c. L.Way too cold to enjoy shopping in store how the staff work there all day in such a cold store I had a thick coat on and I was glad to get out
J.Staff are friendly and helpful. If I can’t find products there is always staff available on hand for me to ask. The store is a massive one has great stock levels considering the currently climate.
Has use of public toilets these were relatively clean however one of the hand sanitizer pumps had run out luckily I had my own. The customer service team are lovely no matter how busy the store is there always on hand for us. Has a great bakery and fish section with lots of variety.
My only suggestion is to maybe try and get back to 24 hour! Would be great for people who work nights who cannot shop during day time

P.I got a parking fine saying I had stayed in all day when actually I had only dropped my partner off for work then came back to pick her up and used tesco for 15 minutes which almost ended in a £70 fine however I spoke to the manager and she confirmed it was wrong and quashed the fine by the end of the day. M. B.The staff is always helpful when you can't find something. The lady at the pharmacy was so kind to give a pill bottle free when I asked about small container. She even helped me find selsun shampoo 2 wks ago. The cashier ladies are nice as well.

S. B.Has everything you'll ever need under one roof. Lots of parking is available and if you're looking for a shopping spree there are dozens of shops nearby. Customer service is good aswell. This store would a five star rating however the toilets are very poorly maintained and could do with a complete refurbishment and lack of till operators is a negative. The self service machines are too slow.
L. S.Big Tesco with everything you could want inside, the shop layout is well thought out and is very spacious. You get free parking if you spend over £5 here. (Up to two hours)

L. M.Love shopping at Tesco St Stephen's. You can now get a parking space thanks to them introducing the minimum spend of five pounds in Tesco to get 2 hours free parking. I love the scan and shop. So much easier and you know exactly how much you have spent. They are open 24 hours which is great. A large shop with everything under one roof. Competitive prices, reward points, good service and friendly staff. Brilliant! 😀

E. S.I've been here tens of times. I've completed my Christmas shopping here, I live in Askern. A digital radio was bought here with supplies for an afternoon in Scarborough.
The shop is a hypermarket and most items are available here or sold out.
