S. P.I have to give 5 stars because the coffee here is very good, organic and fairly priced. The bread and cakes are wonderful too.
L. C.Lovely place to have a good cup of coffee and work for a while or talk to the barista or even to other customers. People are super friendly here and the environment really gets you in a good mood every time.
The smoothies are good and I really recommend trying the specialities they have for sandwiches but most of all, try the cupcakes all of the desserts are homemade and delicious.
I have also bought some homemade sourdough from them and it's so good.
Finally, if you are interested in a sustainable environment, they sell dish soap, washing liquid and fabric softener in bulk so that you can bring your own bottles and refill them.

E. D.Best flat white in Durham (although chapters, cafedral and esquires are all good) and only £2. Nice little courtyard in the back although only space for two groups of two. Great to see refill/zero waste options for things like porridge oats, pasta, quinoa etc
