I had an issue with a purchase today and I came back to the store with no receipt and a bit nervous about how I’d be received. The customer service team were amazing - helpful, understanding AND they solved my problem. Thank you, Asda Bishopbriggs. You are the best!

Pizza is excellent but of a particular style. Kinda deep pan, greasy. Really good tho! Prices are fab.

Went to asda cafe for breakfast. Which had finished when we got there so we took the breakfast leftovers for 2, a couple of buns and 1 pancake for the baby. Considering it was what was left, we were still charged full price. The quality was poor and cheap produce used. Paid just short of £30. Nice soggy hash browns, cheap meat and beans, sloppy fried eggs. I don't like fried eggs. I'll stick to my local cafe. Its cheaper and better quality.

I shop here a few times a week and I’ve never encountered any problems. Staff at the customer service desk are extremely helpful and will call other stores for stock if they don’t have what you’re looking for. It’s well stocked and the prices are very competitive

Not the biggest of stores but still plenty of bargains, good selection of clothing especially for those ever growing grandchildren. Find the food hall adequate for most weekly shops and really only have to venture further afield for those special occasions. Staff friendly and helpful

Great staff at this location that are very happy to assist customers. Stock resupply is also very efficient and it's rare that they're ever completely out of stock of an item. Because of this, ASDA Bishopbriggs is my primary supermarket.

OK shop for the locals a little bit small dose not always have what you require so you have to vist the larger stores but as I said ok shop.

This store is undergoing great change at present and the store is in a bit of a mess with products all over the place. We could not find many products and left the store without many goods. It may be we will go to Tresco next week. Pam9
