Bought some fruit yesterday to last the week, it was all Sooooo tasty I ate it all last night. Never tasted such juicy cherries, and the nannas were to die for, wonderful selection of food and very reasonably priced. Would give 10 ⭐️ if it would allow. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES you’ll get better quality 🤤 😋

This little fruit and veg store in Southbourne has become a firm favourite. Eggs, fruit, veg and a range of exotic fruits I love to try. Always fresh produce and far better quality than the supermarkets. Eggs are farm fresh. Prices are competitive and very reasonable. Opens early, staff are always very attentive and friendly. Well worth a visit.

I am new to the Bournemouth area. I was in Southbourne yesterday (Friday 12th December 2014) and talking to someone about a recipe of mine requiring fresh horseradish. I told them the virtual impossibility of purchasing it; the number of my unsuccessful attempts and the number of greengrocers who had never seen or heard of it. Then I went into T&D Fruits. Not only had they seen it, they had sold it. The proprietor told me that he thought he may be able to get a root for me in the very near future; I left him my name and contact details. At 9am the next morning (a Saturday) he rang to say that he had one in the shop awaiting my collection. I went straight away and purchased it - and other fruit and vegetables - all of which were excellent in both price and quality. His service exceeded that of a certain large and famous food hall in Kensington, London. Sir, I take my hat off to you. And no, I have no previous connection with this establishment - but I certainly intend to use them from now on.
