C. M.I was very impressed with the service I received today. I accidentally dropped a ready meal outside the store. The lady on the customer enquiries cleared up the mess and I was given a replacement meal free of charge. Excellent service
T. P.We adore the pain au chocolate and M&S has the best French patisserie in town. I came from Pen-y-Lan especially for this specific item. We buying frozen ones and every morning we are indulging ourselves with fresh baked pain au chocolate and of course cup a tea! Very good prices of course! Just 2£ per bag with 10 pieces.

J. “.Best grocery shop so far in this city.! Majority of staff are friendly. Good crowd control from entrance, clean/sanitized trolley readily available by door. , spacious ailes. Variey of foods and vegetables which has good shelf life. Good offers on SPARKS at times.Only thing is self checkout counter could be attended continuosly by one staff instead of waiting for them for sometimes . The manager gentleman is always helpful.
M. F.All the staff are helpful and friendly. The store has a good range of food but there can be gaps on the shelves if you shop very early.

This store lacks a cafe, toilets and a cash machine which most of their Cardiff stores have.
The parking is often busy but plenty of spaces available, with 'Disabled' and 'Parents & Child' spaces too.
M. R.Parking limited. Managment keep moving items around store, not ideal as this is a small store for a quick shop. Good food for 2 people dining but is expensive for a family shop. Competes well with Lidl. Only 4 self checkouts and often queues. Frequently run out of basic stock like organic milk .
T. H.Great food at very good prices(3 4 £10 or 3 4 £7) Pity they don't do a better selection of items for 1 person. Also the dates on milk blue top are always short.

The day before Christmas Eve ,was needless to say HECTIC,but staff stayed
Composed smiley faced at all times,and by God there were SOME moans and groans
by customers ,so ,well done all of you ,and my Turkey as always was excellent,
