Place is divided with two adjacent shops. The key difference between them is Vegetable and fruits. Otherwise both are kind of similar stores. You can easily find most of the indian kitchen items. Little congested but OK with reasonable price.

Generally i won't write reviews..but this incident makes me to write i came to UK recently i am from South India.. looking for South indian breakfast groceries.. someone recommend this supermarket i went in almost closing time i have done all the shopping and bill generated it was 9 pounds later on I came to know that i forgot the purse.i was worried and said i will collect the groceries tomorrow but the person said please take the groceries and you can pay bill tomorrow..it feels me strange because in UK even single pound also matter's,Thank you MR.USMAN Regarding groceries all Indian, Asian stuffs available Especially i found all South Indian pickles/breakfast are available in the store

This became my number one for grocery shopping since they have amazing range of products. The only store I found with 99.2% peanut butter and no palm oil! The quality of products is great, fresh veggies for you to see and touch. Quick and friendly staff, especially at the till. The lady who serves there make me feel welcome every time I visit the store. Thank you.

An amazing shop full of local and worldwide produce. Discovered this place during COVID-19 after having been recommended to it and also reading the reviews online. My new store for my weekly shop!! Not sure why I'm reading these negative reviews, but hey seem a little suspicious if you ask me.. Fake reviews as Donald Trump famously says haha! I cannot fault this place.. Reasonably priced, fully stocked up shelves whenever I visit and helpful staff. Always helped me and my family with our groceries to our vehicles. Some amazing vegetables that I have not had in years from India.. brings back so many memories and just this weekend I purchased Mangoes from India! I wish I could give this store 10 STARS!!!! I would like to say well done to the owners. AMAZING!!! MUST VISIT!!!!

Initially I had gone to other supermarkets who were charging a fortune and taking advantage of this bad time with hardly anything on their shelves.. The workers at Mirchi even helped with carrying the stuff to my car. Very helpful. Will be looking forward to visiting again.

I recently came across Wah Wah Mirchi as I was recommended it by a lot of people and is my new local store. I shop here on a regular basis and the prices are very reasonable compared to some of the stores and even the bigger well known supermarkets, so a bit stumped when reading comments about it being too expensive as I have made a big saving by moving and shopping here.. After all it is a working and well established business who like us all have bills to pay.. Clearly there are a few people on here who expect things for free...!! I'd simply ignore those petty and silly comments... For variety and fresh produce, this is the place for me as I'm very impressed with the huge selection on offer. They have even ventured out and setup another shop on the corner specialising in frozen produce which has anything and everything frozen, it's simply brilliant and again I'm saving by shopping there! I can't comment enough about it. As parking can be an issue in the area, I tend to park at the back of the store as there is a car park and the staff at the store are very well mannered and help me when I require assistance which is very helpful. At times the store can get busy which is not an issue with me as I like to take my time and complete my shopping but help is all around and I'm always approached by staff asking if I need help which is also something you do not find at other stores, including the bigger well known establishments . I'd like to thank the management at Wah Wah Mirchi for setting up such a wonderful store and bringing back childhood memories as I have not had Fruit and Veg especially from India and Pakistan in a very long time and I am now introducing these to my children and family members. My favourite has to be Okra, Tinda and Pakistani carrots. I hope the business carries on through these tough financial times and continues to grow and starts venturing out to other cities as this will certainly be a hit as it has been on Soho Road.. For me and I'm sure you'll agree it's the best supermarket for fresh, well priced and quality produce.

Good place to get asian spices and food. Price is little higher for asian spices and vegstables but then where it is not? A wide variety of asian spices and vegetables to chose from. Opens early in the day so best time is to reach there between 7-8am.

Excellent and an amazing selection of produce available. I've been to probably all of the supermarkets in Birmingham and for me BY FAR this place has every item that you could possibly think off. I and my family have been visiting this place for a few years now and this all comes down to fresh fruit and veg and the service that is provided. As a family we have a massive shop for the week and tend to go on the weekends which is the busiest time to go but we love it! I have got on with the staff very well, I find them to be very polite and always willing to carry items of shopping to my car. Yes, it can get extremely busy in the shop but with 4 people on the tills the queues are quickly dealt with. I love supporting local businesses and will carry on doing so. hats of to Mr Wah Wah Mirchi for running such a brilliant shop!

Wah Wah Mirchi, I salute you! Thank you for helping me and my family out during the COVID 19 pandemic. As a family, we were struggling to find the basics like flour, rice and certain Asian spices. We went to all different supermarkets (Sorry!) but couldn't find them so when recommended by a family friend, we were shocked to find everything we needed at such low prices.. Let me stress this place did not put their prices up like all other retailers which we'd noticed. The one reason why i'm writing this review is some very dear to me which is that my son suffers from a skin allergy and requires a certain type of flour which only you guys had in your store so for that reason I can't thank you enough. All the men and women who work in the store were very helpful and always willing to help. Wah Wah Mirchi, you have built an amazing business and I wish you nothing but success for the future, InshAllah! I will be back for sure and will recommend you to everyone!!!!

Cozy shop but good for exclusive Indian grocery products. Wide range of selection on fresh fruits n veggies at reasonable prices. Variety of lentils, flours, oils, snacks & savouries and even the products of MTR and some other well known Indian brands are available as well. There is no butcher shop inside the shop but excluding that pretty much everything is available which is needed for an authentic Indian family! Usually, there will be a long queue at the checkout, but won't last for more than 10 mins. Parking is bit of a hustle as there is no free parking around, but if you're lucky, you'll find one! Opening time: Everyday 8am-8.30pm.

I shop here on a weekly basis and have found my experience each time better than the last one! Prices are very reasonable, Items are very easy to find, the staff are very friendly when I require assistance and can speak English unlike some stores, the fruit and vegetables are clean and fresh and even though the store is busy most times and can get a bit cramped, I do enjoy bringing my family and shopping here! Car parking is available behind the store and if you do find yourself with a few to many bags, there is always someone who is happy to help. I've been on Wah Wah Mirchi for about 5 to 6 years, & in Present time when there is Panic everywhere, hard to find Essential things, Bilal Bhai helped us out as Regular Customer of them, he take care of their Loyal customers. Yesterday can't find anything anywhere, talked to him he said I'll take care, don't Panic & you'll get everything you need but as he have to take care of Other Loyal Customers he provides as much as he can.
