S. F.Well laid out store, easy to navigate. Good number of tills for size of store. Recommend visiting when bakery next door is closed as it makes parking much easier

S. L.I went into this co op today and the young man in there immediately apologised that they'd had a fridge breakdown overnight so lost a lot of food. He pointed me in the direction of what I wanted and couldn't have been more helpful. After using the self service till a female staff member thanked me as I left the store. Absolutely refreshing and wonderful customer service. In sharp contrast to co op Winchcombe where the staff are only interested in talking to each other and using the f word in front of customers. Congratulations Twigworth, superb 👏👏👏
