Hi me and my friend went into the derby store in the footwear department and was greeted by the most wonderful women called Sheila she is the most amazing sales consultant I ever met she could not do enough for us and I noticed it was not just us it was ever customer every store should have a Sheila if every Some one should be recognised for her work this lady should and I hope the store do she is s credit to the Derby store Sheila I will just say my friend had the best time in Buxton the shoes bag and top where great thank you for your help me and my friend Just wanted to scoop her up and take her for lunch see you again Sheila thank you you are brilliant well worth a visit to the store if not just to say hello to Sheila she will lift your sprits go girl Lynn and Elaine

Today i called in store to query a notification i had received about a change in the due date for a few gifts we ordered . The lady i spoke to was very reassuring and helpful enough to take some details and offer to contact us upon the arrival of our delivery . I was really surprised by this and thanked her before heading off to work . Then 2 hours later we had a call from the lady to inform us . We are so grateful and impressed that this member of staff went way above and beyond to helpus thank you soo much marks n spencers derby great work 👌

Marks is excellent for specialist foods. But poor for fish the market is better so is Morrisons and waitrose. Clothes always good value. Suits are exceptional

Good service and nice staff but let down by poor cleaning and hygiene,noted the table we sat at in the cafe was dirty with left over food on it.We noticed that the cleaning when it did happen seemed to be just the use of a dry cloth with no disinfectant used at all.

Well , what can we say about Mark's & Sparks! Top quality everything really. Food, clothing and so much more. Only one problem, too expensive!!! I suppose thou you get what you pay for in this life, so that's why I have a treat from time to time, and indulge myself in a luxurious shopping spree there. You just know it makes sense.

Honestly love Marks and Spencer. This one has 3 floors and has got pretty much everything like food Hall, clothes and home stuff. Love the cafe but it gets quite busy because its so popular so difficult to find a seat. I normally go when I need to stay later at collage I would go to Marks and Spencer and they would reduce the Fresh stuff like sushi, sandwiches and role's and sometimes fruit and I get that x

We wanted to buy some Mark's and Spencer luxury Christmas crackers to take abroad to family for Xmas and on the way in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was more than happy to direct us to exactly where they were. We found the ones we wanted and made our way to the checkout to pay. The lady who served us was lovely. She even went running around the men's wear section to find us a large enough carrier bag for them. Really top quality service.

Called in today to the food hall. Short queue with waiting time about 3 minutes. No problem getting along the things I needed. Staff were lovely, polite and jovial. One way in and one exit made it a quick and enjoyable visit.

Having visited quiet a few M&S stores throughout my life I could write about how the store was kept neat and well stocked and all the Range of autumn and winter fashion clothes on offer there was to choose from. What has stayed with me the most was the way the staff were .How helpful and polite and accommodating they were , especially a gentleman member of staff who helped myself and a relative in the cafe. Both myself and the person I was with are disabled he was outstanding in all areas . Thank you.

Lovely food court. Still my favourite retailer for clothes, though more evidence of foreign supplied goods than there used to be. No quibble returns policy on a pair of trousers that turned out to be faulty.

Love it. Good as usual. Great customer service. Only complaint is they don't stock the big and tall options in store. Being tall, most trousers don't fit so need trying on. Gets too frustration keep sending back via mail and with parking so expensive I end up paying over the odds to my clothes. Please keep at least some in stock. Not just the socks!

The cafe staff couldn't have responded better to me at a very low point when our food order went wrong and my elderly father got upset. 5 stars for staff dealing and managing the complaint situation. I had to drop a star because the situation should not have arisen in the first place, but I am glad that excellent customer service is alive and well at M&S. Thank you, Vicky and team.

No queuing to get in, not too many shoppers inside.....best thing about this store really is its assistants, always friendly and helpful. Some nice things to be tempted by but might be best to wait another 10 days or so when all the new season stock is in store.

It's a good place to find good quality for foods drinks or clothes but my opinion is that is to expensive! Staff is rly polited always with smile ready to help you! They do accept returns so if you got any problem or miss match size you can go back to the store and sort it out ! Recommend if you got a fancy still and would like to get a good suit! Cheers! We always head strait for the sales in the second floor - prices on most things are lower than even Primark, but way better cut and materials. All the rest of the store is hard to justify the price but it cannot be denied it is good quality.

