Nice store and I spend a lot of money there but not happy about fewer checkouts and long queues! Storage for large boxes of toys etc now in place of checkouts. How can you do a piled up large trolley full at self service?? Driving customers elsewhere.

Haven't been here for ages surprised at how much better it is than other supermarkets in the area. Clean, well stocked, a good experience.

Great store and customer service, especially at the fish and meat counters. Overseas university students living nearby will appreciate the good range of eastern food stuff. Recently empty shelves in the frozen foods section, due to HGV delivery issues, but hope this is just temporary.

Just wanted to make complaints about antisocial behaviour on the path of salary brook.For instance, when I was walking with my bike, 2 men laughed at me in my direction and one of them spat on the floor as a way to intimidate me. Both of them thought it was funny, ignorant of the fact I am suffering anxiety at the moment.To add, when I was going along Longridge, there were two guys, one hooded up and one on a bicycle, walking at an aggressive pace towards me, before I travelled in a different direction they were approaching me.The hooded up person had a black jacket, was pale and underweight.To add, students at essex university like to swear a lot, smile at you for no particular good reason and laugh impulsively as well as give you aggressive looks from time to time, monitoring every move you make.Also, There was a group of people dressed in black tracksuits trying to find my attention for the wrong reasons, to which I ignored and was met with swearing and spite, right next to the traffic light.Also in Essex University, there was an Asian student with glasses who was photographing/videoing me without my permission in Starbucks.Also in castle park, a mixed raced person with dreads wearing all black including black sunglasses was filming me illegally while I was walking by.Plus, in salary brook, there were 3 white teenagers dressed in black shouting at me in an antisocial manner.Also on the 26th of May, 3 students were filming me in a corridor, to add to skipping my place in the queue in Essex Uni Starbucks.Plus, near student accomadation near avon way, there was an old man with grey hair who was filming me and there was a black man in black clothing who was throwing cartons of juice near Titania Close(27/05/22).Also there was a another black man with a black headscarf aggressively following me as soon as he saw me, along avon way(03/06/22).On the 12/06/22, 11pm, there was another person in a dark blue tracksuit and had a dark skin colour, he stalked me from near where avon way is to the near the fish shop.Also there was a black car at the end of Longridge monitoring my movements passive aggressively.What I also noticed were people wearing dark clothing to camouflage in the dark so they would not get caught lurking in a suspicious manner around peolpes' homes for the sake of spying and monitoring specific individuals' actions, particularly in salary brook.Also, employees named Abi and jasmine made fun of my necklace, which I take criticism of with sensitivity as it is a religious relic, and the fact I wear a coat in the summer, gaslighting my own differences as a person. Abi and jasmine both come from Essex Uni cleaning department.Jasmine also distracted me deliberately from my work by also calling out for my name even though she is not supposed to and taking a water break even thogh she is not supposed to simultaneously.Jasmine also insinuated that I am emotionless and dont care about other people by stating that 'I would be a good fit for the forensics because I don't emotionally react to dying people'.Again, whenever I walk near the end of Longridge in the dark that leads onto the salary brook trail there is a black car that keeps monitoring my movements in a passive aggressive manner. The car is located at the start of a dead end on Longridge road for further detail.To add as well, there are people who use black cars as aliases to camouflage in the dark to monitor peoples' homes and their movements for the sake of potentially renacting on their planned crimes.Also on the 1/07/22, there was a young woman dressed in a dark grey tracksuit filming a wall before angling her iPhone towards me to film me illegally on a staircase 50m away from William Morris Tower in Essex Uni.On the same day, an Asian woman who was a student was filming me with her iPhone illegally as well as laughing about it in Essex Uni Starbucks while I was at the counter.Also, on the 2nd of July, very early morning(like 2 to 3am), there were 6 drones illegally invading my privacy by monitoring me at salary brook(near Longridge) from the sky.Also, my fa

Comfortable shop but found shelves not filled and at least 3 out of date items in fruit and veg which is a normal occurrence.

We went here today and had a question we needed answered. My husband managed to get hold of a member of staff called Jimmy who was a manager. He couldn't of been more helpful towards us. They must be a great team in this store - they've just got my car keys back to me - thanks so much guys at Colchester Tescos and a big 'hurrah' and heartfelt "thank-you" to whomever handed them in to the store in the first place - at least there are still some great people out there. Open hours, 24 hour love it. Can get what ever your looking for, not to sure about the staffs. Ask a question, about items in store, wasn't very helpful. Hadn't a clue what I was talking about so I asked someone else, still clueless. But I find if I don't see what I'm looking for I just Google it simple.

Wouldnt recomend, I was walking to the local tesco and i look for some toilet roll, There was a guy who wanted toilet paper as well, this is when everyone was buying toilewt roll in the pandemic, he took the last one so i whacked him in the head with the toilet paper! way hay!!!!!

Why awe why send customers vouchers they buy the product the vouchers won't scan the assistant can't over ride the till so you then have to queue at customer services who scan voucher without any problems! Really not good service. Trust your staff they do a good job!

This Tesco store is conveniently located just off a roundabout. It has a petrol station as you enter and there is even a hand car wash. The shop is large and spacious with a clothing and tech department. There is also ample parking.

Great selection of products with great parking options and traffic control. Although smaller than the Highwoods one, this still packs many of the same things regardless of the size. I do find however that they do sometimes understock some of their products with many empty shelves.

As Tescos go, I can't fault it. Huge selection of foods, household goods, cosmetics and toiletries, clothes, electronics, gardening and plants. Always a lot of good deals. They have a Timpson shoe repair concession and I think you can hire a rug cleaner. Plenty of parking, and a decent value hand car wash. Cheapest petrol around. Easy to reach by car, and several buses stop right next to it.

It so near my home just 10 minites walk, or 5 minites bike ride. The shop is big but not a Tescos Extra at Highwoods which is a super super store hence the greater stock & choice and Tescos franchises. I also have friends on the staff who greet me when I go in to shop.

Disappointed with some of the ''sell by" dates on the regularly purchased items that has led to not purchasing that item. Have tried in the past to bring the topic up with both customer services and store management. But nothing seems to change. Except for my shopping habits, now rather than use Tesco, I use Lidl for my midweek and make up shop.
