Staff very friendly. Always feel welcomed there. The reason for the 3 stars is only because for quite a while their freezer as been empty which is quite inconvenient. Its been like that for weeks. Surely Co op head office instead of cheeping out and making that store trying to get that freezer fixed over and over should just allow them to buy a new one!

A fantastically handy little store. General groceries plus take out section for local office staff. Free cash point inside. Lovely staff. A bit on the steep side, but I suppose you're paying for the convenience. No parking.

Slightly out of the way from the usual Mermaid Quay local shops, though plenty of people turn up at lunchtimes if the queues are anything to go by. Probably the best selection of chilled goods out of the local supermarkets on Mermaid Quay, though the rest of the range (especially hot drinks) is somewhat limited. It's also got a amazon pick up locker in store along with a Costa coffee machine.

I live nearby and the convenience is brilliant. Generally has most things you need from your local shop. You pay marginally more but it's worth it to not have to travel to other shops.

Had a problem with a purchase, spoke to the manager Paul and he resolved it straight away, thank you for fantastic customer service , great store well managed and great staff , a real 10 out of 10 !!!
