There usual good range of produce but it's the staff that make this store so good. Helpful, friendly and always happy to answer any questions.

Its an asda so you know what to expect, an asda. Its a good size, has a cafe and a streetfood bit, has clothes upstairs (good selection and generally has a sale on for strange colour t shirts and xxxxs pants), usual select of not food stuff and then food stuff. Carpark is big, watch the queue for mcdonalds tho. The car wash is ok as well. Fuel is only the e10 for petrol which sucks if your car is old.

Would have given it more stars but our experience at customer services Sunday 13th march was absolutely disgusting, the two member's of staff should be restrained, which would be high on my list of priorities as sore manager, staff like that let the store down or leave if they don't like their job, However after a phone call to operation manager, all was resolved, but it didn't need to go that far. The only saving grace was Peter at checkout

Good big store with great sushi counter at the entrance where you can see fresh sushi being made continuously and purchase immediately. Good choice of sushi dishes available. The store is well laid out with plenty of choice and space.

Huge Asda with a really good electrical & clothes section. Standard supermarket prices with loads of choice. Very good alcohol section with lots of extras you wouldn't find in smaller Asda stores. Horrible self-service till layouts! Hard to get through at busy times and customer service there isn't the best. Other than that there's loads of parking spaces and a good petrol station/car wash.

Asda Cumbernauld the staff are all brilliant and friendly go out their way to help u. Theirs one lady in Asda who is always friendly and helped me out one day and I can’t thank her enough. Always talk to her when I am in her name is Janice she definitely deserves employee off the month . Toni x

The staff are very helpful and really nice, if I can't find where someone is , any member of staff take me right to the item. And there is a very nice and friendly Irish gentleman on the self service basket tills. Nothing is too much trouble. It is a lovely friendly store

Well it's got what I wanted and more besides the store is light and airy has a chemist restaurant which sells tea coffee breakfast lunch afternoon tea and I they do dinners opens at 8am to 6pm as far as I know. The store opens 6 AM and closes 12PM its got plenty disabled parking also child friendly places.There's also plenty parking for able walking people. In store there's optician photo services clothes upstairs lifts to take you there Electrical as well x

Good store but management need to ensure that foreigners using the store do not harass other customers and act like vultures. If this continues I certainly will not shop at Asda Cumbernauld. I have given 4 stars as this was always a good store but if this continues it will be 1 star or less. I do not wish to be surrounded by eastern europeans pushing me out of the way and trying to take product out of my hands and then taking product out of my basket . This is unacceptable behaviour. Better management control would help and may also help reduce thefts from this stores which I saw clearly taking place from some members of this about 12 strong group Friday evening. It is not racist to stop or challenge thieves or bad behaviour or to stand up to bully boy tactics from aggressive people

I had nothing but praise for the staff at Asda Cumbernauld all during this unfortunate Covid 19 pandemic. Was in store today and was really disappointed to see customers walking around without face masks on. I brought this to the attention of customer service. I was informed that it is indeed mandatory to wear face masks but that they don't have the authority to enforce this. I totally understand they are unable to police this mandatory instruction. You will always get people who are self centered and don't give a damn about other people's health. What I can't accept though is the fact that there was numerous Asda staff walking around interacting with customers without any form of face covering.

Ordered a repeat prescription from Caledonian Medical Practice on Thursday (14/05/2021 ). It was ready at Asda 2 days later. Great job @Asda Cumbernauld. Much quicker than Boots etc, who can take a week.

You go into store it’s basically like any other Asda.. you’ll find most of the staff are standing around customer service desk not caring about customer and having a chin wag while you’re trying navigate the annoying self scan tills. Even when you do get help most of the time they can’t or won’t even make eye contact with you as you try sort your problem. Customer service is a joke tbh. I do still find the store the cheapest but it’s also filthy

The store is nice but to many self service tills. This means less staff. I much prefer to use manned tills. The cafe was not great. Breakfasts were only luke warm.

Asda Cumbernauld is located on the eastern side of Cumbernauld town centre. I entered this store for only a few select items, however before I knew it, I had 3 staff members pushing trollies on my behalf due to the cheapness of the products on offer.
