s. a.Not an Asda fan I usually shop @Tesco, I may just have found a better superstore in Asda. It's a pretty big store clean and well lit. Queues for payments are well managed so noone is waiting too long. I've always found the staff to be professional and helpful. 10 outta 10

L. l. P.We were a large group of family just got off the p&o ferry , came to Asda to use the cafe, we all needed breakfast. Breakfast is served on paper plates with wooden cutlery, can’t say I’m a fan of the cutlery but the food was spot on :-) I’m leaving this review mostly to comment on the service of the cafe staff! I think this is the friendliest Asda cafe I have ever called at. All the ladies was so friendly polite and helpful. Just such a lovely service :-)

A wide range of every product to choose as your liking and budget.checking out is a breeze thanks to self checkouts. Above all, staff is quite friendly, attentive and supportive.

I think you and all other supermarkets are doing a wonderful job, keeping us all safe and providing food for us and other necessities. Some people are never grateful no matter what you do to support them, thank you all so much.
K. H.Best Asda I've ever been to, especially since the refit. Clean, excellent amenities, and most importantly, you can get a fair sized slice of pizza, a good portion of chips, and a drink for £3 from the cafe! I have even used the beauty services, absolutely fab.
A. M.Great selection, shelves are always well stocked. Car park is enormous but with only one road on and off so can get a bit busy at times. Staff tend to always be polite and friendly... Customers not so much.
P. R.A very busy store. Lots of bargains to be found. Staff are always pleasant and easy to approach. They are always helpful at the tills if you are on your own they help you to bag up your goods. Pleasant atmosphere and clean cafeteria with good cheap eats.

W.It sells everything that anyone would require starting with food of course , clothing, dvd,s and compact disc,s plus pots and pans mobile phones and electrical items and many more and when you're finished shopping there's a cafe with plenty on the menu . Should you be driving there it has a large car park today 15th of June I've shopped inside asda since the start of the virus (roughly 14 weeks) pleased to see everything well organised from the minute you arrive there trolleys and baskets are all cleaned down and ready to be used. Each Isle is clearly marked with no entry or a green arrow pointing the way forward (in other words a one way system) it keeps everyone moving in the right direction to the cash out and away to the car park. Well done asda
P. S.Used the cafe; so unbelievably well priced!! I went for a bacon sandwich, 1 fanta and 1 cappucino and the price was £3.50. Was asked if I wanted 2 hash Brown's for a further 50 p. I walked out of there suitably filled and with more money I expected to leave with. Very clean, toilets & good food choice. Will certainly use again!
M. B.I always go here to do the main shopping. However, for some reason they have moved things around and by doing so they have limited the range of stock for books, games, media, tvs, computers, hardware etc... they use to by a great range but now they are no computers sold in store, a lack of phones on display, a lack of books on offer and they always run out of stock. I have no idea why they changed everything like this. late at night, there is too much obstructions like crates, cages and boxes.
D. C.Distancing procedures in place but nobody checking inside so people going against arrows and too close. Worse thing is the exit door is closed so you have to go out of the entrance while people are coming in. How can they justify this?
D. B.Not as much product range as some of the larger asda stores. Closes at 10pm yet I went at 9pm and already the aisles were obstructed with crates and boxing for the night shift to replenish. Why stay open until 10pm if it's almost impossible to get access to some of the aisles because of items left in the way ready for the night shift?
D. B.I went to asda mount pleasant to do my shopping as I got in the que at the till 12 member called Michelle was very rude she shounted at me that she was going off her til there wasn't no sign up saying till is closing so I didn't think she had the write to shout at customers any of the time

N. H.This is a very large asda that is open nearly 24/7. This located in a larger shopping center consisting of over a dozen large shops and food stores. It has a substantial amount of parking. With local bus services running from the location.

D.I used to use it all the time but just recently it's been a nightmare to park in a disabled bay,ive seen car's parked with no badges even van's, no blue badge, the normal bay's aren't wide enough to get a wheelchair by the side of the car, so i couldn't shop with my husband today, i had to wait in the car, a very unhappy customer.
