Great little shop - staff are really knowledgeable and there is a treasure trove of items that covers the basics through to luxury items

Pretty good selection but a bit pricy. You can get a 10% NHS or Student discount there though as long as you bring your card and spend over £10.
The back of the shop is dedicated to waste reduction/refill station. It's a bit more expensive than buying a bag of food (e.g. grains, rice, beans, e.c.t) and it's all organic so you don't have a choice if you want to buy conventionally farmed produce without the plastic.
They do stock a lot of specialist items, particularly vegan and gluten-free. The staff are pretty friendly and the music in there is surprisingly really good (not something I look out for in a shop, but they're somehow always playing one of my favourite songs when I come in)

Not the cheapest shop, but a good range of quality organic products. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

A great place for organic and ethical produce.
In addition to the usual organic shop goods, there’s an excellent selection of locally sourced, fresh and daily produce such as bread, cakes, snacks, cakes, fermented foods, dairy and fruit etc. There’s a self-scoop section for good quality nuts, pulses, cereals, dried fruits etc.
Prices are competitive as far as local organic shops go. The quality is always good.
Staff tend to leave you alone to shop but very helpful if you ask them questions or seek advice.

I found this shop today and it is now my new favourite. Selling only organic products, Harvest attempt to convince buyers to bring their own packaging in order to reduce the impact on the environment. The prices are quite high, but that is to be expected from an independent shop that stocks only organic products. They have clearly searched for the most ethical and sustainable products to stock from local sources. Highly recommended, I will be going there frequently. They also take Bristol Pounds :D

Excellent shop, along with Earthbound in Cotham, my favourite in Bristol - and one of the best in the UK for organic and ethical produce. The fresh counter has tasty Indian snacks, bread and quality sweet treats. Also the option to buy grains, cereals and dried fruit in bulk makes it more affordable and good for those who like myself enjoy cooking from scratch

Some good products, and sourcing. Items such as soaps should be kept in sealed containers. There could be more minerals, and purification style products. A mid range of vitamins, and raw minerals, supplements - would benefit the store well.

I think this place has a great variety of healthy and natural foods and at reasonable prices, unlike a lot of similar shops. Their ready made pasties/samosas/cakes etc are generally delicious and not too expensive. It's also meat free! Praise be.

Brilliant little health food shop. I get my loose powders and teas discounted on Tuesday's. Great for people with health needs. Always a friendly relaxed atmosphere in the shop.