A good size store with the food hall at the back, good selection of stock and the floors are well listed. Again handy that you can get from Marks and Spencer to Debenhams from the top floor. Good spaces between the rails so you don't feel cramped. Also good selection of tills so you're never queuing for long.

This is a good Marks & Spencer's. Located in Intu with its own easy access to the food section this is a decent sized department store focussing on fashion and food. M&S food prices are notoriously expensive but the produce is always of good quality (although cheaper retailers are catching up in this regard). Food hall is a reasonable size and well stocked, so it's a good stop for a supermarket shopping trip.

Large department store with clothing for everyone. Ladies department has different themed areas with lots to choose from.mens department is on the ground floor and not easily negotiated if you want to pass through to the food hall due to poor layout. Food hall sells quality food and drink. You can rely on M & S for their quality products but can be pricey.

Went to Derby M&S Thurs to buy school trousers, lady working in the school wear department was so helpful. My son is very tall and skinny so was advised to go to M&S by friends. Helpful lady explained that they have limited stock in branch but is able to help me order online whilst in the branch.. Great place to shop. However the restaurant's very disappointing. The choice of hot meals is limited and boring. I ordered the salmon dish but the fish portion size was disgustingly tiny and it cost me nearly £8. I really avoid going there anymore.

A good average M&S situated on 3 floors at the far end of the Intu. Store is well laid out and run by well trained friendly staff. Besides the usual clothing and foodhall, it has a cafe. It can get a little confusing after a while what floor you are on.

So well layed out this M&S store in the Intu Derby has it all. Staff are wonderful and the collection desk is now on level 1 food hall. I ordered a few sale items so a quick food shop and to the collection point. I love shopping in my M&S ☆

Lots of sale items out but not so much of anything else. To be honest, I feel that the women's wear is awful at the moment. The sizing is terrible and fabric choices leave me wondering if they are employing a competitor as their buyer. Perhaps I'm just getting too old! Nylon,crimplene, sunray pleats, animal print and some really drab colours... did that in the 60s,70s and 80!! Café ok though and food Hall is good.

I always find the intu centre to be a good place to shop have a coffee tea and food. It's a pleasure to visit the centre for a day keep it up as I am sure you will. One last thing I and others feel safe .

I would like to commend Maggie in the ladies' shoes department who helped me find something that fits and is comfortable. Without her I would still be shoeless. I have not given 5 stars because I did not much like the shoes I saw and found the layout very muddled which is why I had to ask for help.

M&s continues to provide. Good sale on. Sales on throughout the centre. Really getting annoyed at the cost of parking at Intu surely there is some merit in reducing these charges to entice people there to support the stores which are obviously under pressure. Suggest a new look at charges asap. There for 30 minutes at 3 pounds is just hideous... this just does not encourage a visit.

M&S is a top clothing brand, and they are fast evolving into a one stop shop for your culinary needs. Almost missed the foodhall from the intu entrance as it's a bit further into the store but trust great food at decent prices to always attract me. Helpful man in menswear but usual m & s fare. It used to be old fashioned but excellent British sown quality that you could ware 12 month's for best, 12 months for work then 12 months for gardening after that. Now old fashioned cheap foreign sown rubbish that doesn't last 4 months. Shame

Choice and quality gets worse season on season especially in menswear. Jackets with virtualy no inside pockets or place to put mobile phone, overwheight, cheap dodgy zips. Need to get a grip. Other items expensive for what they are. Saving grace colours don't run, seams pretty good, no shrinkish. Neverthless probably last genuine middle range shop for average wage customers.

Massive store that sells clothes, furniture, linen, food and household wares. This store has friendly staff who actually try to help you when you ask them a question. Many people who say this place is expensive but i have found it no more expensive then Debenhams which is next door. With a few exceptions. M&S Food now that is expensive, why people would pay prices like that I have no idea. The menswear is expensive especially the suits anf shirts. They are cheaper in Debenhams next door in my opinion and are of the same quality. One thing that did make me laugh is the suit guy in M&S said I needed a 32 slim fit suit. I haven't been 32 inch waist in over a decade and i'm sure as hell not slim. I didn't even ask for his help. Would go there again to buy a suit if I need a laugh.
