sits in the middle of a triangle of roads, so if you're coming from the opposite side of the Bristol road, you have to go all the way around to the opposite side to access the car park... and to leave, you have to follow the triangle round again to get back out which once you get onto the chapel lane, getting back off into Bristol road again is a nightmare!
Edit: this review relates to the old Sainsburys which is now being developed... Not the new Sainsburys.
P. C.
Huge store, very wide aisles allow a reasonably good degree of separation from other shoppers in these covid times.
C. S.
Good variety of foods etc, lovely selection of clothes, shoes & accessories, fair prices, (in my opinion) very friendly helpful staff, tried a new "rival" that opened recently in Stirchley but have returned 2 Sainsburys
J. W.
Scan your shopping as you go round. Great range and an argos in store. And a sushi bar! Only issue is getting in and out of the car park. It's a nightmare at busy times and the car park is badly laid out for gettng in and out.
P. B.
Well managed with very friendly staff on the whole.
Well stocked, I spotted no shortages on the shelves
R. H.
Bright, clean store, inexperienced security. I asked the young security guard a question and apparently that was enough to pique his suspicion of me. I dress tidy. Clean and smart. And get followed around a store. Should be less than a three. Bit some staff were decent enough.
M. K.
This store has a great amount of stock (except pizza sauce) with a lot of choice, horrible to get to as the parking was very badly planned.
J. K.
I was in this store last week and really couldnt find some Vicks, I looked around and was struggling to find it. I then asked a Staff member working near Self scan, he then asked his colleague who was walking past. She told me the aisle it was, then the staff member said to me let me know if it isn't there. So i went to the aisle and i still couldn't find it, So i went back the staff member near self scan and told him that i still cant see it. Then he kindly asked a manager walking past, then they both helped me look for it. The manager even looked to see if anywhere nearby was selling it. But luckily they found it within sainsburys in the end. But both of them went out of their way to help me even though they were busy. They still are so great with customers, 10 out of 10 for great service definitely.
B. B.
As a wheelchair user needing the use of hoist for transfers it was nice to see Sainsbury's acknowledge the need of hoist and changing bed and adding it to their new store very impressed. Thanks Sainsbury's
M. H.
Well stocked love sainsbury's
A.
Large store with a big range of food / produce / homeware and so on.
Plenty of parking for disabled / families / regular customers.
More pricey than other stores (Aldi, Lidl etc.) but popular amongst students in the area and the choice can make up for this.
Great deals to be found at the end of the day in the freshly baked section too!
C. P.
Well set up to cope with covid rules when busy, lots of staff cleaning and most checkouts open
M. F.
Nice shop (especially compared to the old one up the road) but omg so many empty shelves. I always leave having to go elsewhere to finish my shopping. I'd go elsewhere but supermarkets are slim pickings in the area.
D. B.
Would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff, they're making it so much better for everyone to shop in these trying times by being as helpful and friendly to people as they normally are even when they probably don't feel like it. Thank you again your all doing an amazing job ❤
s. t.
Fantastic sushi bar within! Yum!
R. H.
Scan as you go is good. Saves a lot of time. Also if any till operators are free you can go to them if you want.
A. G.
Thought I would not like such a large supermarket but it's well laid out and there are lots of bargains and choice. The restaurant area, especially the Asian street food, is reasonably priced and cooked freshly.
D. M.
As a student living in a different city, having a large supermarket like this is a very handy resource that many of my friends are envious of.
The staff have always been accommodating, and (perhaps due to it's location in a student-town), there are many deals and offers to be had. I can probably count of one hand the amount of times this supermarket's vast selection has let me down. If you need something general - this is the store to go.
L. H.
Staff were of great assistance
T. K.
It's Sainsbury, you get what you expect, but be aware the shop is on the upper floor.
P. F.
Very well stocked and everything under one roof.....
FYI...the guy with the dog outside has a house, on benefits and his mrs begs also. He makes about 150-300 a day! just saying.
c.
Love doing my shopping at sainsbury. Best shop in my opinion. Whatever the sainsbury shop you go tge staff is always nice.
