I’ve been here quite a few times now, it is what you would expect from a co-op, staff seem nice enough although they have self check outs so rarely have to bother them as such. Always seems to be well stocked for a lunch run so what else could you ask for. Good sized car park as well that’s always a must as we seem to go there with a few vehicles.

Nice smallish local store always something needed or fancied all basics meat fish milk bread there open early closed late which is convenient for late or early shpppers

If this place was to close, I would be completely lost as there's nothing else for miles to get my shopping from. You can always depend on a co-op. Friendly, helpful staff too 😊👍

We called in on a Saturday afternoon. The store was not particularly busy and lovely and cool in the summer heat. The store is not particularly large but seemed pretty well laid out with plenty of space between the aisles. At the time of visit it was well stocked. We picked up a few things- the main criticism I would have was that it wasn't cheap on some items which is disappointing. The car park outside isn't large so I bet it gets tight when it' busy.

Great shop selling the usual but also lots of locally produced foods and drinks, plus a good free from section with gluten free, vegan stuff etc. Also can get local art postcards and similar in here.

But, staff gave away Game of Thrones spoilers. We're not all watched it yet....🤣🤣😭😭😘 Lovely place and lovely staff. Been my local for nearly 15 years. But do think the amount of Wine sold is excessive for location and size of store..

Really handy for getting things you may have forgotten. Friendly and helpful staff who live locally and know their customers better than the managers. They care about their customers especially those who are more vulnerable. The Holbrook coop may not sell everything but you can not fault the staff.

It doesn't have a lot of things and it's quite small. I would say that it's quite good for quick shopping for everyday things, but I wouldn't count on it to get everything you need. You get free parking outside. The prices are average.

Despite the usual 'Co-op' famous queues, Holbrook Co-Op is a fantastic community store which serves a great deal of people throughout the Shotley Peninsula.

All the products have been moved around again...confusing and illogical. Not the only customer who thinks this. Time the Coop sold what the customer wants, not what they THINK we want. Convenience stores should cater for the local people.
