The scan & go is one of the main reasons I shop here, no need to queue for ages as this takes minutes. Great selection of stock, including take away type meals. Big emu at park so you can always find a space, staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well maintained. Overall a good place to shop.

Ive never had a problem as such here. Well sometimes when the kiosk is quiet they need to wind neck in and just serve the customers not saying sorry too many items...... Pizza are freshly made to your order or prepared ones. Hot chicken counter, fresh bread n cakes. Great clothing, electrically, toy and household range. Also home to Printing, opticians, McDonalds and collect & returns.

The Asda Scan & Go app means I can do my shop without having to speak to anyone. I know it sounds a bit grumpy but, sometimes, I just want to get done and out. So mega thumbs-up for the app. This store is always clean. They have well-stocked shelves, even during these early Brexit months. Despite my earlier comment, when I have spoken to staff, they've been very nice and helpful.

Massive and busy supermarket just off the A52 ( Brian Clough Way ) on the outskirts of Derby. Sells all the things that you would need for a weekly shop, and more. Large free carpark and petrol filling station on site. I do find it very busy at times, especially weekends, around the tills, but there are bargains to be found, worth a visit. Staff are always friendly and helpful

Recently moved to derby so this has become my regular shop and all i can say is wow! This Asda is one of my favourites, the staff on checkout always seem so lovely, never had an issue while walking around and I prefer Asda over all other supermarkets anyway. The store is way bigger than your usual so there seems to be a huge variety of items available to purchase. Great first impressions.

Asda Spondon,certain members of your staff today were amazing. Today 4th March my daughter and I went to Asda and shortly after entering my daughter who is heavily pregnant with twins and diabetic became unwell. The care and attention your staff gave my daughter was outstanding. My daughter and I couldn't thank them enough but we would also like those members of staff to be acknowledged for the above and beyond assistance they gave us,and it was sincerely appreciated.

Great place for shopping, you can get a lot of things under one roof from clothing, groceries,homecare products, toiletries, plants and so much more. You can have a bite to eat after your shopping at MacDonald and on your way you can fill up with petrol. Free car parking for 2-3 hours.

Always great for a quick shop. I just wouldn't buy their clothing anymore, the trousers are made from such harsh material it was like walking around with sand paper down my trousers. food yes, clothing stick to proper brands

Asada staff are doing an amazing job at this difficult time, thank you. The cueing system, approx 30mins, is working and well managed with everyone maintaining 2m distance and being polite. Shelves were reasonably well stocked at 9 am this morning Friday 27th March. Some items are quite rightly restricted e.g. loo roll & pasta x 1 and milk 3. Sadly no eggs and flour but I am confident that this will be resolved shortly. Checkout/shop and go cues were low and panic seems to have eased thankfully. NHS staff were being let straight in with ID lanyards. Thanks again to your amazing staff who are keeping us supplied.🤗👏👏👏

Large store selling a wide range of items. Always plenty of choice, decent prices too. Downside at the checkouts when self-service checkouts are troublesome (probably overdue for an upgrade). Can be very busy, but that's the downside of such a popular store.

Transport wise it is very accessible, well stocked and the usual value for money you get at any Asda. The fact that you can order food or clothes for collection there adds to the appeal, as well as a conveniently placed Macdonalds.

They stock absolutely everything you can imagine, nothing wrong with a bit of asda price and a McDonalds right on the side makes it convenient for a bite to eat after a bit of shopping. The eye test centre and the holiday bookies are also quality establishments and all the staff are really helpful. Good for the weekly shop or for somewhere to go at 10 to 1 in the morning. Brill.

Had to shop for essentials and medicines this morning at Spondon Asda, the store is now operating a two meter rule and have set up barriers when waiting to enter the store, I can’t thank you all enough for the job you are still having to do while having your own families to look after, a total contrast to the mayhem of last week, thanks a million, stay safe and healthy.

Average prices, lots of tills so rarely queue (though I avoid weekends!). Customer service is always good and can get almost everything there! With dry cleaning, opticians, travel agents, McDonalds and key cutters all by the exit!

A good place to shop. There are clothes, stationary, greetings cards and medicines etc alonside food. You can get freshly made pizzas and freshly cooked hot chicken etc. Open until 10pm. Gets quiter and easy to shop after about 8pm. Vary useful if you work late and need to shop 'out of hours'. The only thing I would sometimes like is for the two for the price of one items being turned into one for half the price. So many people, for so many reasons, live alone and maybe don't want two cream cakes etc.

Well I tolerate most things in this Asda but there is nothing worse than a cashier who is more interested in talking to everybody else rather than putting your items through the till. I much prefer the online shopping experience and will be using that service more in future.

I don't know why people are crying so much about this and that. I believe if you went into Asda in a more positive attitude you would come out feeling good about your visit. Ok they move stuff about so you have to walk more walking is good exercise, you cry about the parking, Park further away where it is quiet and get some fresh air, You say the phone never gets answered then stop ringing and go to the shop people are way too idle nowadays, Also if they are being rude, Ask them their name first off if they don't give it and confront them in the store in a nice polite way and ask why they was rude over the phone i bet the answer would be you was shouting and upsetting me. Get real people and stop blaming the store for your own negativity in life, go in smiling make somebody laugh and come out feeling a better person, get off your butts and shop instead of doing it online. Exercise fitness eating properly equals a positive outlook on life, try it sometime you may surprise yourself. ;-)

A massive place with so many things available and even has a small McDonalds in it. The site has free parking, petrol station and cash machine. You can get everything here, food, drinks, films, household white goods, clothing of Primark kind of quality amongst other things. Prices are reasonable but the thing that let's this place down is the clientele. It's usually full of chavs shouting, swearing and being generally rude. Chav kids who do the same while being shouted at by their lazy chav parents. Get rid of the chavs and this would be a great place to shop.
