D. G.Marks and Spencers cafe is situated on the first floor with views down Queen Street. The cafe is very reasonably priced and the staff are very friendly.

There's also one person I like to mention Richard who works on clothing and sometimes in the food hall it's always polite and courteous I see him a lot helping customers going out the way to make them feel welcome there's not one bad thing I can say about this place apart from this I can just say say that it's one of the best Marks and Spencer's in South Wales

J.First time ever I have visited Wales and Cardiff and this M&S store was very good I had a great experience got a nice menswear section and the colleague's are friendly and helpful I'm from Milton Keynes and 2nd time I visited this store I went today and brought 2 t shirts one was on offer for £3.99 it looked nice the shop was very clean and nice Welsh language on the walls and signs thanks for the service
J. C.Marks and Spencers quality never drops easily found with ample parking with park and ride available. Polite and friendly staff who are only to pleased to help. Knowledgeable, with helpful ideas and willing to discuss your needs. Clothes, shoes a wide range with the quality and range you would expect from their women's, men's and children's wear. Competitive prices and all with quality. The good talk offers a wide range of local and world wide produce never dropping in quality with their me so deals for 2 people especially worth a look as it's a really good deal for any occasion. Home furnishings stationary and many more, all in one place well worth the visit so well recommend 😀👍

R. S.M&S Queen St, is a decent place to shop for a range of things, being they've got all departments here with a good range of stock available.
Their food hall & restaurant are amazing and highly recommended. There's toilets available near the restaurant which are often clean.
A negative i want to highlight, their clothes are of high quality materials but the designs of their men's & women's clothes are not really for the younger generation, maybe this is something they could look into.
L.Great shop. I particularly like the food hall, there's everything I need. This one has a restaurant and toilets. There is an escalator as well as a lift so the shop is fully accessible. One nice touch; they always have jugs of iced water for you to help yourself to one side of the restaurant - not just for this hot weather.

L. P.Can't say I usually go to M&S but went looking for a summer school dress for my daughter as no where else in Cardiff City Centre seemed to have them. They had a great range at great prices. Staff were great and even went to look at the mens wear which was great quality for good prices.
I may have just become an M&S shopper!
G.My wife failed to find a pair of low boots to fit her. She thinks M&S are now sourcing from Asia where the designs do not suit the larger, differently shaped Brits' feet.
Food Hall good though.
G.I went in first thing to pick up the Valentine's Day Dine In offer, and they were still doing stock. I didn't mind waiting because I knew I was early, but a petite blonde lady asked me which products I was waiting for and then went above and beyond to personally find them for me. Really great customer service from a lovely lady.
G. F.Marks and Spencer's always offers high quality produce however you do pay for it in a different way literally with the amount of money you spend. There is nothing wrong with this it's just a shame that certain people like myself tend to be priced out of doing a large shops and Marks and Spencer's and then end up spending an inordinate amount of money on picking up a few things. This all being said if you are looking to pick up good things for a nice dinner Marks and Spencer's is highly recommended and if you were simply can shop here regularly of course you would wish to.
c. b.I went in to buy some clothes for a wedding. I'm not the best with working out sizes so i needed help from the staff. They were ever so helpful and i have always found staff at all m&s stores to be the same.
B. J.Good selection of items available with staff happy to assist you without any hesitation. A staff member known as Emily was happy to assist me and helped me find everything I was looking for. Overall great customer service skills and good presentation.
A. W.Not sure if its me but when sales are on the stores all look messy and finding sizes is a challenge. Didnt get any bargains in my opinion as all i wanted was a couple of shirts for work. Choice in M&S isnt what it was but they still have a great fit. I will be glad when the sales are over and i may go back to look for trousers and a suit when the store is..... well normal.

