Decent product, decent prices and fairly good customer service. The products themselves are hit and miss in my experience but this is a personal thing so we shan't mark down. The leaf isn't always as cured as I'd like and some flavour on offer are outright harsh to me What I will say is objectively, the products are of high quality with superbly professional packing. The leaf always seems well grown and weights are always perfect - stand items like the popcorn or pollen seem to be outrageous value for money, really good stuff. Prices are fair. Dispatch times are superb, always same or next day. I've had a number of issues with orders going missing with the royal mail, all times it was clearly and without a doubt a royal mail misdelivery. The shop were very quick to replace my order once a royal mail investigation proved the error. Slightly annoying they made me wait for the conclusion of the royal mail investigation but ultimately, I understand why - and the moment it was solved they offered top customer service. All in all not perfect, but a shop I'm happy to stick by and recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Coral doesn't get the justice she deserves for this shop. I've gone from 240mg codeine a day for my pain, to having it taken of my prescription full stop. CBD has changed my life pain wise. Even with a broken foot I took some codeine for a couple of days however thanks to cbd it was 30mg a day and not the 240mg a day. Cannot recommend this place enough. I smoke the buds and the vape and won't look back.

Normally I can't fault the CBD flower shop, but recently their stock issues are really frustrating, limiting people to 3.5 grams means that the customer is paying a higher price per gram, that matters when you are trying to bulk buy to get you through a fortnight/month, and buying small amounts more regular means more cost in postage, it doesn't feel comfortable to me as the customer to have to pay for your stock problems, actually feels like the sort of stunt a dealer would pull to make more money. I'm really sorry to be giving this review, I've used them for ages and they've always done right when they've made a mistake they have gone the extra mile to put it right, but it feels like something has changed, the products are great, but there's been stock issues for a while now.

A detailed review, so please strap in if you’re willing to give me a few minutes of your time 🙂 I’m sure we’ve all seen plenty of shops online selling CBD flower in our mission to find a reasonable alternative to marijuana, and I can almost guarantee that the first question a newbie to CBD flower would ask him/herself is “is this even legit?” I was sceptical at first. My scepticism prevented me from placing that first order; “if something seems too good to be true then it usually is” and all that. Anyways, I put my scepticism aside and ordered an 8th of the Lemon Punch, CBD 8%+. I kept my expectations low and put the site down to being a scam even after placing my order, but figured I could afford to lose an 8th’s worth if it turned out to be a scam. If it indeed turned out to be legit then that was a bonus. I hope the guys at The CBD Flower Shop can forgive me for my scepticism. Just a lot of widespread confusion over CBD right now. Anyway, to my surprise my 8th came through the post before I knew it. So top marks for speed of delivery. In my hands virtually a day or two after I placed my order (I placed my order in the early hours of a weekend morning, I think?) Top marks for keeping their customers looped in with respect to their orders. An oft-overlooked process which is pretty critical to retaining that first-time customer; order confirmation email came through very quickly, notification email with my tracking ID came through - to me, personally, these things are very important elements of the overall user-experience. I’ve shopped at places that didn’t bother sending me a basic confirmation email after I placed my order, and that’s really not good enough for me. Top marks for the discrete packaging. One could not smell or make out the package contents on inspection. The flower was in a tub. The tub was sealed in a smell proof pack. The smell proof pack was inserted into a jiffy envelope. Secure and discrete. I particularly appreciated the stern messaging stamped on the front of the package: “To be delivered to addressee only. DO NOT leave with neighbour or on doorstep”. Points for The CBD Flower Shop’s intuition and understanding their customers’ needs because I did not leave those instructions on my order form, but it’s exactly what I wanted. Now, the product. Admittedly I’m yet to smoke it, however I have ground some up ready to smoke. First, I’m very fussy about what I smoke. I refuse to smoke the trash from the local dealer who tries to compensate for his shoddy harvest and grow skills by sprinkling a little Daz, ground glass or silica over his flower to feign top quality bud. That low-tier trash messes with me. Having said that the smell of this flower is A++. My nostrils were peppered with a floral scent and a sour lemon zing proceeding it. Clearly smells like a top-tier product. Appearance; appears to be organic and unadulterated. Well trimmed, no protruding leaves in sight. Touch; I ground some up and transferred it over to my storage tub. The flower is sticky to the touch and feels premium. Taste / effects; Judging by how the flower smells and looks, I imagine it will taste equally as good. As for the effects, I’ve never smoked CBD so I’m looking forward to smoking this and creating that benchmark for myself. I’ll reserve judgement for later. Would I order from The CBD Flower Shop again? Going by the service, absolutely 100% yes. All my concerns have been alleviated. Navigating the website, through selection, payment and order confirmation was a pretty seamless experience, after placing my order I received the documentation I expected, delivery was quick and top marks for packaging, and the flower itself looks A++ quality. I’d order more than an 8th the next time around. Now it all boils down to the smoke itself, which I will probably comment on later somehow. If like me you are new to CBD and are sceptical about these online shops, I’d encourage you to order from The CBD Flower Shop. Visited the new premises in Lansdowne a couple days ago, was blown away seeing an actual flower dispensary. Staff were super friendly and helpful, really enthusiastic to talk about their product and welcome customers. Was pretty quiet as they've only been open a week or so. Great selection of strains (Lemon Punch, OG Kush, Pineapple Express, Strawberry Cheesecake etc) all bred with 0 THC, got to smell all of them and there were some really fantastic fruity aromas. Good prices, they do 4g for 30 on the imports and their greenhouse strains are even cheaper. Great quality product. Really nice little shop, still a brand new business so seems a tad empty inside the premises right now but they've got space for lots of expansion and hopefully a growing customer base. Can't wait to visit again and again and see the shop grow. The first dispensary of its kind in Bournemouth, maybe even the south west, so it's a really exciting and novel experience made even better by friendly staff. Well worth a visit, totally recommend to anyone looking to locate CBD at a reasonable price. Many oils and concentrates on the market at retailers (such as Holland and Barrett) right now are so expensive and have such a low CBD content they shouldn't really be labelled with it. If you want CBD then flower is 100% the way to go and the CBD Flower Shop is the only physical place to buy it that I know of, could rave about it all day.
