One of my favourite shops in Lampeter! A great range of organic foods. They also have bakery items as well as a range of local cheeses and ice cream! Would definitely recommend.

First time I have been here it was on the same day as the Lampeter jaunt. This place sells breads cheese's ingredients for foods fresh veg fruit and booze. It also sells vegan shampoos and face creams it has a good variety of items to buy. Also there are plants outside both flowering and vegetable for the garden. Pop in take a look i managed to buy some fresh tumeric root which I have tried to find for ages. And it's not as expensive as the stuff online so I was well chuffed

Fabulous little store! Wonderful tasting fresh bread daily which adds to the wonderful aroma as you shop. The staff are always helpful and down to earth with fine product knowledge. A wonderful selection of; organic wines, various pasta's, lovely sauces, vegan chocolate, local fruit and veg, flours and much more. The only downside is that it's rather small though they make up for it with their products.

An unexpected gem! An unassuming unit on an industrial estate in a little town in the middle of nowhere turns out to be a no-frills wonderland of organic food, probably the best selection I've ever seen (beats Ludlow Food Centre imho) and the hot beef & ale pies are to die for!

I love the fresh veg and beautiful salads and the chocolate brownies, fresh from the bakery, are honestly the best ive ever tasted. also lots of eco household products and toiletries ..I urge you to give them a try :)
