This M&S is the best in Derby in my view. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I never see a miserable staff member. All are willing to help. Staff on the check out are very kind and chatty. They all say hello, and you can have a nice chat with them whilst packing your shopping :) It's got the same feel to it as a local shop. There does not seem to be a high staff turn over and it seems to be very well run. I can always get what I want. I love the food at M&S. My only wish is that the Kingsway one had a deli area, then it would be perfect! The store is very clean and I love how throughout the pandemic they have always cleaned the trolleys and been strict on the door when allowing entry. This has made me feel safe when shopping there. I do not have anything bad to say about the M&S. I only wish that other shops were run this efficiently.

I have always used this marks and Spencer all through the lock downs stopped useing other branded retail shops because Mark's have done a faboulous job. Served today by Hillary. She was faboulous to along with all the ladies who have served me. A big thank you. 💃💃💃💃

Small store but good if you want to pick up a few bits for lunch or dinner. I got a really good narcissus bouquet which lasted for ages. Main purpose of the visit was to pick up an online order so that was very useful.

Quality food at reasonable prices. Good deals can be had if you look around the store. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Downside is parking at times can be hard to find near the store and getting out of the retail park can take ages which is an ongoing problem here.

Lovely little M&S food. The deals on the dinner for two are excellent - used to be £10/15 for starter, main and depart and bottle of wine all in. Was great tasting food which was easy to cook and relatively healthy too. The only gripe is getting in and out of Kingsway is a nightmare at busy times. Took 20mins just to get out once!

I am giving this store a 5 star review because of your exceptional staff member Brian, he is a credit to M&S and has left a feeling of complete satisfaction due to his polite manner and sunny disposition. I mentioned how nice Brian was when i got home and my husband said 'I know exactly who your talking about' that says a lot. Brian for staff member of the month.

A rather confusing Marks and Spencer I've come across - correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to be forgetting seeing any signs that label which aisles contain what. The 'grab your food and go' section has moved to the left hand side of the building as you walk in instead being in the refrigerated area on the right. The store lacks story but there is enough variety of M&S branded products.
