5 stars for stock and produce quality but only 2 stars for never improving. Customer service. Pensioners like me with arthritis mobility problems don't want to stand for long periods behind people with fully laden trolleys cos there are just not enough check outs open. The under pressure check out girl rang and rang and rang for assistance before eventually someone decides to turn up. Please note how unacceptable this is to all customers. It always happens and its why i shop here as seldom as possible😡

First visit for a while, as quite a walk from where I live. A good experience. Got everything I was looking for. Fresh and frozen plus one or two extras. Had a hiccup with my card no. But both other shoppers and the girl at the checkout were patient. Chose to walk home with shopping as part of fitness drive. Managed ok.

Have always found Rutherglen staff to be helpful when needing assistance but i couldn't find something that was recommended to try by a friend. Asked for assistance from a staff member who was obviously busy sorting stock in freezers but she took time and patiently listened as i tried to describe the item. She took me straight to it and also suggested something to accompany it. Have since found the ladies name was Sharon Mckechnie so thank you Sharon.

Right on main st so hard to get parked but there is space for about 8 cars just be carefull though as the traffick wardens will be very happy to ticket u even if u display a blue badge rutherglen is notorious for there rouge like attitude.decent prices and usually have deals on but I think home bargains are cheaper for most things but worth a visit
