Very clean and safe area. They had a great whiskey selection. Only docking one star since I am not a member I couldn't get all the benefits but I could see how if you were a member it'd be worth it.

Typical Coop good location what like is has free cash machine. the shop also has lottery section sells mostly all your typical household, food, soft drinks and other foods. good staff

I'm sure I've reviewed this before, but I'll reasses it. Since I joined the co op I'm getting a loyalty program that actually gives benefits worth saving points for, sorry Nectar but you're bombed out now. I also like the idea of it being a cooperative. While it might not quite be as price competitive as its German rivals, it is one of the better local shops and has brands you like.

Pros - Staff lovely and helpful Cons - a bit expensive and everything is caked in plastic which is really disappointing. They should emulate Locavore in Partick...no plastics, organic locally produced food. Locavore has proved it can be done.

Absolutely fantastic mini supermarket. A really great and much needed addition to the area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. For such a small store there is an excellent and varied selection of produce from essentials to luxuries. Brilliant.

Ive stopped going because they never have something or other i need. Once it was butternut squash then aubergines then parsley. I understand fresh stuff doesnt keep but they had no burger relish yet sell burgers, they always manage to not have a vital ingredient for something I'm planning to make so got fed up putting everything back to head to Sainburys. Its a decent shop staff wise but doesnt cater for the refined needs of the local populace.
