Drove down from Bath specifically to visit CSN. They made it worth while. Ended up in there for 40 minutes or so talking with the guys there who I chatted away with. I use Cardiff Sports to supply a lot of my cutting edge supplements and nutrition products at my gym. As a Nutrition consultant and Personal Trainer its important to have a supplier that knows all about the ingredients in their products and if I want an informed sport or informed choice product they can recommend me right away. They also know if a product is not suitable for athletes due to federation restrictions. Never had an issue with a delivery that wasnt preceded by a phone call saying that an item was out of stock so couldnt be sent and if an item was out of stock it was sent as soon as it came in with no extra postage charge. First rate service and Marc knows his stuff. Great staff, always helpful.

Can't fault customer service both online and in store, first started using the company's online services which are spot on, then when I moved to Cardiff for university I visited the store and couldn't get over the range of different products available, at competitive prices and with student discount! Over the years I have used many supplement sites to buy my products and I can honestly say none are quite like Cardiff Sports Nutrition when it comes to quality. I've often been left disappointed with price tags and overall quality of the products I have purchased from other sites in the past, which is one of the reasons why I decided to try elsewhere and thankfully found CSN. What first attracted me to their site was the vast array of nut butters they have to offer and for far cheaper than anywhere else I have found online yet: it's a nut butter addicts dream. However, since I first started shopping with them, about 2 years ago, their product range has increased rapidly and every week they are selling new products. The one thing I love about this store is the fact that they don't just sell protein powders and supplements, but have branched out and now sell everything from pancake mixes, protein cookies and they have recently added a ‘Cheat Cupboard’ to their list too,there is literally something for everyone at that store. Over the years I have learned that not only are you guaranteed high quality products when you spend your hard earned cash at CSN, but you are also guaranteed incredible customer service and that is why the store is so popular with everybody. The staff are just so friendly and they can never do enough for you. If you want a product, often than not they will get it for you. I have only ever experienced immense service from the guys at CSN. But, If I had to pick a fault about shopping at Cardiff Sports Nutrition it would be their choice of courier service, as parcel force are known for their unreliability and often shoddy service. However, that said, every single delivery I have had from CSN, has always been quick and has always turned up on time, so I guess if your parcel hasn't arrived it's down to the parcel force service in your area and/or possibly the parcel force driver who is delivering your parcel that day, as they can be quite nonchalant. I doubt there will be anywhere else online that I will shop and it is highly likely that I will always shop online with Cardiff sports nutrition, because they save you money and deliver high quality products to your door. What more can you ask for?

Went out of my way to walk here because it seems like this is the only decent sports nutrition shop left in Cardiff. And to be fair it didn't disappoint. They have a vast array of different brands and the staff seemed very knowledgeable. The only thing that was disappointing was that it quite disorganised in here and can be difficult to navigate unless you know exactly what you want or you ask for help.

This is my favourite nutrition store!! Highly recommend you talk to the M.D. Marc when visiting, his knowledge is incredible! And he sells you product you actually need that can benefit you and your goals!
