M. O.Great parking space, technology driven store- self checkout, scan and go available option for all store items. Widely diversified items available in store. Bit expensive than LIDL but bit cheaper than Tesco.

A. B.Same as most ASDA'S, basic goods at lower prices. When we visited the shelves were well stocked. Queuing at the tills was a bit of a nightmare. They only had one proper till open and there was a long queue at the self scan.
c. w.Always love shopping at Hessle Road branch. The kids clothes are great and good reasonable prices. There's always a lot of good roll back items. Fruit and vegetables are excellent. It's a great store. I've never had any problems here. Nice friendly staff too. Its my favourite place to shop.

S. B.Asda is a very large superstore with all the services you'd expect. It has a large car park and we never have a problem finding a space.
The COVID precautions are fine, with stations to wipe down your trolley handle and sanitise your hands
Inside, apart from on a few occasions, it's fairly easy to keep your social distance and 99% of customers where their masks
The staff are always very helpful and will walk with you across the store to show you where to find items you ask for
The tills never seem to have a large queue and service is swift. if you use the self service tills, there's always someone on hand to provide assistance
M. R.Had an amazing experience with customer services with Harry. Was very kind, sweet and dealt with our issues in a great manner and even had a laugh which sometimes you lose working in big places.
However that was undermined by the awful service and good received from the cafe. Was very bland and not great. Undercooked in some places and overcooked in others. Also why serve bread and butter with an all day breakfast when you'd suspect toast right?
s. h.Went to buy food and ciggaretts, needed to use thier amenaties only to find them locked at 8pm. I was told they have been experiencing problems with members of the public, using them to take drugs. Omg.😯😯
G. W.Just took my 2 year old into the store and she threw up all over herself. Two wonderful women just picked some clothes for her to change into and helped us clean ourselves up. Your employees are an absolute credit to Asda. I cannot thank you both enough.
J. S.We visited the store on Friday evening and two members of staff treated us exceptionally well and we feel that they are an absolute credit to the store. Although we could see that a lady called Tasha was busy, she could see that we were looking for certain items and went out of her way to help us find these because they weren't in their usual place due to offers. She even found us later on in the store with another item we had been unable to find. Another member of staff called Phil had finished his shift and was leaving the store. Upon seeing the amount of people at the tills, he immediately opened a till up to help get the long line of people through. Within minutes, he managed to get all of the customers through and was happy to do it. The duty manager was also very pleasant and this was such a positive experience seeing great team spirit. Thank you.

S.Tried this Asda for a change usually go to Bilton wasn't that impressed lots of empty untidy shelves and empty shelves where offers were The cafe was awful nothing left at 1pm got coffee took back as tepid warm the lady stuck her finger in coffee and said it was still right temperature she was quite rude no apology asked if we wanted it putting in microwave or another coffee got another one but still warm I said if you can stick finger in cup of coffee it can't be hot. The toilets were very dirty too there was poo smeared all over toilet roll holder think I'll stick to Bilton in future
S. B.Just like most other Asda stores many of he products I regularly buy have been discontinued, this has the effect of forcing me to try other stores. As a result I now find many of the above products are available at lower prices. I now spend less at Asda which seems to be defeating Asia's cost cutting.
P. S.I shop for everything here,wven TVs on occasions also many other electrical products. Local,convenient and great customer service.

I.I really felt sorry for the woman who was dealing at the cafe today she was all by herself and it was really busy and she didn't get any help once in the 45 minutes we was there she was juggling everything, I think one time she burnt herself I understand how it feels to work in a kitchen by self from experience and it is very stressful I hope the woman is okay bless her.
