Nice place where find most of you need under one roof. You can find "George" in upstairs with a nice collection of textiles. And there's a cafe upstairs with a baby station equipped with microwave etc. And a offers for kids during summer. Overall nice experience.👍

Nice store, clean and tidy, very polite staff only issue was it was difficult to get to second floor the lift wasn't working properly so had to go round using the escalator which took a bit of time. Café on site, public toilets available and loads of free parking for customers. Fuel station as you approach the main store.

Really well stocked, plenty of staff visible and was actually quite tidy. Good clothing section upstairs. Only downside is there is no travelator to come back down, so you have to wait for the lift. Just a minor inconvenience.

Travelled especially to this store from the other side of Coventry as they sell large bra sizes. Got there about 9.30am to be told the changing rooms don’t open till 12. After a bit of persuasion the manager opened them for us. Excellent customer service.and a big thank you 😊

This is my local supermarket, well stocked, good prices and a huge car park. But has anyone noticed how big the queues are lately? Not only to the check-outs but also to the self service. I tend to do my weekly shopping after work on a Friday lunchtime and I’ve never had the problems with queuing as I do now. I never have this issue with other nearby supermarkets around the same time of day so what has happened to Asda Walsgrave? Have they cut their staffing levels down…or just not managing the queues properly. I’m starting to get quite fed up with the length of time I have to wait to get served and will probably change to a rival supermarket soon if things don’t improve. Come on Asda…sort this out.

Shop itself is fine. Has good selection and usually stocked up very well. However, today I had to return an item at customer services and the lady there (her name same a calendar month!) wow if ever I saw someone hate their job. She just looked unhappy and grumpy. Knew straight away on approaching the desk the service would be appalling, as I was basically ignored as her and two other colleagues chatted. For the "customer service" desk this is really shameful. The main lady then proceeded to go into a back room and no joke was in there for no less than 15 minutes. Also to add she had seen that myself and another older lady were waiting to be served. she finally came out but again no rush to serve us. Instead eventually a colleague came around to serve us. In my opinion, the main lady needs extra training or observations from her manager on her manners. Or else move her to another section less customer facing.

A giant store that generally has everything we are looking for. Their new sushi section has a good selection that is yet to disappoint us. I have to lower the rating slightly thoigh because we almost always have issues with the self checkout that we wouldn't have at Tesco or Morrisons.

Great store. Lots of items. The pictures frames are the cheapest I can find for 10x8 and 8x6 (school photos), so managed to make a good start on my picture wall. £2.50, £3.00, £3.50 for good quality frames.

The best supermarket to go to. Everything under one roof. Expensive compared to Aldi and Lidl, but better than Tesco if you don't have a clubcard. The range of products and selection is why this is my favourite superstore.

Staff shortage meant that a lot of time was spent waiting in queues. Too much time wasted doing absolutely nothing.

Great store... the supersized type with plenty of choice. Could use more self service checkouts. Half a dozen queuing with several out of action. Staff first class. Travellers had set up in the car park and feral kids running around the store refusing to leave. They had endless patience.

They do lots of things, glasses a lot cheaper than some other well known companies. I was a little bit worried they were too cheap but quality the same (as specsave 'premium varifocals') in my opinion!!, sue me, you won't get a lot! Lots of things there. Well worth a visit. Cafe can be a bit unpredictable with a person who really could not be bothered last couple of times, but, 24 hrs McDonald's across the road, any hassle, high big mac!
