There's a lot of variety of products, and the staff are very kind and helpful. They've often helped translate imported products for us and clearly care about good customer service. They provide hand sanitizer and often give you a free fortune cookie after your purchase. They have a table at the front with all sorts of on sale products too, so it's worth a pop in even if you don't need anything specific. They're also much cheaper than the other import store down the road.
K. F.Staffs are always very friendly. Everytime different staff but I like the way they smile and talk. Prices are not bad either.. they even had Natto today! Love the fortune cookies as well :)

The staff are friendly and helpful. Fortune cookies are always on offer. The other day, the woman at the till saw me outside struggling with the bags of food and ran out with extra bags to help. In these bleak times, gestures like that go a long way to lift the spirits.