M. C.
Staff were not friendly at all, they couldn't tell me the refund policy when I asked, told me to go to customer services which had a long queue as 1 person was doing lottery and customer services 😏
P. J.
This new sainsburys is so lovely and clean, it feels like an experience coming here as there's so much more than just Sainsbury's in the store, 3 different food places, argos and oasis for clothes as well as Tu!
M. I.
Fantastic !
New look.
Plenty car park …..
P. G.
Free parking and a wide selection of goods. Price of regular shopping about the same as other supermarkets.
Has a very nice café with very friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere, though the prices are quite high.
Z. N.
This is an amazing place to shop this new location is great also they have almost everything in store.
B. K.
Good selection of products and very large clothing and homeware sections.
Y. X.
We love big sains, always better than small sains, but on sundays small sains is open longer
V. H.
Really nice shop. It has a wide variety of items.
L. A.
Usually good, friendly staff, but with current pandemic I'd recommend going to your local shops. However still a good supermarket
I. D.
First time I've been. Found what I wanted easily and paid very quickly with contactless at self serve checkout. Not too busy, staff were present and available if needed. Food was well priced.
M. N.
Good store, wide enough range, some Sainsburys things are not the quality you would expect, eg brogues, socks.
E. D.
Not one of my local Sainsbury's so struggled a bit to find stuff but staff was exceptionally helpful really helpful...they went out of their way to assist..
A. A.
One of the larger sainsbury stores. Shelves always atcked. Also sell uncooked halal chicken and meat products.
M. H.
Very large store, lots of things all in one place, argos, oasis and TU clothing. Takes a while to walk round properly but if you've not been give it a try, you should find most of what your after and the staff are very helpful when asked.
l. k.
Nice and organised. Always easy to find a parking.
P. m. 6.
Big old home section.
J. S.
After an unfortunate experience at a Sainsbury’s not far from here, my. Deaf daughter had a very positive reaction at Sainsbury’s Selly Oak today ( Sunday 30th June at 12 o’clock lunchtime)
The staff were so kind and helpful and really tried to help her out!
Can I make a plea to all employees anywhere? If a deaf person makes a “ writing “ gesture on the palm of their hand, please just give them a pen and paper!! It will help everyone out including you
Thanks again Sainsbury’s at Selly Oak!!
J. H.
Ì have already explained in a previous review that Sainsbury's is probably my favourite supermarket. Ì shop regularly at Northfield and Selly Oak. Why? Good quality products, reasonable prices, cheerful staff (not much staff turnover), large car parks, toilet, cafe, pharmacy at Northfield. All rivals are deficient in one or more of these features. In fact, I am writing this right now in Sainsbury's car park at Northfield.
A. S.
The staff are helpful but the layout of the shop makes absolutely no sense. Be prepared to wander round endlessly looking for the things you want
S. G.
Bit envious of people living close to this store. Spacious layout, clear aisle signage,
choice of four refreshment/cafe outlets with a common table area.
Understore @ ground level parking - so you stay dry for the whole shop. Unless you toddle of to explore the other retail outlets on the site, or fancy Costa etc.
Two long ranks of reserved disabled parking next to family parking. Choice of capacious lifts, escalator or moving slopes to get to 1st floor retail area.
Really enjoyed my first visit here, which was for a box of tea and a packet of muesli. Plus a quick nip round to a pretty good Homebase.
ONLY DOWNER - Drivers seeking parking spaces are not up with the "shared space" concept. Slightly hairy :[]
P. C.
Big shopping, always busie, Really hard to get out from the car park during the peak time.
P. W.
Basic but convenient for me when I'm in Selly Oak. Well served for public transport and not from Selly Oak station. Sainsbury's have recently changed their Fair Trade policy. In my view it's less rigorous. I'm not happy.
R. E.
I loved this store it was amazing, in a amazing spot I loved the set out of the shop aswell. There services are incredible really echoed my experience. I would highly recommend it for everybody.
R. M.
Good place to shop but prices have shot up in the past few weeks
J. M.
Spacious, excellent parking and covid measures in place consistently good.
