A. N.Shopping is good as you would expect only down side and it mite just be me complaining but the parent and child parking is alway taken up by people with no children and it’s not managed by anyone in store. It’s difficult to get a car seat out of a car when there is a car 20cm away from the door sometimesI go else where due to this.
J.Friendly and fast service at the tills, there is a lovely small black haired lady who works the self scan service on a night time, I couldn’t fault her at all no matter what night I go in she’s always got a smile on her face and always have chats with me about my day. Products are usually always available, I have experienced a few issues only small ones that got corrected once I pointed it out to staff and that was that some pricing tickets didn’t match what was on the online store suggesting that not all ticketing was up to date.
Very rarely have issues with parking it’s always available, cafe is great with some good food also has lovely customers.

U. M.Customers and staff not really bothering with social distancing, people just being left to own devices. No one way system so chaos in some of the narrow isles. Good assistance from the lady helping on self checkout. Good selection of xmas stock but I wont be going back until they tighten up their approach to covid.
t. g.We never have a problem shopping here. Although this morning we had a rude member of staff on the tills. She had ago at us,telling us we need to stand behind the black line when we already were. She didn't even look to see where we were standing or apologies when she was in the wrong. The world is struggling at the moment and people don't need rude staff like that!!!
n. c.Amended due to excellent customer service; I complained to the deputy manager re the complaint detailed below and my issue was satisfactorily dealt with.
I had cause to see the pharmacist for an emergency prescription of beta blockers at the In store pharmacy, she is undoubtedly the rudest person I have ever come across in the store. I had rang 111 for help and they emailed the store with my details, despite this she insisted on telling me over four times in front of other customers, how I should not forget the slip despite 111 informing her! In the end I lost my composure and told her not to speak to me in that way. I am here again some weeks later for the same thing but she refused to deal with me as it is seven minutes until her lunch, I only need one tablet!
C. C.We've shopped at this store since it first opened back in 1985. Although the outside of the store looks grubby and unkept. It's an ideal size for a weekly shop, would love to see more variety and selection on the shelves like at the St Stephen's one. The checkout staff are mostly helpful and cheerful and good all rounder of a supermarket. Just needs a good lick of paint and the pavers need a good scrub and power jet outside.
J. N.Love this store, its convenient to where I live plus its so easy to find things and the staff are super friendly. It feels more like a local shop than a superstore down to the fact that it feels more personal and the ques are always small. I chose this store over going anywhere else whenever I can.
B. B.Ok, this is Tesco, you know what you are getting, large choice, good prices and good service. But I have to say that I visited on Saturday 19th October and was greeted and served by Molly. A lovely young lady who was friendly, bubbly and a please to deal with. All staff in all shops should take a leaf out of her book.

Get in & get out quickly.and there's a bus stop rite out side only 4 stars as the bus stop has no cover so if it's raining you'll get a bit wet.
S. S.I have shopped at Tesco for many years now. The store is always relatively clean considering the amount of customers that pass through the doors. The staff always great you with a cheerful smile and nothing is too much trouble. If you can't find a product the staff are more than happy to take you to where that product is displayed. That is why I use my local Tesco, situated on Hall Road in Hull, every day.
M. B.I like this store. Shelves always well stocked, clean store and staff lovely and helpful .only complaint is customers letting children - not babies - sit in the trolleys with dirty shoes. Everyone seems too afraid to tackle this problem.
J.Behind those faceless corporations are real kind human beings that are backbone of this industry. As always I arrive at tesco near closing time and at checkout I made an inquiry about a product that I plan to purchase at a later date and rather than being pushy, the staff were very helpful. The supervisor even offered to assist.
