Always usual excellent M&S quality. Staff are brilliant and couldn't be more helpful or friendly. Yes it's a bit more expensive than Aldi next door but you get what you pay for..

Very good produce on sale here, as you would expect at a quality outfit like M&S. As a result, it's more expensive than Lidl or Aldi, but the difference in quality is obvious. Worth paying the extra.

The new foodhall is fantastic. There is everything you need, fresh, high quality and the scan and shop app is the better one compared to all other supermarkets, allowing you to pay in app, I avoided long queue at the tills.

I love to shop here. Nothing you buy is ever wasted. The fruit quality is first class. I can buy all my fresh food there and have something to eat as well. The customer service staff are excellent. I enjoy my weekly chill out at M & S.

Medium sized M&S Food which stocks the majority of the range. Has a bakery and a cafe but no deli. Cafe has seating for fifty people plus. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample free parking outside. Wheelchair friendly entrance and parking.

It's expensive, small and dark. But it's good quality and easy to shop. Always quiet and never any queues, it's great for a quick visit. In the gloom. When you feel that you just need to pay double the cost of Aldi two doors down. Or even Home Bargains two doors down too. Then this is the one for you!

Lovely place to shop everyone so friendly! Elaine who meets and greets so helpful and warm an asset to the company. The staff in the canteen are amazing never flap always happy chatty yet efficient! I am so disappointed to learn that staff were not paid when the red weather warning was on in Edinburgh despite being no public transport. Come on Marks and Spencer don't let the staff and customers down. Pay your staff!

All that you would expect from a Marks & Spencer food hall. All the usual products, and efficient helpful staff. For me M&S food is occasional treat rather than everyday fare, but if you have pocket to buy all your food there you won't be disappointed. It is a lot less busy than other M&S food halls. This is a big plus! I was very pleased to see three sturdy bicycle racks installed near the entrance.

Very nice place to shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of food and other item like flowers cards and magazines. Also they do food to order and have a cafe which I find was a bit expensive.

Great M&S with excellent food selection and friendly staff. Only downside is the parking lot which very quickly turns into a scary version of the dodgems at busy times. If you go at quiet times it's fine.

There's always 1 particular staff member I like to go to on the checkout as he's most friendly, which makes the shopping experience there personalised. The availability of fresh bakery items is sparse and the fresh produce availability is sporadic.

Staff very helpful, one young lady left the shop floor to go and get a pork loin joint for us. We were there very early or they would have been on display. Staff are always polite. Nice to shop in a smaller store.

This M&S is food only, plus a cafe. A great range of all their tasty treats with chilled food at the front of the store and other goods to the rear. It can get quite busy at certain times, and as others have pointed out the car park can be a bit of a nightmare. Watch out for pedestrians and drivers alike!

I just love our Marks &Spencer at Chesser , it all going into your local shop staff go out of the way to help, ask you how you are(Elaine in the self service checks you spark card to add any offer you are intital to). Restaurant have lovely coffee and excelled service.

This is a small Mark's and Spencer's Foodhall. It is a typical foodhall with a good variety of fresh and prepared food, groceries and household goods. It is clear and easy to navigate. The staff are always very helpful.

If you haven't tried the Posh Puppies or Posh Dogs (like a hotdog but so much better) you must give them a try. You can get three packs for £10 so they're great value.

The shop it's self is good as is the food and the quality, however the looks from certain staff is laughable as they looked at us like dirt and shouldn't be there, it did add to some amusement though, just don't be discouraged by snobby staff that don't realise they just work there and don't own it.
