This is not just any barista, this is a marks and spencer barista. Wendy who works the coffee service in the cafe is one of the best I've ever seen. Clearly having to juggle alot of orders by herself on a busy friday afternoon but never misses a beat and on top of that she's smiling and chatting to customers as she goes. Absolutely top notch coffee too. Very very impressed 😁

The food hall is great. Generally they have everything you need, plus lots of things you don't! Staff are always friendly and helpful, throughout the store. The clothing departments aren't anything to shout about but children's toys and the lingerie are good, plus it's always tidy, clean and never too busy.

Marks and Spencer have a great range of clothes for men, women and kids. I always buy school uniform from the store or order it online and pick it up in store. The Staff are very friendly and the customer service is excellent. Apart from clothes, M and S Gloucester also has a great range of fresh produce and ready meals. They also have a great selection of lunch time meals. The school shoes I got from M and S last year lasted him the whole school year 😊.

Just be aware that this store is quite limited in range due to its comparatively small size. Normal M&S mix of old-fashioned and quite attractive clothes. Small café but decent food and pleasant service.

Mad ting this place is yeah! Some next level inflated prices, however it is high quality and not meant for peasants who shop at Asda or Tesco, hence I'm more inclined to pay the higher price! All jokes aside, the prices are reasonable and the food tastes nice. Staff are helpful and actually smile; smiling makes others happy.

I love coming here. Always nice food in the main shop such a strawberry teacakes which are so tasty. Also people think M & S is expensive but its not much more expensive than anywhere else and a lot of things are actally cheaper than other shops. The quailty is excellent. However the choice in the cafe downstairs is limited and overpriced.

Nice shop, tidy and clean. I bought some beautiful fresh bread from their food hall! At 5PM exactly during the week they discount the foods that have due/BBE date that day and they are real bargains! I wish I vould leave work at 4.30 for that! 😁

Slightly poorly laid out in terms of getting around, and the escalators have safety barriers at the top which make it difficult for less able bodied people to move around. Also they do not keep my size of trouser in stock which is surprising as I am of average build.

A pretty large M&S, situated in the heart of Gloucester town. As it's a fairly large store, it has a good selection of items of the quality you would expect from M&S.
