Nice Asda store with good selection of products, you will find most of the essentials and Like with all Asda you get some really good deals. Over all Great Store , friendly helpful staff . Parking is easy and free . Other facilities available there : passport photo booth , ATM cash withdrawal .. In general i had a Great shopping experience 💫

Modern supermarket.Medium sized store, so not a massive range of goods available compared to the bigger Asda stores, but plenty to choose from. Staff were helpful, store was clean and tidy. Medium sized car park but there was no shortage of spaces. Two ATMs and grocery pick up point.

It's in a good location and plenty of parking and the price and quality of Asda stuff is good however for this particular store I have deducted 2 stars as: 1. The layout of the shop is poor. Nothing is where you think it might be. You have to learn where stuff is and I end up doing laps of the place just to get a few items. It's difficult to do a quick shop here. 2. The training of the staff on the Asda reward app definitely needed improving. I was told to ring customer services with any queries I had and it was basic stuff they should have been able to tell me. 3. Self serve is the best option unless you have a full trolley but be prepared to be treated like a criminal when leaving the shop. I once had to take everything out of my rucksack to appease an overly zealous employee who accused me of not paying for a bag of salad leaves. If only she had been so enthusiastic when I was at the self serve encountering issues. Just to confirm, I had paid for everything. 4. The clothes section is rubbish and not even worth a browse compared to other Asda shops.

Convenient store for us locals in Dalgety Bay. An easy 20-minute walk, even from as far as St. Davids Harbour. Pretty much everything you would expect from a medium-sized Asda store. Not as much choice or range of products like at the Halbeath or Dunfermline stores, but handy enough. Generally friendly and helpful staff. You'll never battle for a space in the parking lot. Mainly self-checkouts, with the occasional human on one or two checkout counters. Shelves can sometimes be a bit sparse depending on what time of the day you shop. Mornings to noon are the best.

I'm still not convinced with the checkouts in Asda these days - possibly as I'm used to putting items onto a belt and the checkout person processing me through. These days, Asda is mainly self scan and you need to go to the proper area for baskets or trolleys. Be nicer to see staff at this part

Asda is Asda what more can you say about it. Nice big store with plenty of parking. However, the disabled parking is misused by lots of healthy people who have a total disregard for the needs of disabled people!!!

Often can't get what you go in for, whether that's fresh produce or not. See my image- 11 of 44 items weren't available last week, and that's just cans. Range isn't great. Very little loose fruit and veg available, so three onions that were 40p loose are now 50p, which is a rip off, especially if you only want one onion! Self serve checkouts also aren't great, especially since they were upgraded, they often don't register light items. Definitely not as good as when it opened.

Although the selection isn't as good as the Asda Superstore near me, I can always get a disability scooter, and they are always charged! At other Asda, I'm lucky if a scooter gets me halfway through the shop! The staff at the Dalgety Bay store are nice and friendly, which is great.

Great staff service selection of goods easy access very clean. Only problem is amazingly selfish individuals who park incorrectly, disabled bays are for blue badge holders only, family parking spots when accompanied by children, signage is displayed for all to read. At speed banks chevron boxes clearly designed as no parking spaces yet people park just to withdraw cash. Read signage it clearly explains rules and that you will be fined. Asdas should do more to stop this inconsiderate behaviour.

My favorite asda to visit! The security guard is always the same young guy and he's so lovely and always happy. When we last went in they had an elf hunt on where the kids had to count the elves and won a sweetie at the end. Never seen my kids behave so well round a shop. The lady on customer service who gave them the sweet was so kind and happy too! Never had a problem getting what I need in there and love that its not as crazy busy as the big ASDA in Dunfermline! Thanks to the staff for always smiling!

Cigarettes, lottery tickets. Customer toilets, inc disabled. Free off-street parking. On local/express bus routes. Disabled car parking spaces and step/ramp-free disabled access to store, which is all on the ground floor.

It's ASDA as any other, not the biggest not the smallest one. I do not know why I find not very straight display of supplies. As like in the most of the Asda, the cashiers seem not to like the evouchers, although they managed in a strange way, which make me feel not so good about my "shopping experience" compared with the Aldi in the same area.

Tbh I'm not a huge fan of this Asda but it has your basic needs. Felt safe during Covid (felt double standards when they put out an announcement to say keep your distance from staff and customers and then front end staff practically touch your arm pushing past) they had a structured entrance and exit which was great. Handy being next to Aldi so you can get bits from both

Guy doing the trolleys told me to stop riding about on my bike. There was no one about his concern was i would get in the way of people walking to the ATM didn't see a soul using it apart from one guy who parked in front of it. Aldi let me ride around on the wee side carpark no issue. Just my experience.

A large superstore with plenty of parking , this Asda has a pleasant atmosphere with very helpful assistants . The shelves were well stocked with a wide variety of products including a cuddly Unicorn which i purchased for a gift. I was very impressed with this store.

As one of the smaller ASDA stores, Dalgety Bay is less frantic. This branch has "George" clothing and "Home & Leisure" (T.V. and stuff) as well as basic household items you need from time to time. I've also found things like Photocopier paper, batteries, garden goods which are handier to buy locally rather than run into Dunfermline or Glenrothes. There is also an in store bakery and rotisserie for freshly cooked meats and Pizza.
