S. J.Lovely lady on checkout. Helped me pack as not well. Everything on shopping I was able to get. So nice being rewarded for being over 60, with the 10% Tuesday discount. Nice and tidy and wide aisles. Pleasant staff.
M. S.Nice wide aisles, good for trolleys and wheelchairs and plenty of decent offers, but they don't deliver anymore and this particular store is occasionally light on till staff which results in queues! Friendly and helpful though.

S. M.Iceland are pretty good when it comes to chilled or frozen food, but when it comes to fresh fruit and vegetables, the fruit and veg don't last very long. After about 2-3 days max it starts to go rotten. The staff are mostly polite, but there are some who just can't help being rude. So that's why only 3 stars out of five.
B.Love the comment about fresh fruit n veg! The shop is called ICELAND... think that's coincidence? If you you want fruit n veg go to the market.
Cheap n standard frozen food, great staff, clean and tidy shop.

S. A. B.Great value, has become much more competitive on quality in the last couple of years with a vastly improved range (plus seasonal specials) and the staff at Westbourne are so friendly and obliging.
The real tragedy is that, from 19th February 2022, they are stopping home deliveries. This is a decision imposed on them centrally. It is a disaster for Westbourne and a real let down.