M. B.
Too much security, you feel so intimidated only while going for shopping,a bit more expensive than others,
G. B.
Really well stocked big supermarket. Staff are great too.
A. K.
Always nice to shop. Pleasant and wide variety. Staff is so polite and helpful
A. P.
Great shop nice cafe but food can be cold by the time u sit down after waiting for your hot drink ...argos and oasis are in their too I go here often as it always has what i need
S. E.
Nice place very big car park easy to get the places .
J. T.
Lovely big spacious store, good selection on clothes for men and woman. House hold and electrials available with Argos all under one roof.
R. E.
Hello. It says on your website that you are open on Easter Sunday 11-5. When I arrived you were shut for the holiday. Not surprised, but whoever deals with notifications on your web page is at fault.
V. l.
Clean, fast service, always have what I need, I really enjoy the wide variety of different fruit and vegetables, also has a great free from range that you can always find plenty of treats
R. “. 0.
Nice new shop with a great deal to choose from and plenty of parking. Food Hall is okay. Also, I just noticed plastic wine bottles - oh dear 😂
J. Z.
Good range of products available including speciality foods like kosher meat, etc.
M. B.
Sadly the toilet facilities let the store down the smell even with a mask on was disgusting
E. W.
There are many range of products and selections. It is a lil bit expensive compare to Aldi and Tesco. The down side only the veggies and fruit, it should be cheaper as the quality sometimes less fresh than Aldi
D. M. R.
Kind, polite and helpful staff, would definitely recommend! Plus they have customer toilets 👍🏻👍🏻
J. P.
Good place for shopping and has a retail park other side of the road. Getting out from carpark will be difficult duirnv rush hours. Check traffic before making your way to come over.
R. p.
Everything is there, what you want/ need.
R. R.
I love the different variety options available here. There's something for everyone, that's fantastic.
P. G.
Customers sensibly distancing. Plenty on the shelves. Easy shopping experience.
A. S.
Superstore great choice and easy shopping format
c. l.
Non food items are more upmarket than others supermarkets. Some quirky stuff.
K. H. (.
Great place to shop, they have a massive clothes department and even a argos in the store. Love it, love it, love it! Free parking for 2 hours
O. B.
Great shop, polite staff and friendly. Argos stores are available within the store.
J. D.
Fantastic food especially the slim chicken upstairs
T.
It would be even better if people weren't panic buying pasta and toilet roll as if the only way to stop the pandemic is to make nursery pictures with macaroni and tubes
P. G.
Good store, not great for disabled due to distance and need to use lift to access store
H. P.
A big enough supermarket to have lots of things but I've never seen it ridiculously busy, I had lunch in the cafe the other day too and that was very tasty and reasonably priced
B. S.
Can find almost everything I'm looking for. It's even easier to get to now with the new road layout.
Y. S.
Staff helpful & friendly. A pleasant shopping experience each time
M. H.
Multiple retails within Sainsburys, including take aways and Argos
M. B.
Spacious and surrounded by other shops. Very good place to do shopping, offers available always.
J. C.
It's a Sainsbury's. In Selly Oak. Also has a café. And an in-store Argos.
J. S.
Huge sainsburys with many facilities including Argos and sainsburys clothing. Products are always in stock.
D. S.
It big and has stuff to buy
C. R.
Very clean and helpfull staff in the cafe. Lovely girl carried my tray when she saw i have a walker being disabled
A. R.
Nice trendy store to fulfill most people's requirements for shopping and mouching in selly Oak and surrounding areas....
J. M.
Sainsbury's Selly Oak is a very well layed out store with good staff. However the surrounding road access leaves a lot to be desired
b. s.
Nicely organised. Neat and clean. Did not have to wait too long. Quality products.
E. R.
Everyone knows it’s the one stop shop.
ꜱ.
Good little sainsbury's, has a deli counter and so forth, no clothes or huge amount of household items but for a quick shop it's perfect, Free parking, friendly staff with self checkout, Some more tills open would be amazing during the busy times.
N. C.
Massive store with everything you would expect.
T. E.

As you may know it is on of the expensive supermarkets in town but the quality of the products that they offer is quite high. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. More over you have plenty of options for a variety of the products.
