R. A.Very friendly guys, I go here mainly for frozen food and meat as we don't cook much Middle Eastern cuisine so I don't buy other stuff much. I have tried meat from many shops in Edinburgh over the years, some in Glasgow & Livingston but I like what this shop offers more than anywhere else. They give you meat that you ask for and not what they want to sell. You may feel price is a bit more but you get good stuff.

I feel very fortunate to live in an area where there are supermarket like Mediterranean. It is like entering an Aladins Cave for me. They sell a wide range of Turkish foods, Arabic, including an incredible selection of Olives, spices, fresh vegetables, herbs & loads of frozen foods.
Best halal meat / chicken always fresh.

M. A.I was refused service at the shop. The owner phoned me a few days later to apologize for the service. I accepted his apology. Appreciate that, because not many people apologize now a days. Otherwise he has a nice clean shop and plenty of Mediterranean stuff.
A. M.Definitely a little hidden Gem!! Excellent quality produce at a very low price. Bought some great Turkish treats. If yr in the area this shop is a must! Buy some chick pease, tahini lemon garlic and make yrself the bloody best hummus you'll ever try. Very friendly staff sure the hipsters will over run it soon!!