V.I really like the quality and style, plus there are sizes for everyone and the staff is very varied and of all ages that in other stores there are only selling young people, older people are as if they were not entitled to work or not nice that they are working there, that's why I love Marks andf Spenser. D. N.Clean and well organised. Toilets were rather dirty and the team in their restaurant/cafe stared at us when we looked at their menu. It felt as though they wanted didn't want us to come in and eat.
In all fairness, marks and sparks is a clothing store with a small cafe, not a cafe that sells clothes. Still, worth bearing in mind!
J. C.A good store, with plenty of choice. Great foodhall and staff that are exceptionally helpful. The quality of goods is excellent too. They also cater for larger sizes in their clothing range as well as the more 'normal' sizes you would expect.
D. G.They still have not addressed the COVID distancing protocol, after more than a year! Often, I see staff members with masked dangling from their chin and floor markings are either ignored by all or not obvious. Finally, theur 65p fruit corner OFTEN has £1 items in it, which is nmisleading
B. M.Love the coffee, cheese and wine but mostly leave the rest. The clothes don't fit and are not the classic British tailoring that made the M&S name. Polyester is not for everyone. The race to be the cheapest is over IMO. What about quality and classic clothes that will last?
K.Nice large M&S store, clean and tidy with friendly, helpful staff. Prices on some item can be high for the quality especially men shoes which are average at best. Food is quite expensive but you pay for quality items.
C. S.Good staff and some excellent underrated clothes. Their easycare and crease resistant clothing is just perfect for travel. I have loads of designer stuff boss, lacoste etc but none you can get out of a case and put on without an age of ironing.
J. J.Typical M&S in a great central location. Unfortunately, I feel that their COVID measures in the supermarket are minimal, there is no one-way system in place and often you see staff not wearing masks.
P. E.The cafe and the deli are fabulous with a plain and simple selection of great foods. The only minus point for me is their lack of winter sports clothing. However, there is a plethora of available stores around to stock up on those items.
L. F.a nice m&s store with a great restaurant with large glass window seating looking over the high street. We had the afternoon tea for 2 which had 4 various sandwiches each, a scone with pot of jam each. And clotted cream , a macaroni each, as small cup cake each , a small strawberry tart each and a pot of tea each. All for £15.99. The store is quite a large. Store nicely set out.
K. R.The clothing section is huge and always feels like clothes are of good quality, though can be a bit on the expensive side. There is a large food shop on the ground floor, that seems to be going slowly downhill. The fruit selection, particularly bananas, can be quite dire. There's also a regular problem with the brown rolls, which I used to buy regularly but not any longer as the quality doesn't seem to live up to previous standards!
R. J.Affordable Quality. Clean and neat. Always stocks stylish clothing. If I wanted a suit then I would look here first. A shirt, a jumper? This would be my first stop.
Selection of wine is really, really good! Food is always good but I find it expensive (although the Christmas turkey comes from here). Marks are not known for being eco-friendlg with the packaging of food and are considered one of the worst retailers for piling on the plastic and polystyrene.
N. W.Went there for dinner today and it was absolutely heaving. Really long queues, ran out of trays, cakes had not been restocked. Que for paying was getting stuck with people trying to get to fridge cabinet which is set too close to the till. Lady who served me was nice and helpful unlike staff the last time I visited Newport store. Went to table only to observe a young girl who was not bothering to clear tables and was stood at cleaning station for ages cleaning same tray over and over and going as slowly as possible. Looking at the cleaning station I could see why there were no trays. She has a large stack that she had not bothered to put back. The floor at the cleaning station was filthy. Even though it was insanely busy, the food was done quickly and well. Those silly shaped bowls for the katsu chicken need to go though. They are horrible to eat from as them make it difficult.
D. J.Every time I go here it is a pleasure to browse the shelves and buy something I know will be high quality. One thing I have to recommend is their almond biscuits, though I do warn you; they are moreish.

T.Liked it just not the best floor plan seemed very squashed in their, they have a good few bargains and for the average shopper it's worth looking around to see what's on offer but this is marks and Spencer we're talking about and not just a general high street store, and with the relative know how this shop can be a great little stop and shop but much more suitable to the large shopper of which it's known by, a very cluttered place with friendly staff, definitely recommend and definitely use it again . M. M.I was being fitted for a bra and my body type isn't easy to categorize, but the staff were lovely and kept trying until they found a bra that fit. Very positive. Very helpful

A. C.Quite a small food hall without the room to house their large range of products - alas including some of our favourites. Constantly changing food layouts making it hard to find what you want. Self service tills won't read Sparks card on a phone.

W. b.Love marks, they have some beautiful clothes pieces there but...being a tall lass they are my favourite place to buy gorgeous patterned tights that fit, even in spring and summer they have always stocked, sadly only standard tights such as opagues were out..lets hope its a seasonal thing and autumn sees the return of all their lacey delights ❤
S. L.I like looking in marks. It can be a bit hit and miss with the clothing and I feel expensive compared to other shops. Now and again you come across a great find. I find some of the staff a bit off hand and not customer orientated sometimes

Restaurant/Coffee shop on 2nd floor is lovely and looks out on to Queen Street. Well worth a visit sells Ladies, Mens and childrens clothing. Household and food stuffs. Very nice too.
