G.I am a regular customer to rispins. The quote on staff is correct apart from one member male new ish to the staff. Turned a disabled man away to go home and get a mask.. Now what he should of suggested to the disabled person. Is, can I get you what you want. The male staff is beyond his station. He is not a doorman he is there to HELP ! I was very upset to know Raymond the disabled man. Had to go through this, its tough enough for him to walk never mind being told to make the effort all over again.. Appalling behaviour by staff.
D. C.Full marks to store staff on Priory Rd for excellent customer service. My elderly housebound mother-in-law rang the store to ask if they had paracetamol in store. They then sent a member of staff around to her house with 2 packets so she had them straight away.

I.Fantastic shop and gary the shop security shop worker is one nice guy that is so helpful and always willing to help you out no matter what you ask for if they dont have it in then he will try his best to find the nearest shop that will have it . All the staff in that shop deserve medals for what stuff thay have to put up with when customers are being unnecessary behaviour toward them seen it with my own eyes how thay deal with it and it is great that they keep professional when us public people would lose it and go mad most probably fight
S. B.Great place to do your shopping. There is a bus stop less than a minute away. The store lacks Wi-Fi access. There is also a dead zone that prevents calls and texts coming through as you get to the back of the store. Wi-Fi would be a good addition here. The staff are friendly and helpful.
b. l.Great shop and friendly staff. Can get busy even at night but extra staff member usually comes on. With all this plus the superb opening hours, Would recommend this shop!
j. e.Popular general store serving priory road and surrounding area quite an essential hub of the community this shop stocking Nisa and co op branded products from fresh fruit to a safety pin in the essentials range ,if you need it rispins probably stocks it , rispins also has a very respectable stock of wines spirits and beers including connisuer brands and real ales that you would expect to find in high end wine and beer stores ,you could righty describe this store as an aladins cave of grocery ,general goods and wines and spirits, prices are very competitive and special offers are always available mostly at very low prices for multi buy items.shelves are always kept well stocked and staff are well presented helpful and polite, which also adds to the popularity of this small but we'll run mini market .
