Was Sonali supermarket now Taza supermarket with new Owner. My first experience with Taza pushed me away to other supermarkets. Bad rotting vegetables and not much variety. Today I can say how pleased I am with Taza. Fresh vegetables all the time and a variety of fish etc always available. Helpful hard working staff with a smile on their faces. Prices go up and down on certain occasions, can not say much on this as every supermarket I know of do the same. If they continue the good work they will always find me as customer there. Keep up the good work and all the best Taza supermarket.

Dear All, I would like to share my feedback on the services of Taza Supermarket. Today morning I was panicking amidst the crisis situation, since there were no delivery slots available with Tesco, Morrisons and other giant supermarkets. I had to buy normal monthly gorcery items for myself and my family. I randomly searched and found Taza Supermarket located in Coventry Road, Birmingham B10 0LL. I picked up the phone and called them very reluctantly with a faint hope that I would get some grocery items I required. Now the story begins: The person, named Faysal on the other end answered my call. He was so very polite, courteous and straightaway understood my needs. Faysal, painstakingly took my order of grocery items with utmost care and due diligence. I requested him to deliver my items at home, since we were self isolating at the moment following Government instructions. Faysal happily agreed to deliver the grocery items at my doorstep. Within minutes of taking my order, he sent me my bill on whats app. He assured me that he would personally pack all my items to ensure not a single item from my list was missed. Faysal kept me updated on the progress of the order at each stage through whats app messages. That's just unbelievable, he updated me by sending whats app messages, not through any automated app. I just can't express how happy I felt. Finally, he delivered all the items at my Apartment in Birmingham City Centre. Faysal was in the Taza Supermarket Van and was accompanied by one of the staff named, Koysar, who helped in downloading all the grocery items from the van with utmost care and attention. I received all my grocery items on the same day I ordered within a few hours. Hats off to the incredible service of Faysal and Koysar. I am deeply moved by their kind gesture. I would definitely recommend ONE AND ALL to purchase their grocery items from: TAZA SUPERMARKET LIMITED. Specially at such times of emergency, where everyone needs a bit of compassion and kindness, TAZA SUPERMAKET LIMITED IS THE ONE STOP! It is a very good place for Bengali spices and vegetables. A must come place for people who are coming from there to UK.

Not a great superstore, but serve traditional Bangladeshi products. You can expect minimum customer service. However still it's okay considering not many Bangladeshi shop around or available. For Bangladeshi people there is not many choice so this is where people go. I guess it's hard to keep up with such demand.

First of all, people are very friendly and polite. Basically I went there to collect some calendar for 2019 as my dad's normally looks at paper calendar. So they are glad to give me 2 calendars. Then I was looking for dry chitota চিরতা leaves and they have plenty of them seem to me of good quality. This store has different types of Bangladeshi snacks, so I didn't miss it. I would definitely recommend this shop if anyone looking for Bangladeshi and south Asian products.
