Food hall is very good, however there was a newspaper campaign which told the public of their new Autumn food range. Highlighting the Chimichurri Beef Steaks. I have enquired 2 weeks running, but still no joy of them.

Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, spacious premises. The cafe is fabulous. Inexpensive and has great scones. All my interactions in this shop with the staff have been positive. I've been a few times now, including solely to use the cafe and everytime I've left feeling rebooted and ready to look around the shop. There are toilets facilities including a baby change. Also high chairs available in the cafe. Marks and Spencer accommodates completely for a wheelchair user in all areas that everyone else is privy to. Relaxed atmosphere, I can spend ages shopping as I don't feel harassed and I take my time, especially with my lunch in the cafe prior to my shop. Pleasant experience consistently for me.

The same as any other Marks & Spencer. Lovely food, although a bit pricey for certain things. The meal deal for 2 is a great deal, if you like what they have to offer. Their clothes are getting very old fashioned, or for the older generation. They don't have a wide range of clothing for young, trendy mothers. And again overpriced for a lot of their handbags, shoes & clothes range
