The team at this shop have gone above and beyond to help me and my family after we lost our car seats in a fire. I couldn't recommend them enough, they've helped me replace 2 car seats with the best car seats on the market for rear facing travel. These women are extremely knowledgeable about all things "baby and child" related, there's nothing they can't help you with. I'll certainly be using their shop, they have amazing eco friendly baby and womens products that caught my eye! Thankyou so much for all of the support and guidance you have provided for me.. I will be forever grateful!

Brilliant shop full of lovely eco friendly clothes, toys and accessories for babies and health care products for adults. We did the sling and cloth nappy workshop with Kia. She explained everything so well and took the time to answer all the questions we had fully. We both felt well informed and reassured following the workshops and now feel confident to use the products demonstrated. Such a useful service. Would recommend to anyone who's baffled by all the information out there about slings and cloth nappies.

Visited the shop for the sling library and general carrier advice. Also attended a support group here, it’s such a caring environment and run by genuinely lovely people. The eco shop has some beautiful products for sale too! Never any pressure to buy and safe spaces for little one’s to tot about.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with anything to do with kiddies, whether it'd be advice on carriers, cloth nappies, toys or breastfeeding. The oust just goes on. Their doors (or inbox) is always open and free of judgement, no matter what your question is. If you visit The Pod, there's a sofa available, if you need to feed your child, and an accessible toilet with baby changing facilities too. And best part of it, they do not expect you to spend a penny in their volunteer run shop, from which all proceeds get reinvested into local community!

Kiana always goes above and beyond to provide support and advice if and when you need it. It hasn't mattered what time or what day I've contacted her, she always replies and is super super friendly and knowledgeable :) I've used their cloth nappy library and sling library, both positive experiences that meant I am still babywearing and using cloth nappies almost 8 months on. The ecostore is beautiful and has the most lovely ethical stock. I've also had 2 sling consultations and a cloth nappy fit check from Kia, all were fantastic and I left feeling much more confident xx thank you!

This shop is more than just it's beautiful products it is a community space where you can ask anything and expect to have open and warm advice regarding anything on your mind, such a wonderful place and great support network for anyone but particulary if your in the throes of new parenthood! Because of Cariad babi my experience as a new mum has been improved through sling and cloth nappy advice and just general chats with the lovely lady Kia who runs the store, cannot recommend enough!

There is no other shop like this in Derby. Soon as you walk in you are greeted with a welcoming smile. The variety of products are amazing from gorgeous nappies, slings, toys, eco homeware products, toys, clothes, etc. Everything looks amazing. Defo worth a visit. 😁

Great service, friendly and helpful, with a good range of brands. We hired a newborn nappy kit when we had our daughter. Kia was great talking us through all the different types and what each is good for. With the very affordably priced 8 week hire we were able to figure out what worked best for us before investing in our own supply of nappies. The kit contained enough small nappies for us to use exclusively cloth as soon as we got home from thes hospital.
