M. A.I ordered from starry mart on the 31st of August and my parcel was delivered on the 2nd of september very fast delivery within 2 days.
All products were in a box, the box was packed properly and I received all the products I ordered. What I ordered was two of each:

It’s got everything the keen cook wants and very good prices compared to some similar competitors but some areas of the UK i.e. the Northern Isles of Scotland get lumbered with a hefty courier fee when the Royal Mail could be easily used. I got mine sent to a pal in England and she sent it to me.

They are also the most reasonably priced online Asian supermarket I have found, always with a wide variety of products as well.
The only issues as such I have is that things can come and go, you’ll find something you really like and not be able to order it again.
Also some features on the website don’t work correctly such as; being able to view past purchases to easily readd them to your new basket (some items I order every time) and this one is really minor but I can’t seem to leave reviews! I’d love to be able to do so to help others when choosing products, especially those from a western background who may not be sure of some of the products.
But overall fantastic and my fave place to shop! I look forward to my once a month orders, hopefully increasing to two a month or bigger orders sooner rather than later as I love Asian cuisine

I also liked the range of products, their prices and cost of shipment. Delivery was also very quick. There was one product, however, that seems to have the wrong net weight. Jiasheng Aodao Roasted Seaweed states 60g net on the packaging, but in fact weighs only 15g net. I discovered this discrepancy when dividing the contents into 5g portions. However, it is still reasonably priced, commensurately with the actual net weight, and I will definitely make more orders to Starry in future. Thanks!
D. T.I often have a hankering for good authentic Asian food I experience during my childhood but unfortunately I do not live in an area with a local Asian supermarket. Starry came to my rescue, great array of food stuff at reasonable prices an order was made but after seeing the delivery company they used I held my breath!! Order made, payment completed and within an hour I had a dispatch number, great.
24ish hours later, (this review is about Starry so the problems with UKmail will not be mentioned) I received a large well packed order. Frozen items still frozen, bottles wrapped to survive the apocalypse, the large package was unpacked and checked off.
Absolutely nothing wrong with my order, great service, great products, great communication and a great experience.
Thank you for showing how an easy and pleasurable experience it should be. Now I’m just going to cook for a bit and sate my hankering.

R.What a swift service! Insanely quick delivery and really cool products. I’d seen a Korean cocktail online that someone recommended. Part soju, part yogurt drink (yakult) and part lemon/lime soda (sprite). I found StarryAM through a google search for soju and saw that they offered loads of other interesting products too. I was so happy to find Mae Ploy curry pastes, the red one of which the whole family loves. So now we have red paste again, the green version and Panaag paste to try out. I ordered some shrimp flavoured instant noodles and then some hard boiled sweets too. Everything was packed SO well. I will definitely be revisiting their website again for Asian ingredients and foods. Looking forward to trying lots of new products out 👍🏻 Highly recommended.

T. E.I really love this store, they do DPD next day so I get anything I'm out of quite quickly. I've never had any issue with the packaging or product from them either. Slight update: these guys are still SO GOOD after two years, please use them - this year has been hard, but I've been able to order all of the comforts of my childhood foods from them and it gets here so quick. They even recovered from the pre-lockdown order surge fairly quick. There just isn't a comparable market to order online from in the UK. I wish could give them a thousand stars!

If you live rural like me but love Crown Maple Corn or mochi sweets from Japan or decent nori and can't get this near home these guys are cheaper than Amazon and delivery is quick and perfect. £3.99 for a light box or £5.99 for a heavy one isn't expensive just make sure to buy more than one thing!!
