Absolutely beautiful farm! We came here last year to pick pumpkins and came back today for the corn and flowers. The wildflowers & sunflowers were beautiful and fantastic value! Hoping to come back next week for some more wildflowers. This is absolutely going to be a seasonal treat from now on!

Really enjoyed pumpkin picking with the family. Really reasonable prices and nice to support a local business. I liked how it was low key and not a money pit like Farmer Copley’s in Pontefract. Free car parking was appreciated and good facilities. A bit of a shame the corn that we picked was way past it’s best when we cooked it for tea.

We had a lovely afternoon pumpkin picking fantastic for families of all ages. Be warned the que for the coffee shop is very long and sloe but we'll work the wait. Cost wise it's a very inexpensive trip as entry and parking both free .

We drove up from West Sussex and met our family here. The farm is so friendly and the food in the cafe is delicious. Beautiful cakes, bagels and homemade soup. We were made to feel so welcome and enjoyed choosing our pumpkins. Would certainly visit again .

Absolutely lovely place! We went today (Wednesday 12th October) and me and my family loved it. I went with my son (3) sister and two nephews (3 and 1) and they all had a lovely time. The cafe is lovely and the hot chocolates are to die for as well as the spicy pumpkin soup I absolutely adored it and want to try and make it myself! There were plenty of pumpkins to choose from and pretty much all of them were in great shape meaning we were spoilt for choice! The staff were absolutely lovely there I have nothing but praise for every member of staff we came into contact with and the pumpkins were really fairly priced too! Me and my son came away with 5 pumpkins (2 of them were fairly large in size and it only came out to £14 which is a much lower price point than some of the pumpkin patches I’ve been to and the quality is unmatched too! Definitely DEFINITELY recommend going and taking your kids (and try the baileys hot chocolate too!)

Enjoyed a walk amongst the Sunflowers today. I picked some Sunflowers from the field & paid at the kiosk they were £1 each. Also bought some pea pods. Lots of fruit boxed up to buy or you can pick your own. Staff very warm, welcoming & polite

We go here Strawberry picking every year. It's a lovely place. We had coffee & cake at the cafe. The people there are so friendly & polite. I even bought some fresh sun flowers there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Went here to strawberry pick, unfortunately due to heat alot of the strawberries were dried/dead on the plants tho that is no way a fault of the farm. We managed to find enough for our selves. Plenty of free parking, the staff were lovely and also had other lovely fresh fruit and veg items for sale at the little shop area, there is also a little cafe which looked lovely tho we only bought a couple bottles water. The walk to strawberry field from car park was quite long but a lovely walk. There is also the option to pick wildflowers and sunflowers

Great place. Plenty of pumpkins. Had a walk round and saw a few animals. The cafe was very cool like a little shak. The menu was small but the food was nice. It was very peaceful even in the rain patter on the roof was calming.

A lovely farm to visit where I have "picked my own" strawberries before and today I "picked my own" Sunflowers. They now also have a lovely little cafe with yummy homemade cakes and fresh home grown produce on sale. I highly recommend a visit here.

Nice for couple of hours out with kids. We went earlier this year to get some strawberries and recently to pick up some pumpkins and sweetcorn. The place can be busy, especially during weekends. Unfortunately as in many publicly accessible places like this, you get some mentally challenged people that can't follow simple rules i.e. returning a wheelbarrow back instead of dumping it in the car park. Cafe is lovely and has some great cakes. I recommend ginger one. However, the wait is just ridiculous. I've spent 40 minutes in the queue.

Good quality produce and certainly not expensive. The strawberries from the pick your own are always so tasty and much better than most you can buy in the supermarket. On our last visit we priced up by weight against Aldi for the strawberries and Eastfield Farm was cheaper. Definitely worth a stop here

We take our two children here to pick strawberries at the start of summer and layer in the year, pumpkins for Halloween. We always have a great time and come away with some perfect picks. Most recently we decided to have a cake and a drink in the café. I didn't really like the chocolate cake nor did my son, but it was fresh and well presented so that is, an us problem, we'll try something else next time. The Brownie my daughter had was delicious and my partner loved her Victoria Sponge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making a smaller cooler hot chocolate for my daughter and later providing take away lids for the kids drinks. I would recommend this experience and Café to anyone interested in the above activities.

