A. D.I've been shopping here for a long time, however recently my shelf life food have only been 2 days. I spoke to a member of staff whome spoke to me like a child !! I roughly spend between £50-£100 a week. I dont appreciate been spoken to that way when I'm spending good money in this store.
They need to appreciate their customers and learn to adopt better communication skills...

W.Very busy as always, fridges full of new items which can be a temptation and other items at a reduced price staff are always helpful should you are not able to find what it is you want and if you're having a delivery they try to make it a time that fits in with your schedule. Today we went in Iceland food's with intention of buying a trolley full of item's but it stayed that there where no delivery's to have it delivered you have to buy on line as where both in our 70s we don't have any computers and wouldn't thank you for one apparently all there shop's are doing the same thing in future we will take our busines else where computers are taking over

N. M.We love shopping at Iceland, we are there very often. The stuff is very friendly and the food is very good. They have both frozen and fresh food. They offer free delivery on items over 25 pounds which is of great help.

T.Excellent frozen food got all my Christmas cakes, veg, etc today also a great range of vegan frozen foods, as my daughter a vegan, got her some today, staff friendly, atmosphere great, love shopping here at holderness Road branch highly recommend you go here, fabulous Christmas selection too, got a baileys cake plus a orange chocolate cake for Christmas they look fab thank you to the staff makes shopping happier when you have caring helpful staff xxx
P. C.Free parking at the back if you redeem the voucher in store. Staff are very friendly the store has good variety the prices are cheap. The only downside is it's a very small stool with narrow aisles.

A. S.I previously rated this 4 stars, but have reduced my review to 3 as they seem to be fully embracing 'Shrinkflation' as a business model.
Definitely not into looking after their customers, are trying to move up market, but that's not what we as Iceland customers want. Offers are a bit inconsistent.
