This Waitrose is within walking distance from where I live. They have a large variety of fruit and veg. Great organic and plant based options as well. There are trollies available outside and a cashpoint. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure shopping in my local Waitrose

Went with a list - returned home with everything ticked off. Clean, well arranged store stocking the more unusual (e.g. porcini paste) alongside everyday staples. And produce is competitively priced.

I come for the food, not the people. Good quality of products. Good selection of meat. Surprisingly poor quality of berries. I am taking my raspberry purchasing business elsewhere. The staff at the check out are normal. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to glow about either. Sometimes people complain about friendliness of the staff. I generally don't expect a big deal from them. Are they rude? Sometimes. Are they friendly? Occasionally. As for other items... No garden supplies. But they do sell compost. Non food item selections are generally poor.

Top quality produce and things you just don't find in other supermarkets. I always call in for special things such as bread flour, tea / coffee selection, beers and wine, cheeses. There is a good in-store bakery, and a deli counter with cheese and cold meats. There is plenty of parking on site, with easy access to the rest of Harborne high street.

Perfect place to shop. Best part of that is free 1 hour parking infront of store which is great in that area. Variety of items available I can get most of the items I need for my household shopping from just one place.

It's not the best Waitrose for fresh produce, delicatessen, or fresh meat and fish. It's not a particularly pleasant store and the layout is a bit odd (it seems to be L-shaped and they've placed the bakery - which should generate joy - in the furthest darkest corner! Having said all of this the staff are great. For example, I made a mistake with my Christmas order and ended up with no turkey (the first year I had hosted the family) - the staff found me a turkey and saved Christmas!

I can always guarantee that I'll be able to find the ingredients I need at Waitrose. I hadn't realised that pastrami, gravlax and sourdough would be so difficult to find in Birmingham. Good ol' Waitrose to the rescue.

Really just like most of the other supermarkets but higher priced. Walked in for a few bits, left the car at home and walked the the High St. No hand baskets and not enough shopping to merit a shopping trolley, so I felt a bit rushed holding a carrier bag in one hand and items for the checkout in another.

Very lively stor, staff is really polite and helpful. there is a wide variety of produce to chose from and they have quite a lot of interesting things on clearance or offers. Also the milk is amazing especially the organic whole milk would 100© recommend it.

I have seen this supermarket change hands over time, and this is the best is has ever been. Quality food, clear layout, quality lighting, helpful staff and did I mention quality food. There are various ranges of food from basic to the high end. If you fancy the high end range, I would rather go here then M & S which is on the other side of the high street. Although car parking has become a bit of a nightmare partly due to the shop being so popular, it is fine during non busy periods. Also, remember to become a member and grab a free paper and a hot beverage.

Waitrose prices are undoubtedly higher than other supermarkets,but the quality of their food and drink is unrivalled. This store, situated in Harborne, Birmingham has a good sized car park, is modern, bright and clean. It's easy to locate all products with clear and easily discernible signage. The aisles are wide and there are all the essential food and drink items, as well a number of gluten free and lactose items. You will also be able to find luxury food and drink items you won't get in other supermarkets.. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's always nice to visit when one is in the area. I wouldn't use the store for a main shop, but ity more than ideal for regular weekly top-ups, especially if you live in the vicinity.

I usually shop here as its quite convenient for me to walk down. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. Like to sit down and have a cup of coffee after my shopping. Good range of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Desserts from here are delicious. Highly recommended shopping here isn't that expensive!!!

While not the best Waitrose I've frequented, it's still head and shoulders above all the other large retail chains. When I say not the best, I just mean that when I lived in Stourbridge, the customer service at that store was fantastic, whereas in general, the service here is good to very good. It's also slightly smaller, so expect a more restricted range of goods - but again, still excellent.

I use waitrose a lot loads of good choices a lot of items can be surprisingly cheaper than most of so called cheaper stores 500gm lurpak butter only £2.75 in sainsburys it's £4.00 most times then can drop to £3.00 purely by chance if you get there on that day even now it's lockdown I find waitrose fairly good they have the first hour dedicated for the elderly which is fine overall very pleased with the staff on there have a brief chat & thanking them for the job they're doing.

This is the largest Waitrose that I can find in Birmingham but it doesn't seem to have the large range of stock that branches in London have. The parking area can get a bit crowded as it's not very big.

I've seen this shop change hands over the years many times (Safeway, Morrison's..) Now it's settled on Waitrose I'm really happy, the selection is very good, the store is bright and clean, and car parking is good (can get busy at times)