Love visiting eastfield farm. Me and my two year old son had a lovely afternoon wandering up to the strawberry field and picking them together. We even had a smoothie and fresh scone with homemade jam in the little cafe. It does get busy at the weekends, but not so bad during the week.

Very enjoyable. Nice little cafe at the end and a little hut where you can buy fruit n veg as well as weigh your strawberries in. Selling lovely sunflowers on our visit...they were costing £1 each. Cafe a bit pricey.....£9 for 2 cans pop, small coffee and a scone with homemade jam and cream. Very popular as loads of families there.

I don't know much about different type of strawberries, however this farm produces the sweetest strawberries I've ever tasted! Big car park, good layout and I can feel the countryside of England here. It's a nice experience for us. There's cafe and plenty of spaces for picnic too.

Went as soon as it opened on Sunday, plenty of ripe strawberries to pick.

Me and my son loved it. You pick up your preferred size basket and follow the signs to walk to the strawberries. Once you're done you get them weighed and pay. The staff were super friendly. Don't wear sandals or dolly shoes. In the heat the walk to the strawberries was a bit far especially with a 2 and a half year old so bear that in mind. I'll go when it's cooler next time.

We go every year with family, the farm is massive. They grow different fruit and veg depending on season. Make sure you wear suitable clothing and wellies as it gets a bit messy in the winter months but definitely worth a visit.

In the past I would have given a 4 or 5 without hesitation but this year the fruit wasn't as good (not as sweet) and the bagged veg we bought at the stall barely lasted a few days before turning. Prices are reasonable and the ice cream stall is recommended.

Came strawberry picking yesterday, this is usually an annual ritual for us but had to miss last year due to COVID. Although the queue to pay was rather long, it went down nice and quickly and there is so much space out on the fields, we felt safe and comfortable being there. There were a couple of little rides there which was a pleasant addition whilst my husband was queueing, our little one could have a go on them, they accepted card which was a bonus!

A great place to visit in the summer for strawberry picking. Raspberries and gooseberries to pick too. Don't miss the pumpkins in October! Great fun for the whole family. Delicious homemade cakes and soup in the quaint little tea room all served on dainty bone china. The staff are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to please. I wish it was open all year!

This was our third year visiting. I'm not sure what other fields are available for picking fruit but Eastfield do a good job with their marketing and Facebook page so they are best known in the area. We visit for the strawberries but always stay for tea and the delicious homemade scones after. The prices are good, ranging from £3 a punnet. When the sun is shining there is no better place to be.

Spent a good couple of hours wandering around the different fruit patches with the kids, picking (and munching) as we went. You can buy pre-picked fruit and veg, but where's the fun in that....... The little café and patio area is great for having a cuppa and a cake in the shade, while the kids slurp on some ice cream. A great afternoon out, highly recommend for some good old fashioned family fun.

How satisfying to grab a card basket and head out into the fields to pick your own strawberries, raspberries and pumpkins! Buy seasonal vegetables, stop and have refreshments in the cafe (or a toilet break) and good luck if you have to park in the lower field! Wish they'd improve this EDIT Nov 2018 - they did improve it! No problems with trying to pass other cars now :-)

A lovely place to visit. PYO soft fruits and buy lots more, including gooseberry, cherries, jam, pod peas, ice cream. Gotta say the cream tea though was disappointing. The jam poured out and there was not enough cream to cover the scones. Coffee was delicious.

Pre picked goods for those who haven't the time or inclination for PYO. We have personally tried peas, strawberries and pumpkins, and haven't been disappointed.

East field fram in tickhill is very very good and very very nice and the only thing what I have is funfair rides for the kids and a bus or two take you form the farm shop to the strawberry freld due to the hot one last thing what is need to have is a gravel car park.

Eastfield Farm is a farm that specialises in the pick your own market. Not an actual market, I use market in terms of the field in which it specialises. Which is very apt because it is just a couple of fields! Ha ha. I made a joke there. Anyway, if you go early on the season, the strawberries are awesome, big, Juicy sweet as. Leave it too late though and you'll be disappointed. At the end of the growing season the strawberries are very small, flavourless and bitter.
